Got a new phone for my queen they work with us were happy nice place to do business

I purchased a shatter proof cover for my LG Stylo 7 phone had phone in my pocket sat down and the cover got crushed it smashed. The receipt said it was glass but it was a cheap piece of plastic and they would not replaced it and I had only had it for 12 days

When in the latonia ky store on June 6 to pay my bill paid cash on June 27 my phone was turned off and suspended due to fraudulent pay of a credit card when I went to the store no one could help me had to wait to the next day to only get told we have to look at the cameras come back in a hour when I came back in a hour the lady was rude to me mad me pay the 80 to get it back on so therefore I had to pay 160 for one month due to whoever was working that day took my cash payment and pocketed it and used someone credit card to pay my bill this is not ok

The service was grat. Greeted sheen i walked thru the door. The lady got off the phone and was very attentive to my want of a new phone. And when i had to leave before the activation was complete she walked me thru the procedure.

Loved it nice ppl and great deals I say go visit that boost store its pretty laid back and awesome patient representatives
