Amazing food! What they do to hashbrowns is nothing short of magical. All other types of potatoes are now dead to me. And the bread pudding French toast! Jeezy Petes! Delicious. Great atmosphere and friendly staff made this restaurant a definite winner.

I went here for breakfast this weekend and felt that it was just okay. I LOVED their hash browns but wasn’t a huge fan of the neck bone gravy dish. The gravy was tasty but I thought the chicken was kind of dry and the gravy made the hash browns soggy. My boyfriend got the goetta breakfast that he really enjoyed though and looked much better.I should also note that I went here for dinner about a year or two ago and their burgers were fabulous. They also did a great job accommodating our large group.

We had brunch there for the first time last Saturday. Food is excellent, fresh ingredients, creative and flavorful. Staffs are attentive, friendly and helpful. Bright industrial decor and so clean. There is parking lot (self pay machine) right across from the restaurant. Make reservation before heading down to OTR. Great experience and recommend!!

Not Kid friendly! I’m a French chef and own my business, I will never treat clients that way… The waitress outside said we can go inside and we can have coffees…We came in on a Saturday afternoon with our autistic boys in a wagon and were told that we could only get service to « go » we felt very uncomfortable and not wanted! We were told we could sit outside only for a few minutes because reservations were made for those tables. There were no less than 15 tables open outside and inside… As a parent of disabled children I would not recommend supporting this very NONinclusive environment. Do not bring your kids. They aren’t wanted anyway!!

Im not sure what the hype is all about - especially many people say its one of the best casual restaurants in the city. The best thing we ate were the green beans. Otherwise it was good but not great. Decent beer list, good cocktails. Wonderful service. Id probably go back but wouldnt put it in my top of Cincy list.

In cincy for the weekend and had this place on my list to check out and I wasnt disappointed. The food was incredible. Got a side salad that was the best salad Ive had in a while. nothing special in ingredients but all that was there was fresh and beautifully balanced. The salmon in lemon butter was the same. Fresh and flavorful. Great old fashioned. They let me try their house made red hot shot and it too was great even though I dont usually like shots like that. Cant wait to come back!

Its called a diner, but its a full service restaurant that concentrates on making small hamburgers with large buns that are tasty and finished in five bites. I got the matzo ball appetizer and pork rinds as a prefiller meal, and both were great. This quirky restaurant will feed well but dont forget to get a drink.

The depth & uniqueness of flavors was refreshing and upscale.I look forward to returning to try more items.Extensive drink list.We finished with a salty, sweet chocolate pudding that was topped with house made whipped topping. So good!Next time I hope for an earlier dinner so that I can order espresso with dessert.

3 words MATZO BALL SOUP!!! The soup is a must have grandmas recipe. This place is amazing the layers of flavor in the food is a food orgasim in your mouth. They have great burgers with there own custom blend of meat cuts ground up for the burgers. The service is impeccable glass made it to half full before it was automatically refilled. The passion of the kitchen and wait staff is superb. The prices for such fantastic food are highly affordable for everyone. Great casual spot for French inspired comfort food with a Milwaukee twist. Hearty dishes with delicious French sauces (gravy). Decent variety of foods (including some seafood and vegetarian options), but definitely heavy comfort fare -- lots of heavier meats, fries, gravy. But everything was tasty and had unique twists on normal recipes.

Visiting Cincinnati. Walked up Vine St. in search of a restaurant. This one looked ok. It turned out to be great. Best salmon I have had in a long time. Perfectly done. The little fried capers were unusual and very good. My wife enjoyed the diner breakfast. Additional high-points; Kronenbourg 1664 on tap, a very cool reel-to-reel tape player behind the bar, excellent service and reasonable prices. We were WOWed!

A great spot, with SUPER nice staff. We came here because of seeing the lovely decor and airy interior when we were headed to another spot that wound up being for too crowded. I loved the Korean chicken and deviled eggs.I rather wish the wedge salad had been the traditional kind (iceberg lettuce, with bacon or lardons), but these folks get points for innovation (pork belly on a wedge is surely pleasing to a lot of folks). Great service- did I already say that? It’s worth saying again.

Hours are incorrect for this establishment. Entered at 9:16 to have a cocktail with my wife and was initially told by the hostess we could sit at the bar. Then as we walked to the bar (where 4 people were currently drinking) we were approached by another individual saying the bar was closed. Hours on google indicate this place is open until 10:00. It is not.

Food was delicious, service was out of this world and the location can not be beat. For the daring it is a great place to step out of your culinary comfort zone. We had the Fried Mortadella Sandwich. Think fried bologna but better. Topped with mornay sauce this will keep you going back bite after bite. They offered steak tar tar but I couldnt convince my group to go for it. Get the deviled eggs, you are welcome. Dont sleep on the chicken parmesan, which is a huge serving! Come hungry, leave happy. We will be back.

My husband and I dined at Sacred Beast and had a great experience. We were happy we made reservations as we enjoyed the busy, modern vibe on a weekend night. We wanted to explore the burger menu for which we were informed that the single cheeseburger consisted of 2 thin patties (6oz.) versus a double cheeseburger (3 thin patties totaling 9oz). Well seasoned with special sauce with fresh, soft buns. Must have either the homemade fries with mornay sauce or the hash brown fries with kimchi ketchup with it. Cant go wrong with either choice. Great service with employees who were attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. The brunch items looked enticing so we definitely need to make a future trip to try it out!

Service was amazing, menu was really limited and... strange (deviled eggs or pork rinds as an appetizer?), but the cocktails were inventive and the service was pretty nice. Outdoor seating was nice but full of flies, Id recommend they do that because it felt like an outdoor BBQ at one point it was so full of insects. Food came out very quickly, but for mid-afternoon on a Saturday it was pretty dead, which was not surprising since many other nearby restaurants offer much more interesting and diverse food options in comparison. I had a cheeseburger, it was good and hot! But very limited options for it. Not even any other cheeses besides American and lettuce cost extra! They also didnt have actual ketchup bottles though for a place that sold burgers. Just packets. Which is OK. Probably wont go back because in the area you can have WAY better food for the price, but it was a lovely time.

This is the first restaurant that we have physically eaten inside of since the Pandemic started! And Wow!! It was the right choice. The restaurant decor and atmosphere was so cool. Our server was MacKenzie and she was the BEST server we’ve ever had. Knowledgeable about the menu and how things were prepared. Very knowledgeable about their signature cocktails and mock tails (I don’t drink). From the time we sat down we were treated like we were the most important people there! The manager Jake, came to our table several times to check on us, sent us over a round of shots (yummy)! Ya’ll, they make their own Fireball!! Our group thought they were delish! The Head Chef came out and introduced himself. Overall, the best experience EVER! And let’s talk about the food! OMG we started with the deviled eggs which were out of this world and a spicy shrimp appetizer. Yummy! The three of us ordered the Dirty French burger and it tasted like french onion soup in a burger. Lord it was tasty! Our other friend ordered breakfast. They serve it all day and night long. It tried one of her hash brown cubes! Deliciously crunchy outside and a creamy explosion of potato inside. I could have eaten a whole plate of those all by myself. And now...dessert. I need a moment of silence...the chocolate pudding with whipped cream and chopped hazelnuts- yum- and then their cake with sliced strawberries!! To die for!! This was the meal we’ve been dreaming about since the shutdown. And it was worth it very month of waiting!!Truly spectacular from beginning to end. And did I mention our fabulous server, MacKenzie! Of course I did, but she is worth mentioning twice! Along with Allison and everyone who came to our table to make sure everything was great. Not invasive! Just made us feel pampered and valued. Can’t wait to go back!!

So, my best friend is a huge fan of the Grinch and when this restaurant opened they decided we had to test them out because the name sounded like the deluxe version of the roast beast that the Whos dine on during their holiday feast. But the Whos were missing out because I KNOW they did not enjoy the awesomeness that is Lobster Bisque Fries! Im not especially into seafood and even more so not into seafood as a soup so we shared these and Im still wishing Id ordered my own. I should also note that my cheeseburger was delicious ! The cheese was melted to the perfect consistency, the bun was soft yet sturdy enough that I didnt lose any of the contents, thinly sliced pickles and chopped onions - simple yet wonderfully put together. For my side item with my burger I chose the hash browns which were more like above average tatertots served with a sassy homemade ketchup. My best friend also ordered the cheeseburger but opted for fries that came with some kind of white sauce that I dont think was aioli but we forgot to ask because we were too busy eating it. All of this long post to say you should eat here and we will definitely be back!

I’ve been to this restaurant a few times and I am always left feeling bored and wishing I had eaten somewhere else. I truly believe whoever is behind this menu is committed to mediocrity. All three of the apps and all three of the entrees I’ve had were flat and uninspired. None of it makes sense. Someone also mentioned that this place is an Au Cheval copycat. Au Cheval is the pinnacle of what American food should be. If this restaurant is attempting to imitate true American culture they should be deeply embarrassed. Sacred serves gutter food compared to what actual excellent food is. Server was extremely polite and attentive. Manager was smarmy.

As we werent eating, there was an employee eating in front of customers near customers idle orders. Very rude and unprofessional! Just when you thought OTR couldnt get more great dining options Sacred Beast comes along! Its a new location with a very open dinning area which is nice.
