While I appreciate this store adapting to continue accepting business during the pandemic Im very sad to say that I was sold a faulty controller today. The controller that came with my system broke last night and I tried to find the cheapest replacement possible since money is not flowing at the moment. I was very disheartened to find that two essential buttons on the controller I purchased today, do not work. I contacted the store and was told I would not be able to return it anytime soon and that they did not know when they would I would be able to get me a refund. Furthermore they said the only option I had right now was that I would have to purchase the next model up from what I got and just wait until I could return the faulty one. The representative I spoke to also mentioned that this is not the first time this has been a problem during these times, which did not help the situation. I purchased through gamestop because Ive always had respect for the company. I expressed to the employee I spoke to that paying over double because of their indiscretion was unsatisfactory and asked if they could at least offer me a discount. They said they would not do that. I am very upset and will no longer be doing business with gamestop. Fingers crossed they honor the refund they promised me in the unforeseeable future.

In this place you can find many games like other gamestop, I like in general the friendliness of this store and that if people could attend, they also have their precautions in case a minor buys games that are not of their category

Super friendly staff helped me get everything I needed and took time to give me recommendations on games.

Went in a year ago and purchased a used Nintendo 3ds. I tried returning it for tradeback value recently and they said it didn’t have a serial number. I only played the system a couple of times and never peeled any stickers off so basically they sold me a system with no serial number. Now I’m stuck in a hard place as I need money and have a system I purchased through them and can’t use their tradeback system because of them... DONT BUY SYSTEMS FROM THIS LOCATION!
