Friendly and exceptionally customer service. They tell you upfront about everything and good prices. Judith, Julio and Christian has been very welcoming, patient and have a positive altitude based on my interaction and experience with them. Thankful that they found I had a hose leak when recharging the A/C! They know what they’re doing and what’s best for the customer! Will be coming for future preventative maintenance for my car!

Had a good experience with the crew at Firestone today. I had an oil change, tire rotation and a Lifetime wheel alignment. Julio was a great help. The mechanic working on my truck found an issue with my anti sway system in the front while rotating my wheels. Good observation on his part.Ill be going back for a Radiator Flush in the next week or so.Happy camper here! 👍🍻

Dont go there go to 430 Broadway I showed up this morning only 3 cars in garage 2 mechanics 2 persons in lobby manager told me leave your car today by Monday sometime will inspect. She told me down the street theres another Firestone I asked her to call 📞she said no Im busy. Felt she was not helpful. I took it to 830 awesome they had more cars more clients and were able to check my car today.

$2,144!!! Incredibly DISSAPOINTED in their LACK of INTEGRITY and their attempt to completely swindle me. I took my car in on Friday 8/27/2021 to fix my AC. While checking it in, they asked if I wanted to change spark plugs and other routine stuff they do to cars when getting this type of service I said no thanks, and informed them that I had recently had a new engine put in. It was approximately 4:57 (they close at 6). I told them it was blowing air, but just not cold air. I left it and went for a walk...approx 25 minutes later (exactly 5:25 according to my call log) they called back saying theyd looked at the car and it needed a new compressor, that it also needed expansion valves plus AC evacuate & recharge + labor I was looking at a total of $2,144.71! I told them I couldnt afford to get that work done at the moment and walked back to pick it up, paid 49.99 for the check up. In talking to a friend, he suggested I take it to his guy because the quote from Firestone looked bogus to him. He mentioned his mechanic was an honest guy who took care of his clients...I took it, he did an evac & recharge for $200 and the AC is perfect! I was happy I found John, but also very disappointed and discouraged by my experience with Firestone and the fact that, had I been able to afford the work I may have done it, trusting that they were honest in their professional assessment. I have a lowered car and have been struggling to find a shop to do an alignment. Even with that, they were able to do a same-day (made the appointment the morning of) alignment in a reasonable time. Car feels great. Customer service was great, heavily recommend.

Very disappointed- I had an appointment at 3 and at 430 my car was still not serviced. Tech said they were short handed- they should call the customers and give them the option to reschedule or come in knowing there will be a long wait.

Took my Hyundai Tucson in without appt. Was able to be serviced same day even though the shop was busy! Customer service was great! Promptly acknowledged my existence! Alignment was good!Thank you ana!

It takes over 4 hours for an oil change.

Took my car for a full AC check up less the 6 months ago and now I am out of pocket almost $2,000.00 and missed two days of work. Had another Firestone location and a outside auto shop tell me that the hose, compressor and condenser should of been picked up on my last check that all needed attention. Now I have to replace the full AC unit and all parts for something the shop that should of found the problem is saying is not their fault.

Made apt 10:30 showed up 9:30 for an early drop off .....called in for status at 11:30 says will be done in 20 mins ..i then go into at 12:30 . For them to tell me we havent started it yet and there lift broke !!! thanks for wasting my Saturday 👎

They arent good at calling you back when they say they will. Their service in store is good and friendly. The service they provided met my standards and I found nothing wrong with the work.

Usually I love this place, the staff was always friendly and I was in and out quickly got what I needed! This last time I took the car in for an exhaust leak, balance, rotation, alignment, inspection. My car has wheel locks! When I picked up the car I had a $2,904.14 worth of recommended repairs and when I went to pick up my car they couldn’t find the wheel locks, Alissa was busy with a customer who came after me! So I left the car, gave them the keys and said I’ll be back when it’s ready! Came back the next day was there for about 15 min only guy there standing and their busy on the phones don’t even acknowledge I exist! So I have a seat and wait for them not to be so busy! Another staff member helped me out! Wish I knew his name cause the guy always give good customer service. I got the feeling they thought I was going to go off on them, or maybe they were being cold because of the estimated repairs! Didn’t even bother asking me if and when I wanted to schedule said recommended repairs! I can do most of this myself so I never got my exhaust issue resolved because they don’t work on that here. As for my “alignment” the car drove fine and after I left it started pulling to the left. So the car ended up worse than how I brought it in! Get your act! Together guys when a customer comes in to pick up a car don’t ghost him because the front office and the back of the shop are not communicating. If a customer walks in acknowledge they exist; it’s called “customer service” if you don’t know say you don’t know and you will try and find an answer! Lastly if a customer drops a car off at the very least leave it the same not in worse shape than it came in. Work order #222760

I can’t say anything positive about this location. They couldn’t find my wheel lock so instead of calling me they waited till I came back from breakfast. Then they said my bushings were bad so I couldn’t do the alignment that I paid for a lifetime, but 6,000 miles ago when I paid for the lifetime alignment nothing was said about the bearings. Firestone tire is a rip off you will never benefit using them.

I would never bring my vehicle there again. Made an appointment just to have my brakes checked then was told it would be done in 2 hours. Called after 2 hours was told another hour then called back after an hour was told theres still cars ahead of me. Whats an appointment for then!!!!! Thats not the way you business!!

Doesnt also deserve the 1 celebrity ... A few points have actually occurred there, most recent being that they altered the oil to my dads auto, really did not place the top on right so when they began the vehicle, the oil went all over. The guaranteed my father they totally cleansed the engine as well as it was completely fine.Come home to find drive way COVERED in the oil that they allegedly cleansed off at the shop.

I did a vehicle inspection as a requirement for my job. I called ahead of time to make an appointment and they told me they would give me a call back in 10 mins to schedule a time. 4 hours later I still didnt get a call back. I try to make an appointment online through their website. After scheduling it, it told me I needed to wait until they contact me to confirm the appointment. Once again I didnt get a call so i called a few hours later and finally got my appointment scheduled. After they finished my vehicle. They refuse to fill out my company form unless I did my repairs with them. The prices they wanted to charge me to fix my brakes(front only) and replace one tire was outrageous. It would have cost me over $700 to do my repairs with them. My regular mechanic charged me less than half for the repairs.

I got two new back tiers and ever since one has been leaking due to a incorrectly installed valve and they want to charge me to fix it because I dont have road hazard protection when it was from there mistake. This was my first time trying out Firestone and Im greatly disappointed for the price its definitely not worth the customer service and I will never come back

1,600 miles from home, and my truck takes a dive. Julio, the store Mgr got me right in ON A SATURDAY. Diagnosed the problem (coil pack and wires) and had me repaired in absolute record time! Nobody likes to wait for anything, but the store was so clean, nice areas (inside and out) to relax in. I almost enjoyed having to come here. Great store and personnel. I have always liked Firestone, and these folks reaffirmed my trust.

They take too long for everything, I needed 2 tires that had warranty and had to wait 6 hours.

Terrible service. I stopped coming here after getting a tire rotation. The bolts for my rear tire weren’t tightened all the way, I got on the freeway and felt this weird vibration. Took it back in on my way to work (which delayed my commute) so they could make sure my tires were secure. This was not the only issue dealing with them. I do not recommend them at all, I started taking my car to the dealership after this, not worth it.

Its okay. I like the tire-lifetime free tire rotation and alignment. Thats why I picked Firestone. Its everywhere, or at least in most places. Here, it took two hours. I was a walk-in and an appointment had cancelled. So it was a lucky coincidence. Coffee is free. So is the TV. Service is courteous. Bilingual.

I have an appointment @1 PM for a vehicle inspection and here I am 3 Hours later still waiting at the lobby. This is really a poor management team. I am wondering what is the appointment for if you have to wait for this long????

These guys are dishonest and will take advantage of anyone they can. My elderly parent got a flat tire and ended up here because it was the closest tire shop. They have a brand new (less than 1k Miles) Subaru crosstrek. They were told that the brand new tire was not repairable and they needed to replace all 4 tires or they would void the warranty. WTF! Fortunately, my mother called me and I directed her to Hernandez Tires. They said they could repair the tire but I instructed my mother to buy an exact match brand new tire. I called subaru to make sure that the warranty would not be an issue and they assured me there would not be a problem what so ever. Do not use these crooks!I had another dishonest experience with them in 2014. I called them regarding a tire special I found online and called to ask if they had these tires in store and what the final cost would be out the door. I went directly to the store and spoke with the exact same salesman I had spoke to on the phone. He informed me as my vehicle was being placed on the lift, that the special price was not available because that particular tire was no longer manufactured. He then quoted me a price that was more than $150 higher than what he had just quoted me on the phone and confirmed when I had arrived just moments earlier. These guys are as dishonest as they come. Do not use them.I used Have discovered Hernandez Tires on Main St and find their prices better than everywhere else. Their service is awesome too.

I have been a customer for over 20 years at Firestone Chula Vista.Most honest shop I have ever done business with.Today took my daughters car in for a oil leak.The shop called and said it was the plug not being tightened properly.They could have lied and charged for a lot of money.Thanks to Firestone Chula Vista for being honest.Marvin Winters

Cant even explain all of the hell weve gone through at this place. Never a pleasant visit. Always, have to go back the next day, because they keep your car til closing, so no choice than to go back to fix the issue created by taking it in the first time. Oh, and forget paying to diagnose any issues, because we told them to fix any and everything this last time, but come to pick up the car and guess what? We might need to fix something else. Never ending story. Left with the car making a new noise, which is a new problem. Took it back to fix more things and still not fixed right!!! I can go on, but I think you get the point.

I like Firestone to the point where I have a Firestone credit card. The techs generally do good work. They are more professional than your mom and pop auto repair. Ive purchased new tires, had batteries replaced, front end alignments, brake jobs, etc., all at Firestone. Basically, I trust them with the cars I take in. Only 4 stars because the aftermarket parts they use are not so good quality. The parts do the job but quality of the material is definitely not OEM. I had to replace the brake calipers on my Scion Tc and the replacement calipers developed light oxidation on the surface within two weeks. Be vigilant out there.

Poor management! It took them 8 hrs to change 4 tires! Come to find out someone stopped working on my vehicle and no one was making sure all cars in the bay are being worked on. Incredibly inefficient. If you do not have 8 hours to wait, don;t take your vehicle at this place. Go somewhere else. The price is not competitive enough to sacrifice your time

Went here to check on tires theyre a little pricey and check on transfer my life time Alignment from one Firestone to another one and unfortunately it could not be done. when you do get the lifetime alignment at Firestone make sure its at Nationwide firestones not at a privately-owned Firestone.

When I went in to talk about getting a alignment .They told me they didnt have time witch I understand but when I asked to make an appointment he told me they couldnt because they werent sure if the alignment rack would be in use.( what Bs). He only said this because I paid for lifetime alignment 3 months prior and there would be no charge. When I went back next day I was able to make appointment

The worst.....I just go for first time I dont recommended to go, the say about th alignment for 12 months you came back befor and they say that your car dont need, and after that when you came back it say the 12 months its expired. ......you ask for a answer they say i dont know what to say....(ofcours its not their money)think twice before you go here, I go to sears, Evans tires or somewhere else.

I scheduled a appointment at 2PM for a friday afternoon. I came in and they said it would be done in about 2hours or less just for a tire rotation & oil change. I waited till 5PM that day and I asked if it was almost done. However they havent even touched it. I saw it was still in the same parking spot 3 hours ago. I basically spend my whole friday there for worthless nothing. I was so pissed off. So I went over to Jiffy Lubes instead and immediately when I arrived they started on it and got it done within 30minz. Firestone is definitely not worth it. Especially when Im coming in just for some maintenance that takes just 30minz. And on top of that I scheduled an appointment.

Not a very good location, machine is constantly breaking down. Very small and crowded.

I brought my truck in to get a water pump done and when they tore it apart they realized they didnt have the right tools to do the job. And the ending result was it leaks more than it did before I brought it in and it didnt get fixed. I had a horrible experience here since the beginning.
