I went into this store at 3am this morning to order a pizza. To my surprise, I was informed no hot food by the clerk. New policy perhaps....I frequently go into this store at 2am 3am 4am to buy a pizza, no problem. I could not get an explanation from the clerk. So, if this is the new deal for this franchise thats cool. I will take my business elsewhere, The owners may want to keep in mind that having hot food available at these late hours will net more $$$ since it /was the only real option. Thanks guys, nice going.....enjoy your pizza...

Most of the employees are nice to talk to, the owners a little not so much. The store itself isnt very nice either the floors look dirty, the shelves arent organized and it doesnt look like it gets cleaned. The soda fountain drinks all taste flat and I wouldnt even think about eating any of the food here.

The wife ceo is rude, one employee I can do without, other than that my go to place

There always out of stock of anything even the syrup for the soda machine and the philapino lady was rude when I I tryed telling her about the machine

The only reason Im giving 2 stars is because most of the employees are very nice. However, there is a very short older lady whos worked nights at the Broadway & F st store for years. This woman is beyond RUDE! She has a downright Mean & nasty attitude towards Many of the customers. She has been really rude and obnoxious to me for absolutely no reason. My roommate refuses to patronize this store for the same reason. Ive witnessed her rude attitude directed toward at least one person each time Ive been in the store on her shift. I cant understand why she hasnt been fired!!

The employee at the cash desk is the most unpleasant thing he doesnt know how to count money and is very disgusting
