Scott and the employees here are wonderful 4 brand new tires and siping done on my tires in less then 30 minutes.

I went to Firestone first and they tried to force me to replace a TPMS sensor for simply taking a tire off to patch it for a nail. When I came to Les Schwab they were friendly and greeted me at the door. They were a bit busy and made sure I knew that it would be a min but that they would make sure to get it out as soon as possible. At no point was I wondering where my car is in the line up and they always made me feel safe and that I can trust them. I can never stop saying great things about my continuing experience with Les Schwab and Mike. Thank you

I was not happy with the service. I came in with a slow leak in the driver tire. They aired it up and asked why I was running my tires so low? Also asked them to check on the alignment. I still feel like it pulls to the right.

I had a hard time with this, I asked for some specifics here, none were done but they did get me taken care of in a timely manor. The prices didnt add up, was charged more than quoted on the phone but I needed my car fixed. In the end, make sure u question everything they do.On a side note, my situation was very unique, I am happy overall with what they did do but a lot was left to be desired.

Called on Friday, December 18th for an appointment to get four new tires on Saturday. Was provided a 0800 appointment to install four new tires Saturday. They sent me an email with an invoice attached verifying the price and appointment. Sales person identified on invoice as “James”. Showed up Saturday at 0800. They tell me I don’t have an appointment. Hum, I show them my email and invoice and get you don’t have an appointment. Ask, can you get it done today? They seem to want to play the blame game, blaming me for not having an appointment, huh? Can’t get the tires. Total waste of time. For year I’ve gone to Folsom LS and have never had a problem. Recommend Folsom. CH, not so much.

Average at best. Took the tech 1 hour to fix the flat on our loaded truck. He disappeared twice while we were waiting, appeared he went and took lunch. Didnt torque check the wheel after he put it back on.

The poor review is just because of a lack of communication. The initial counter lady told us we only had two cars in front of us. we left for a half hour, came back, and the tech, who was super nice and apologetic for making us wait a half hour, then said it would take another hour and a half to fix a simple flat tire because of six cars we were waiting behind.I then went to the S & S down the street because they said they could fix it in a half hour. I went there, and not only did they fix it, but I didnt even have to get out of the car. They plugged it in 30 seconds, and charged me $15. Les Schwab was gonna charge me $20 and make me wait two hours.This guy literally plugged it in 30 seconds. I mean, come on. He even said I could pick up a simple tire plug kit at Walmart and do it myself, which I never bothered to look into before. Thanks S & S.The Les Schwab guy could have fixed it in seconds but didnt. Geez. Dont make good service so complicated. He was nice though.

I had never been to a Les Schwab tire center until today. Thankfully our regular tire place was closed(Tuesday 4/14), otherwise we would not have found the absolute best place to have our vehicles serviced. We had a screw in the tire and needed repair. The guy who repaired the tire on our Tundra was not only quick, but he checked all of our tires and even put valve stem caps on all tires because they were missing. The caps were missing because our old tire center forgot to put them back on. The guy was detailed and very professional, very nice. We have definitely found the best place in Sacramento. We have had our vehicles serviced at numerous places over the years, but this was the best service we have ever received. When our vehicles need new tires or service, we will be coming to the Les Schwab in Citrus Heights.

Friendly staff but I was told it would be 45 minutes for them to help me change one flat tire. Just needed the spare put on. Its been an hour they never toke down my name or car info so everyone that came in after me got their cars check out and left. Had to resort to calling road side assistance. Never coming back to this location again. The one one Madison Ave is 5 star service for all people. This man just pulled up and even he is getting helped before me #proof

Needed parts before they could align front end. Advised me and showed me what repairs needed to be done prior to alignment. I do my own repairs so Ill make another appointment to get the alignment completed after the repairs are done. Appreciate their honesty and no pressure sales tactics. Great place ty o go.

I had broken studs on my truck they fixed them and did it for next to nothing got me back on the road with in an hour !

We needed to get a set of new tires for our Ford edge for a trip to LA in a few days. We went to check prices and were given a few options. We chose the tires we wanted and expected to have to order them and return for an appointment to put them on. But to our surprise they told us they could go get them from their warehouse and put them on today! In just 2hrs we had our new tires on and were ready to go to LA! After getting a quote from Walts down the street, first 90 then 500$ for an alignment. I took it to Scott at Les Shwab, he did a free inspection to see what was needed for the camber, toe in etc. 150$ total including some camber bolts. Very happy, with the fair, honest, easy, and fast experience there. Also glad to have saved 350$. And it drives great! Perfect job. Didnt have to put more into this old Van then the things worth. Made appointment, the vehicle was taken right in and it took a little less time than the estimate. Representative told me about some work that will need to be done in the near future. He gave a written estimate, and explained about parts being O.E. for this vehicle. No pressure.

Great service. I have been going there for years. I had my wife take my autos there a few times for me(due to working) and it seams like the service had not been so good. I went to brand X for a while. But I just two more vehicles in for service (Alignment) and it looks like there back on a there game.I received great service with my last two visits.

I love this place! I have stopped by this place three times and they are so helpful. I am a single woman and I dont know much about tires but this place does. From just getting your air pressure checked in your tire to actually fixing a flat which they did complementary. A very honest auto shop, which is something Les Schwab is known for. They are always willing to help, and greet you in the parking lot as you arrive. Ive even been given a check a week or 2 after being serviced because they said they over charged me for labor. Any other place would never have done this and just keep the extra money.

Les Schwab has been out of my area for years. In the past I have purchased tires, batteries and snow chains from Les Schwab and have been very happy with their products and services.Last month, on the Thanksgiving weekend I had a leak in a run flat tire. I was 300 miles from home and unfamiliar with the area outside of Sacramento, California. My first attempt to get my tire repaired ended in the Service Manager saying that they didnt want to work on my new BMW. Checking the GPS in my car the first place listed was Les Schwab. I was 10 miles away from the store but followed the directions on my GPS to a store which reminded me of my previous experience with Schwab in Oregon. The repair took some time as it was the Saturday after Thanksgiving but in a few minutes they discovered a brad in my tire and were able to correct the problem for no charge.I was running late but my car was ready and safe for the 300 mile journey to Paso Robles, California.

Scott and Mike helped me today, and they are experts in their field. They tell you everything, educate you if you ask questions, and the whole shop does a great job! Hot coffee and popcorn while you wait, and they always have what I need in stock for my truck. Customer for life!

I had a nail on my tire and last time I pull it out got stranded for an hour fixing my own tire, I decided to stop by this store and the waiting time was 2:30 hrs but the guy [witch I didnt took his name..sorry] decided to went and take a look to it so he pull it out for me and make sure there was no leak right in there easy fix! We drove up to the store and gentlemen walked right up to us seeing what we needed. We had a tire light on and was concerned about the air pressure in the tires. He checked all the tires and told us the pressures were all good. He then explained how all the tire sensors work and what the issue could be and proceeded to tell us who to fix it and how much it would cost. Service was very friendly and is why we love coming to them.

I went to Car Czar awhile back to get my brakes checked. They told me it was going to be a $700+ job. I decided to get a second opinion before I spent that kind of money. Im at Les Schwab and they tell me that my brakes are basically new. Its just brake dust causing the squeaking. $0 spent... Just goes to show you, some places cant be trusted and just want your money. I guess car czar thought I was dumb enough to take advantage of.. I wont be going back there EVER! Les Schwab has exceptional service! I wont go anywhere anymore.

No, never again. Charged me $22 for a sensor relearn. That they didnt even do!!!! He had to go back out and do it! Glad I asked if they actually did it. I am so upset!!!!!! Low air in one tire. I got here early and waited for them to open. I was the very first person in the door. First person to be written up. So why am I still waiting here an hour later and they havent even started on my car yet? VERY disappointed and annoyed.I regret coming here. I should have gone to Americas Tire. Nearly 2 hours now. For a simple fix. Oh, why didnt I go to Americas Tire?

My entire family and numerous friends have been using this location since they opened 15 plus years ago. Always have experienced over the top service! Les Schwab obviously takes the time to train their people well both technically and with customer service. Yes, you can buy tires anywhere, but the high level of service during and even years after the sale that this store provides is hard to find these days.

While I have used this location previously, today was unfortunate. I arrived to pick up my vehicle and was made to feel like I was an inconvenience. I waited in line and when the lady called me up, she was rather rude. I asked what all work was done to the car and she held up the paper for me to read it. She is the only one who does not wear a name badge. I did my best to be nice and cordial. I chose to bring my business to this store and I would like to think they would appreciate receiving business. But after being made to feel I was a bother I doubt I will be returning.

I bring my diesel truck here and my wifes economy car as well. Coincidentally, Ive only worked with Scott. Im sure everyone there is just as knowledgeable and friendly as he is, but Ive only had the pleasure of working with him and hes definitely an honest and awesome guy. We brought our wifes car in after changing her flat tire after work, around 5:30pm and they helped us inspect the flat tire to see if it was repairable or not. We decided to replace it and one other tire. By this time, they were supposed to be closed already but they didnt rush us for a decision, they didnt run around in a hurry to make us feel uneasy, and they didnt try and push us to come back another day. They stayed open an extra hour just to make sure my wifes car had new tires, and Scott took the time to explain the warranty along with what it covers and services available for free, in detail, BEFORE we even paid. These guys do great work and provide amazing customer service at the same time.

Very disappointing, its very understandable They re always busy, but what is not is that they give u an estimated price for service on the brakes, and then next day you receive a total different estimated?? On the top of that old lady was rather rude, I have done a few business with Les Schwab before, but Im very disappointed with this people acting like they are the only place to serve your brakes, you guys are very good at what you do but you guys are not the only one..

2 hours for a tire rotation is unacceptable. I have been buying Less Schwab as long as I have been driving but this may very well be my last set. The lady at the front is always rude. The other employees are nice and seem honest but since the location on Greenback closed this place is swamped. I dont have time for 2+ hour rotations.

Ive been here for my work truck.No problems there. I take my hybrid in for tires, brake inspection, alignment. Guy gets on the phone asking questions to higher ups, has no idea what to do with my car, whether they know how to work on it or not. Sorry, we cant inspect your brakes,we cant do alignment on that car, cant do the brakes. Turns out the dealer has better tire deal anyway,l And they inspect my brakes and alignment. This place basically refused my business because they were incompetent working on hybrid vehicles. Zero, statars for the hybrid. One star for the truck, barely

Bought snow chains and I left with the surprising feeling that the people who work there genuinely care about their customers, I was only purchasing chains. They asked what area I planned on driving into, the possible conditions I would drive in & ammount of driving that chains may be used. They gave several options to choose from without pushing the highest price. With the knowledge of my choice being least expensive, they continued to share their knowledge and experience snd when my questions went beyond their knowledge they looked up the laws that applied to my vehicle wether towing or itself. There was much to do as it was closing time but found them not to be hurried or rushed but took the time to give all the information they could. I will absolutely be a return customer for any of my snow chain needs, and a loyal customer for any wheel, tire and or brake services needed. Its been a very long time since I had seen any genuine care or kindness from any type of business! Thank you Les Schwab, your hiring great employees!
