I went into your Citrus Heights, CA store inside the Sunrise Mall to make a return or exchange and before I had a chance to even say anything, the associate told me that they dont do returns at that location. When I asked why, he said that they dont carry cash. I told him that I never said that I wanted cash. That a gift card or store credit would be fine if I couldnt find something in the store. He said he needed to check with his manager. He came out about 30 seconds later and said we couldnt do it there and that I needed to go to another store. He never even looked at my return. I had my receipt too. I realize that retail stores dont want returns to go against their revenue but is it worth losing a customer over? Im still in disbelief and I though most of my purchases are online, I have no intention in shopping with Champs Sports again. The managers name that he gave me was Angeline. Im 38 years old and this was maybe the worst customer service that Ive experienced in my life.

I bought a pair of $100 shoes for my son. He wore them one day and they were so uncomfortable he went back to his shoes that are too small. I tried to return them and they refused to give me a refund, saying they were used.
