They’re doing a pretty great job at this Sheetz located on 2000 North Franklin in Christiansburg, as far as I can tell! I have stopped by for breakfast a couple times, every breakfast item I’ve got has been fresh and good tasting. I’ve also stopped during the day to get gas, their employees are always friendly. On my most recent visit, the employee Matthew was very nice.

The owner of this franchise is a clown. When youre open 24 hours a day, and one of the only locations nearby open after midnight, you should not short staff your employees. The workers seem reasonable and capable of doing their jobs. But when the owner cant give an adequate staff for an evening the experience goes poorly for customers and workers.Once again, the owner is a clown.

Ordered French toast.... which you would think would be super simple. Got home only to find out I had chicken and cheese curds... no where in the receipt does it say chicken and cheese curds. Simple must be hard to do these days. At least I got my syrup... don’t know what I’m supposed to use it for.

We got food to go from the MTO kitchen and we waited for ever for them to prepare the food. Cashier was nice but kitchen very slow. This was around 2pm so not sure why they was so slow there was only 2 people in the store.

I waited about 15 minutes for a prepaid app order that was sitting behind the counter the whole time (while on a limited lunch break). I order fairly often, and it seems like there is something that sours the experience for me more often than not. By prepaying for an order on the app, I feel like Im using the most time conscious option. Is there something I should be doing differently as a customer?

Beautifully kept, clean Sheetz. This location makes food quickly, and made one of the better espresso drinks Ive had at any Sheetz.

The employees are great especially the guy in glasses works night shift Im obsessed with all Sheetz I mean how can 3 appetizer samples for $3 ever be wrong? And dont get me started on the coffee yummy I carry 2 Sheetz cups 1 for coffee 1 for water/tea/soda lol

When I went get 3 grande tacos when I was running short on time, I received two sandwiches. Not my best Sheetz Stop.

We stop here often and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Amanda is very awesome and her customer service is on point. The food is great and the drink selection is big. Lots of menu options.

They refuse to enforce the state mandated mask ordinance to require customers to wear a mask. This has led to many ignorant people walking inside without masks.

I stopped in around 10:30pm and ordered food for me and my Fiancé on our way home. I ordered a pizza that had nothing on it as everything was on the top lid as it had been tossed into a bag upside down. Everything else was fine, but I guess it was a bad day for pizza.

Can’t follow a simple order or give you the correct sauce. I received a burrito with pulled pork on it instead of chicken

Took 15min for my simplest order with only 1 order ahead which was almost finished when i ordered. My ordered was cooked by 10min and just needed to be bagged but the man in the kitchen proceeded to drop the brand new orders for 5min before getting my food to me.

I love love love love Sheetz. They are my favorite stop on every trip since the very first time I walked into a sheetz in 2009. They will always be the best in my eyes. #SheetzFreak

Recently started gas gouging.

I come here sometimes after I get off work so itll be round 8-9 o clock for a vanilla white chocolate milkshake etc. anyway, and I never had an employee not give me a smile. Theyre the nicest employees I have gotten to know from anywhere, love it much!!!! Although my only complaint is the other night I got oreo cookie crumble for a topping and unlike before, I dont know how many cookies they put in it, but this one was only 1.5 of oreos and barely in any crumbles, no complaint other than that because I still loved the shake anyway so I didnt bother to have it remade.

My wife and I go to this location often, and we like the food, and the selection of merchandise in the store.. the staff are generally friendly and helpful, although it does get very hectic in there sometimes and it seems like the one cashier up front could use some help to get people out of there and cut down on the congestion.. other than that, this is a great Sheetz location. 4 stars

Have to wait to check out long lines and Ive had to tell cashiers to scan my sheets card. Must have new manger seems store has gone down hill. VERY UNHAPPY dont believe me look at my reviews and you can tell I give you what you a more then fair review

Service is fine, but quality of food is bland and tasteless. I’ll wager they don’t have salt or pepper back there. Sandwich I got was mush and the coffee and hot chocolate is the worst I have ever had anywhere, truly. No wonder they offer free coffee and hot chocolate for Christmas. Just aweful.

Well I just left there with a bagel, cinnabon twists, and a sampler with tots and mozzi sticks... my bagel didnt have the hashbrowns I paid for. There were literally 5 tater tots, and my cinnamon twists were burnt.

Don’t go here for coffee. Pick a better sheetz

This place has always got me in and out QUICK over the years, and Ive never encountered a rude staff member, and thats saying something because Ive made 100s of visits!

Freezing inside and the clerk wasnt very pleasant. Gas price was awesome and the free coffee with fill up.

Its 0415hrs and they have not touched or even started to make coffee and thats the exact thing I come here for after driving all night, come for some coffee and there is no coffee, come on now yall open 24hrs and suppose have this 24hrs.

Each time I have stopped here the food has been very good and the service most welcoming

Slow and incompetent staff unfortunately. Be prepared to wait 15 minutes to checkout with only a drink. No idea what takes them so long to checkout someone. Like someone elses review said, I would drive past and go onto the next gas station.

This place is a mess. Machines out of order, bathroom a disaster. Out of stock of various items. Pass it and go to another one.

Went for a 3pack of sliders with tomatoes, onions, and bacon...only got tomatoes. They getting as bad as McDonalds...check your food before you leave!

I won’t be purchasing gas from this particular location again any time soon. Very low quality, appears to have run mixed in it. Everything I have put it in doesn’t run correctly. Runs perfectly with gas from a different gas station. I will be disputing the charges with my bank.
