We recently moved to Christiansburg and did not know our propane tank was low. It ran out on a weekend it was snowing, of course. We called all the companies in the area and they ALL told us they couldnt help us because we didnt have a contract. They didnt even recommend ways we could get help.Our neighbors told us about Southern States. We talked to a very helpful assistant manager who arranged for David to come and fill up our tank that same day to get us through. It was such a kind thing for them to do so we wouldnt freeze! David was a wealth of good information and he taught my husband about our tank and what to do if this ever happened again. What a super nice thing for a company to do to help out people in a bind…Very professional, caring, and prompt. We will definitely use them in the future!
