Great experience!! The worker was so nice and honest. Every other repair shop I called or went to charged at least 20 more bucks than they did. My iphone’s front camera didn’t work along with the microphone. He fixed it in 20 minutes and even had me call another phone and use the front camera to make sure it worked in front of him. If you need your phone fixed I highly recommend going here.

They have a sign that says We fix it all however, I was told to contact Samsung directly so obviously they dont fix all. Staff is nice and store is clean.

Highly recommend!! Great customer service! I have a Samsung Galaxy j7 perx that had a broken screen, barely working side button and bad water damage. Ubreakifix store turned me away at 2 different locations and told me to send it back to Samsung due to water damage. They refused to touch it. However, I didnt want to send it away because Samsung would wipe the data/reset phone to factory settings in order to fix it. My best friend passed away a few months ago and although I have backed up most pictures, I do not know of a way to save our text messages. The gentleman at the phone repair kiosk in the center of the mall saved the day. He is so kind and goes above and beyond to make sure the phone is fixed. All of my pictures, messages and information are intact and safe. I cant thank him enough!!

All fraudulent reviews here from friends and family. 1 week warranties at best, they do not stand behind their work and DO NOT use OEM spec parts. Terrible craftsmanship voiding Apple Warranties left and right. Fly by night repair center with poor communications skills and poor customer service. Fairly depressing this place is centered in the middle of the mall and the mall allows such a low quality place to exist to take advantage of the people in the community!!

Wow is all I can really say. Paid to have my iPhone 6 repaired. Screen fell out the same night because they did not put all the screws back in. When I went back they told me I was not a customer there because I had paid in cash. Totally dishonest please do not waste your money at this place.
