I came here to make a switch to Metro PCS. The staff is so friendly, they made it very easy to switch my whole family. I had a lot to ask before I made the switch, and they where so helpful and answered all my questions. The store is very organized and clean. Will recommend this store to all my friends! Metro service is exactly what I was looking for affordable and on top of that I also receive great customer service form Angelina amazing manager she knew exactly what I needed!

My wife and I went here to buy a case for her phone. The teenager working there didnt say anything about all sales being final until *after* we paid for a case, and *before* suggesting we try it to make sure it matched my wifes older phone model. But the buttons on the case didnt line up with those on the phone so it was totally useless!!Still standing at the counter, we asked them for a refund, since the only things could offer in exchange were worthless. The other girl working there said she would call their manager, and went in the back to do so — or to pretend to do so, who knows. Either way, she said they would not do a refund. Shame on them. We had not even stepped away from the counter and they would not refund a penny, ludicrous. Their policies are bad, and they are sloppy and irresponsible in their practices. Dont shop there.

The worst customer service I have experienced. They sell used phones as new!!!! Took 2 months to reach the manager, which is horrible and also works at the Metro store on Orange ave. and 3rd ave in Chula Vista. They are no help, avoid these 2 stores!!!!! Plus the owner didnt have the guts himself to call me back or admit his wrongs. They should have negative stars for this place!!!!!!!!

Worst metro pcs retailer! Angelina has the worst attitude I have ever seen in my life! She doesn’t even bother to help you out her answer is just a straight up no to everything! She is so negative and doesn’t even care about trying to help you out. Avoid coming here and dealing with her nasty attitude.

Went to pick up a new phone at 11am on a Friday, balloons and signs out front with a big open sign. Door was locked, no one was in the store.

Today was a very bad day, everything was going well until a super negative person arrived in Angelina and she only knows how to really scream because they have to manage her? That attitude is the worst, they made me feel so bad and it was not my fault that they did not explain a contract to me. I will never return to that store I hope they remove that Angelina because she has neither education nor way of treating the customer.
