I needed a new mattress and after looking through reviews decided to go to this Mattress Firm and Im very happy I did. Everyone there is friendly and professional. I was greeted by Suzanne a sleep expert. She helped me through the many different mattresses and helped me make an educated decision. We went through some of my sleep needs and concerns. She is a very knowledgeable, caring person. Im thrilled with the mattress and adjustable base I chose. Ive been sleeping great ever since I got it delivered.

Employees were knowledgeable and attentive, but also gave us space to try out various mattresses at our leisure and talk privately. Shannon is very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. They take covid precautions and do their best to keep everyone safe. We were able to take over 2 hours to find our favorite mattress and to make sure we were really happy with our purchase. Employees were upfront about deals and limits of those options, as well as the timing for mattresses out of stock. There was no pressure to make a purchase on our first visit, and we instead were able to focus on finding exactly what we wanted. Fortunately, we found what we wanted and are looking forward to some good sleep.

As soon as I walked in I had a great experience shopping here. I was greeted immediately by Lindsay and shown several mattresses that could have fit my needs. During that time she expertly gave me benefits and differences between models. The most important thing by far was the personable, attentive and low pressure sales style that Lindsay and her coworkers had. It was actually a friendly and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend making this store a part of your mattress shopping plans.

Needed a new mattress fast. Came into THIS mattress firm and was greeted with a great service. Matthew came over and asked what were looking for and helped us with a great selection. Both myself and my parents walked out getting a mattress. Matthew was very helpful and definitely will be visiting him again on my next mattress purchase down the road.

I should have listened better to the salesperson who probably knew that “Firm” was not the best fit.So, I went in yesterday and swapped it out (-10% fee) for a mattress much better suited to me. The Mattress Firm location we went to is at 7849 Greenback Lane in Citrus Heights across from Lowes. It was a very stress free experience having Suzanne helping us. She understood my issues regarding back pain from my old mattress and the options available. Shes been in this industry over 23 years, so we got a professional. Id recommend this company and Suzanne for sure.

A great experience. She really took my husband and I on a journey of finding the mattress that is right for us without really pressuring us in one direction or the other. She even stayed almost an hour after close to help us finish our purchase!

I really enjoyed my shopping experience! Michael greeted me when I came in, asked how he could help me and we set off to work. He did a great job showing me many options and asking specific questions regarding my needs. I have a disabled son...back injury from the war...and he needs a firm mattress and another son who is quite large and needs back support also. I was buying two twin size beds for some antique bed frames I inherited for a guest room and I wanted to make sure both my boys could sleep on them when they come home to visit.He did a great job showing me many options and helped me stay on budget!He gave me a military discount and even helped me with the delivery fee. I could not have been happier.We have bought all our beds from this company and plan to come back next year to buy a new King size bed for our master suite.

After asking us a few well-placed questions, he led us to some mattresses from which to choose. It has been 30+ years since weve purchased a new mattress, but after trying his suggestions, within 25 minutes, we were at the sales counter, credit card in hand. We truly appreciated Michaels knowledge, patience and suggestions, and we are very happy, one week later, with our purchase. The delivery duo were efficient and respectful of our home, donning their red booties before entering, and leaving not a scrap of shipping material. In addition, we received the adjustable bed frame that was part of the promotion running at the time, and have been sleeping like 2 babies, ever since. Thank you, Mattress Firm.

If you want to have a sincere, highly competent and relaxed experience truly shopping for a quality mattress, Mattress Firm has to be one of your stops. I didn’t feel pressured, and did some research before and after our initial visit. Purchased TempurLuxbreeze and bases for family. Shannon went through pillows and covers, sheet sets, etc as well. I couldn’t be happier with the service we received and will be returning for myself in the future.

The store has a nice selection of mattresses. I was very pleased with the customer service, I received from Suzanne. She was very knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect mattress.

Shannon was a good salesperson. Very helpful. Ended up returning the mattress. It killed my back. Beware the return policy. Cost me almost $500 ($20% plus $99 shipping) to return an $1900 mattress. If I opted for exchange, it would have been 10% plus $99 AND NO OPTION to return. I considered a $5000 exchange mattress but with NO (NONE, ZERO) option for return, it was too risky. Theres some online options that are less risky.

I have purchased several mattresses with Mattress Firm but this was the first time at this location. I called first to see if a Mattress type was still available and Shannon went out of her way to assist me and to also offer/suggest options. I need a mattress that is very firm and Shannon was spot on with her suggestions. I went to the store yesterday at 10 am, purchased the set and it was delivered last night about 6:30 pm. Outstanding service.
