The took there time and worked with me to get a approved.i dont have good credit but not bad more like no credit and they helped me get approved .and got me a great deal on some awesome cheap insurance. I always felt important and nothing like a stranger or idiot, even though I asked some pretty stupid questions now that I think about it. Each cars history was clear. I was not impressed at all with the service! This dealership does not tell the truth about the history of their used cars they are selling. After what I felt was a fair price for a 2009 Honda Accord, the salesman refused to wash the car prior to my purchase. They also wouldnt give me any gas for the car before I drove it away.....The gas gauge was on empty! When asked why the car couldnt be wash/detailed and filled with some gas prior to taking it off the lot, the salesman told me that it was because they had already gave me a great deal on the car and wouldnt do anything more. After receiving a clean Car-Fax report on the Honda Accord, I paid cash for the car and drove it off the lot. The only issue that was reported to me was that the left, back door sensor wasnt working, so you had to manually lock and unlock the door. The salema, stated that it was a 20 dollar part at that I could pick up at the Honda Dealership.Three weeks later, I drove the car through a car wash and discovered water was leaking in the back right door. Thinking the door just needed to be closed all the way, I notice that it was bent and couldnt close correctly. Then it dawned on me the real reason why the dealership wouldnt wash the car for me, because I would have surely noticed the water and wet spots on the back seat floor.This dealership surely shouldnt be call 5 Star. Instead it should be Zero Stars!!!! I highly recommend you STAYING AWAY FROM THIS PLACE and buy your car somewhere else!

My experience with this establishment was amazing. I replied to a Facebook ad and was promptly responded to. We communicated by text and phone, as I was 2 and a half hours away from this dealership. Francis the salesmen, was awesome. Practically sold me the vehicle via text and phone. He was very communicative and prompt in responding. Very thorough and detailed from start to finish. I just bought a 2010 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership 2 months ago and I am Luuuuvin it still! 💕They had so much vehicles to choose from which were all beautiful, all clean title and they had the CarFax! This was very useful since I was very skeptical of buying Preowned cars from independent dealerships but they were very transparent and reasonable. 😊 The staff was super friendly and weren’t pushy at all (which I’ve experienced from most dealerships).
