The people are real nice

The service was fast. The only thing slightly annoying was them not wanting to accept a torn bill. No parts were missing of the bill just torn.

Jazz takes care of me every time. I’ve been shopping here since day one I’ve never had an issue with any of my pieces I’ve gotten from there the one time I did i brought it back in and they made it right thanks fellas keep up the good work.

I am 100% for supporting local business, so instead of going other places where I can get products for cheaper I usually go here as its a couple blocks from my house. Im not sure why I have continued to give return business in the first place as the service, if you can even call it that, is horrible. I feel like I am bothering them every time I am there by even asking a question. I guess theyre too busy hitting whip-its behind the counter. Yes, that happened. Anyway, I went the other day to purchase a small portable scale and when I got home, it weighed small things just fine, but when taring at higher weights it would swing up and down by about .5 grams. I went to exchange it 30 mins later and was told they would not help me. I was told that it worked just fine and that there is nothing they could do for me. I wasnt asking for money back, just a product that works correctly. I have spent easily over $1000 there and they wouldnt exchange a $19 scale. So I brought it home, recorded video of it acting up, and then went and threw it on their door step. Trash.
