Service was friendly and not too slow. Milkshakes were super yummy! But the presentation of the milkshakes I ordered was the reason for the four stars and not five stars. Had milkshake dripping down the sides and the lid on one of the shakes was torn. Over all it was good!

Usually theyre fairly quick for made to order. Only complaint is I done a online drink order and let them know at drive thru. Unfortunately, they must have been busy because I ended up waiting for all the other cars in front of me to go instead of bringing it out to me like they usually do.

Waited 15 minutes in line for a limeade slush.The first time I got my drink, it was made wrong as some kind of soda drink.I politely explained that I wanted a limeade slush.She told me to keep the mistake, but acted as if I didnt know what I was talking about. I also heard a male voice asking about it behind the window as if he had never heard of it.I order these all the time.She remade this RED drink, handed it to me, and quickly shut the window. She wouldnt open it again and ignored me.I added a picture from the app of what a limeade slush looks like. There isnt any red. I hate the red flavoring.I ended up taking it because she wouldnt open the window again, and I had already waited so long.Money wasted and they treat you horribly here. They dont even know their own drinks and treat YOU like youre stupid.

Not sure why you have to wait so long in the drive through, but apparently its the norm now. And every time its not busy. It was so bad at one point we waited to even be acknowledge that we were there and finally we just left and went elsewhere. Will be going elsewhere going forward.

My wife and I stopped at This location yesterday. She ordered a coney dog and it was a mess. They didnt stick one napkin in the bag and the tater tots looked like they was just thrown in the bag, there was maybe 3 in the carton and the rest was all in the bottom of the bag. First Time eating there and Im not a big fan.

I went through the drive-thru and they gave us the complete wrong with her they made my shake a small I told him I needed a large they had me out a cup that is nothing but a mess syrup all over it I was so mad I couldnt even speak then we get over to our food and realized the whole order was not right its a shame Sonic is shutting down all over the place and yet the ones that are open cannot give you quality food

Okay, food is fine yet the past 3 times I have been SOMETHING is up with the ice cream machine. What is this McDonalds? Ice cream isnt available until 11 (when they close) they shut down the machine early every time.

All their ice cream tasted odd like a chemical. Wouldnt go there again if it was free .

I was told that the ice cream was being refroze so we couldnt get a blast...kinda why we went. Food came out fast and hot.

The foods good but the service is extremely SLOW! There always short staffed &half the time there drive threw speaker doesnt work so the line is always backed up around the store but they do give you tokens for your wait but only for a free drink or free lemon line slush.! Half the time the ice cream machine is broken too so dont expect ice cream

Its nice that yall give so many special needs people jobs, but more supervision is needed to make sure orders are correct. Never leave without checking your order...its a guarantee itll be wrong every time 😕

I am disgusted by this corporation. I demand that every worker at this industry should have their wages raised to at least $15 an hour it should be unionized in the process. How dare you turn profits at such high expectations while devaluing your employees income, how do you expect the people to afford the very food they serve let alone their own personal expenses? once again like every other corporation you forget just who actually runs your operations. Youve earned a boycott from me.

98% of the time they are out of bananas for milk shakes 50% chance they have strawberries. Please take both off your menu if you cant keep these simple ingredients in stock and btw, there is a Walmart in your shared parking lot that keeps bananas in stock, in the event you run out prior to your shipment. I am taking my business down the street to Dairy Queen

The buffalo wings are awesome! tater tots was a little greasy, the fries are good so is the mozzarella cheese sticks, pretzel twist and the breakfast menu. Dont have to get out of your car they bring it to you and you can pay from your car! Definitely going back soon!

8/13/2020. Every employee has quit due to a wage decrease to $4.00 an hour plus tips and horrid management. Apparently the owners think that people tip fast food workers and that minimum wage is just an arbitrary number. Its sad that Sonic allows this so our family will no longer eat at any Sonics.

The Coney Dog was really good but the onion rings were very greasy.

Been coming here since opened. And up until recently was awesome. Now got a burger that was like a combination between a piece of wood and the sandpaper u sand it with! The shakes we get all the time are use to be very thick and awesome. Now they are runny and average! Have honestly no idea what happened. It literally happened over night. Been same last few times we been here both locations circleville and Lancaster are the same! If this is there normal now may as well go to McDonalds! UDF still makes a great shake so maybe my new spot and wherever else for a burger!

I like Sonic, so I thought I would give them a try after the recent issues they have had. My chilli dog with onion, ketchup and mustard--no cheese had cheese and no onion, ketchup or mustard. My sweet tea was unsweetened and my blizzard was mostly ice cream with a huge air pocket in the middle that amounted to half the cup. I guess after repeating myself 4 times for my order, I should have taken that as a clue and left. After reading all the comments about trying to pay their employees $4/hr + tips.... Sealed the deal for me.

Im frequent customer to the Sonic Chain. I love Sonic. Just not this one. Went through their drive thru yesterday and they screwed up on my order. My 2 double bacon cheeseburgers were all wrong. I asked for no tomato no lettuce add extra pickle. Whelp I didnt get bacon no extra pickle. It look like the dumped a bottle of mustard and mayo on it and the added onion. Then my wife single plain cheeseburger turned out to be a double cheeseburger. All three burgers the meat was burnt.My milkshake wasnt fully blended. I will not be back to this Sonic. It was disgusting.

It was awful. I didnt get the right hot dog, but worse than that my large Sprite Zero cup was busted and it went everywhere. Nice lady at the window though.

They turned off the ice cream machines and stopped serving them 20 minutes before they closed and that was the whole reason for stopping there in the first place

Slowest place in town. Fries and tots are almost always old. Mess up your order pretty much every time you come. I used to like this place, but over the last year it has gone down in quality dramatically.

We like this Sonic. They typically get your order correct and theyre very friendly. Sonic in general seems a little slower than other drive thrus, and this one tends to cook their burgers a little crispy - which I personally find to be slightly over done. But, all of their fried items are always just right, as are the slushies.

Worst fast food weve ever experienced. Went through the drive-thru and the lady quit taking my order half way through. We pulled up and told them that we werent done with our order and the girl just said oh ok. We pulled into a stall and waited 20 minutes and got cold food. Our strawberry sweet teas were cherry teas. 2 piece kids chicken tenders came out with one tender. Do not waste your time coming here!

Love this place. They have happy hour on their drinks to. They take cash and debit cards. You can even just get desert if you want. Just pull in park and order.

The lady in the drive through took forever taking our order and two people behind us got frustrated and left. I was charged for things I didnt even order. Had to have the manager come out and he basically couldnt be bothered. Handed me 57 cents, shrugged and went back in. Apparently, they need to hire The Count from Sesame Street to teach these people Math because I should have gotten more than that back. The food was okay but not worth the hassle I went through and its ridiculously over priced for what it is. Definitely wont be returning and will be making sure everyone I know avoids the place as well.

Just average. Food quality is decent, prices are a bit high for what you get. HOWEVER they do run some amazing specials every so often that make it something really enjoyable. I rarely eat here beyond those times, like 25c hotdogs and hamburgers, or half priced chicken wings. If they had these more often Id likely rate it higher.
