I ordered shoes for my brothers birthday. They came in late past the shipping promised time because they said they were having difficulty finding the shoes so it went past his B-day. Then I had to do an exchange because they ran too small and I needed one size up. It took 41 days and counting to complete the exchange. I finally called and waited 1 hour on hold to speak to someone. The representative told me they no longer have the item in stock to do the refund and that they would have to give me a refund but that I had to wait a few more days in order to receive my refund because the warehouse would have to complete their process even though he told him he would have to give me a refund so I expected him to do it then and there. Now I will have to hope that they issue the refund within the next few days or I will have to wait another hour on hold. Terrible experience. He did offer a $10 coupon but I will never shop at Foot Locker again so I told him I wouldnt need it.

I placed a order online and bought some shoes. When I went into the store it was fast, easy and the customer service was amazing. We talked with the actual manager and she was very helpful and energetic. Nice to see people with Great Customer Service Skills. We live in South Sacramento and are very close to Arden Mall but would drive again to Sunrise just for the customer service

Didnt have the size in stock...i believe she said they only had one size in stock. All others were ordered 3-5 biz days. Had to sign up for some rewards proj to get free shipping. Nice employees.

I went into Foot Locker with my daughter the guy was pretty helpful easy to talk to and answer your question so I was definitely please and I felt comfortable because sometimes I just fell bug and I want to walk out when I go to a lot of places like at the mall stop forget how it is when I go so I get surprised but I was so pleased that I did not have to put on comfortable
