The worst part about having your car worked on is when you get it back and parts are missing. Had my batter changed and the one piece that goes on the battery, an insulator. Taken off the car and no one knows what happened to it? When does a service department remove and not replace parts that are original and factory.Be careful and double check your vehicle before you drive off.I have to re work my schedule to take my car back in and have them take the battery out and install the insulator all over again. What has happened to customer care?

I want to thank Dan and his Crew for going above and beyond, they stayed 2 hours late to install and balance my new set of tires that I needed for a road trip the following Day. They also were able to squeeze in a much needed alignment for my car. My road trip went great and I put my new Continental ExtremeContact Sports through their paces.

Worst service on the planet. I came in with a flat that had a warranty. They wouldn’t honor the warranty. Whatever. The real issue is with the rude counter staff and the poor communication.Plus it took 29 hours to replace a tire. They called me to pick up my wheel and have it put on and kept me waiting for an hour and a half.Les Shwab for me forever.

This is a really good shop with amazing staff who really care about your car and the work they do on it. Ive been going to this same shop for almost 2 years and continued to come here even after moving. Definitely worth the visit

They got a late request for upper and lower ball joint replacement on an Excursion and were able to get it done same day. A little pricey for the repair, but I needed it done and also bought a lifetime alignment.Satisfied with the transaction.

They were very professional. They explained in detail what they were doing, and made sure I understand everything.

Been there a few times. Each time had to wait for it is a busy shop and seem to do their best but couldnt help me with the concerns I had.

Dropped off car at 9am as soon as they opened for a leaking tire. Took them till after closing (5:30pm) and never called us. We called at 3:30 they said they just pulled the car in. We went just before closing and they had just barely got the tire off. We waited another 45 minutes for them to install a new tire because the nail was 4 inches from another patch so they could not patch it.Not the first time we have had them take all day to take care of our needs.

These folks were great and have become my local tire shop. We recently moved to the area and Ive been a Firestone Complete Auto Care customer for a long time, both in Orlando FL and in San Francisco Bay Area.Our Honda Pilot had a slow leak, I suspected a nail and sure enough that was it. I scheduled an appointment, they told me it would be about 45 minutes. I decided to walk across the street to Lowes. Theres also a Harbor Freight nearby but it was too early to drop in there.I returned in 45 minutes and the tire had been repaired. To my surprise, there was no charge since it was covered with my roadside assistance plan.I highly recommend this team!

Took it in to have it checked all around. Mainly undercarriage, U joint, ball joints, A arm, etc. $9.99 total. Came back with over $2,000 worth of work needed. Later I took it to a shop in Sonora where a friend double checked on his lunch break for me. Put it on a list and a diagnostic machine. Couple things have normal wear and tear. Figured about $800 and should have it done as soon as its convenient. Always get a second opinion.

This place is a SCAM! BEWARE.. they make up stuff that you DONT NEED and I knew they were lying and I took it to another place and sure enough I was right! Firestone tried to say I needed to spend ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS and when I went to another place.. they said it was under TWENTY... YES TWENTY DOLLARS TO FIX!DONT WASTE GOING HERE AND THEY WILL BE REPORTED FOR THE SCAM THEY ARE TRYING CHARGE CUSTOMERS FOR SERVICES THAT THEY D-O-N-T NEED. They deserve zero stars.

They were really busy but friendly to my mom who needed to get the air in her tires checked. The tech eluded to proposing she might have a nail in her tire but never offered to check so she left with great concern. Another tech adjed if shed been helped and listened patiently then did a visual check and took her hand to feel around finding nothing then advised her to cine backvthe following day if she found she lost air pressure.

Friendly people. Very trustworthy people working there. Will not over sell you. Great place.

This place exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The ease of online scheduling to dropping the vehicle off. The staff was very professional and easy to talk to. They explained the process and gave me a quote for service. During the servicing of the vehicle the Service Dept called me to explain any other findings. They provided me a written quote for those items. The additional findings where explained in simple terms making it very easy to understand what and how these parts would fix my sons car. They have fair pricing and I didnt feel pressured into buying additional items. The lobby was clean, comfortable, and had a place for my kids to play. The toys even where clean. This place is awesome. Looking forward to bringing my other sons car in. Thank you!!!

Took my moms car here to have a/c fixed. They wanted to put parts on the car that it didnt need. They wanted 700.00 to fix it. Took it somewhere else. They charge 150. Big difference . Will not take car back there.

This is the worst place ever to get your tires checked. Please stay away if you want all your parts back that came on your car back on your car once they are done with repairs. Their mechanic gave me the excuse of “oh I was just busy and rushing.” You’re better off going to Goodyear that is down the street who is more professional and doesn’t lose parts of your car and try and repair with whatever is laying around.

He has a great attitude and was able to help us in an efficient manner. I felt like his only customer because he was so attentive. While we waited for the inspection to be completed, I had the opportunity to observe his interaction with other customers who came into the store after we had. He was attentive to each and every one. He had immediate recall of services that they provided. He honestly treated everyone with a genuine zeal and appreciation for their patronage. He is the reason that I will return to your store. Great car shop! The staff is always very helpful, especially Mr. Mark! The repair and maintenance work is always done well. The work can take a while, but they will help you in and out as fast as they can if you let them know youre in a hurry. We usually get a call saying when they start the work and when theyve finished when we drop a car off for maintenance.

Everyone at this location were very nice and accommodating. I would really like to give a big thumbs up to Dan the store manager for taking the time to do my tire installation himself. He did an awesome job !!!!

I appreciate the customer service I was given from the time I got there until I left. Everyone was professional and nice which is very big in my book because you just dont fine much of it anymore. I made an appointment, they took my car in at that time and had it done in a short time. I will go back for all my car needs. So refreshing! Firestone has treated me very well and one of the mechanics are Mitch is the best mechanic there is there. Hes a veteran and very thorough with his job and does it with great passion. I like to have only him work on my vehicle because I had another one once work on it and I screwed it up so I no longer venture out with different mechanics. They are very thorough and very honest and everything that they do as you will see. They dont do work on anybodys car without first talking with him about it. They inspect and check everything thoroughly and let you know if there is anything wrong that needs to be looked at. You will have a good experience as I have from Firestone on Greenback and Sunrise Boulevard in Citrus Heights.

We were on vacation and had a flat on our inside dual tire. ON A SATURDAY EVENING! Which limited choices for repair options on a Sunday.So glad we found this Firestone. I would recommed them even on a weekdays!Seriously though, Pat was very professional got us fixed up and got us on our way. Thank you vey much Pat!!!

I went in for four tires and got sucked into more than what I went in there for. I understand that you typically need an alignment when you get new tires. But Goodyear gives a free alignment when you use their credit card. But the Firestone credit card has a better deal. Firestone offers a 6 month no interest if you spend $149 or more compared to Goodyears interest free offer for spending $199 or more. I will continue to go to Firestone for tire needs.

Firestone has the best tires there are in my, opinion, and Ive used a lot of them on my truck. I personally like the dueler tire Bridgestone brand. Theyre the only ones left with a lifetime alignment for a cheap price, and; you will use it in a big truck like mine. Theyre always courteous and professional and get me my truck back as soon as possible. I bought an upwards of five sets of tires, and Ive never had an issue. Thank you Firestone!

Maya was stuck by herself with a busy schedule. She was able to still fit us in for a tire patch on Fathers Day and provide us with great customer service. Thank you to the Technicians as well who was also short handed.

I have been going to this location for over 20 yrs. They will not sell you services you dont need and their prices are fair. I love this Firestone location and wont go anywhere else! The staff is knowledgeable and awesome.

I absolutely love Firestone, their workmanship and integrity is better than any dealership. Their prices are usually less expensive than the dealerships too. I prefer them over the dealership.

This location has always done an excellent job taking care of my tires and taking care of me as a customer. Theyre always straightforward and helpful.

Three hours and counting for a simple brake check and bulb change after being told 45 minutes. Dont waste your time here. Absolutely no sense of urgency. I was one of the first here in the morning, and watched my car sit for an hour without being touched.

I think they should be investigated by the better business bureau.

VERY VERY Expensive and you MUST INSIST on getting the BEST PARTS! Otherwise theyll use the LEAST EXPENSIVE parts and still charge you an arm & a leg and smile while doing it! Always trying to UPSELL you! Plus, they look for ANYTHING that may not be PERTINENT to getting fixed right away and but NOT INFORM you that its not NEEDED right away! Absolutely get numerous opinions from other shops before listening to and agreeing to getting repairs!!!

Came here at opening and they got me right in for an oil change, but they do get very busy as the day progresses. Friendly staff, ready to help. Prices are competitive in my opinion.

Ally has always been great with customer service. However, even at different locations I dont feel like Firestone is as reliable as people put it out to be. I took my car in after it broke down in hope of the problem getting identified and then come to find out they dont have a strong enough mechanic to figure out whats wrong with my car. Now I have to shovel out more money to get it towed to a dealership.

We purchased a 2000 infinity which failed smog, we showed the service adviser Mark the smog fail tag ;and he called infinity for a price on the catalytic converter and said it was 1300.00 didnt even quote the repairs for the knox, sensor issuei did some checking and the part number they used for the cat on the Firestone estimate was made by a manufacture called walker available for $104.97 delivered to my door.found out after calling the BAR they are not a licensed smog repair facilityto wrap this up they were going to charge 1300.00 for an infinity which was only 104.97 made by walker.very deceitful, misleading and straight up fraud

Doubled the price of how much the part is normally (part on Amazon listed for $40 and was charged $82). Also, the same person who did the diagnostic did the work. The diagnostic is a separate $100 charge before the cost of the work is even accounted for. Learned my lesson and will not be coming back.

Stopped by this morning because my car’s tire was having low pressure problem. Arturo (hope I spell his name correctly) was very friendly and helpful.

They fixed my truck in only 2 and a half hours. I love going to them.

DONT GO TO THIS SHOP! I went on intentions of buying new tires. I was told by Carly they had the tires in stock. I said put them on,she said come back after an hour & a half...no problem. I killed the whole time in the mall,only to get a phone call after an hour & a half, saying the truck driver was stuck in traffic with my tires. The same tires that she said they had in the shop.(not even a good liar). When I got there she had changed her story to were to busy to put your tires on,but lets make an appointment for another time....hahahaa! No way!! DONT GO TO THIS SHOP!! Theres no customer service at all!!

Wow, my experience was better than the other one-star reviews, but needless to say, I hate being ignored for being female.Walking in this morning, there were four guys behind the counter talking shop. The manager looked up, saw me walk in and then proceeded to continue talking to the couple who were buying tires. This went on for a few minutes. Finally I said, Is this the line to get an oil change?!? and John, an older mechanic said, Yes, there is only one guy running the register, were waiting for orders.Okay, so I can get that. What I cant get is the lack of acknowledgment when a customer comes in. You know what would work? A simple: Hi! Ill be with you in just a minute!I actually liked John telling me little things like my car was made in Japan because it said on the VIN, not to keep the A/C running in recirc mode, that the car was in good shape, just needed a top off of brake fluid, etc. He also replaced a rear brake light bulb that burned out for $15.I waited for everything to be done, it took about an hour. Meanwhile while I was paying (oil change came to $20 w/ tax & coupon), a guy strolled in. The manager quickly looked up and said, Ill be right with you, sir. I felt like saying, Oh, so what am I, chopped liver?! but I didnt. Coulda, shoulda, woulda.
