Girls on staff were quite helpful. They caked another store and checked online for us to assist in finding our item. Then to my sons amazement they recommended (as I had suggested) that we call first next time (before driving all the way there) to check inventory. Huh? LOL. The staff was friendly and funny.

This is the only place my daughter will buy her clothes so we go often and they make it so worth it with the hot cash sometimes I end up with 60$ off my purchase an the staff is always helpful and nice no complaints.

Hot Topic as always was on point. Great selection, great prices, currently killer sales. Love this place. My kids enjoy going in and looking at the different Funko figures. Wife and I enjoy the body jewelry, clothing, and other items sold. Staff is ALWAYS helpful and friendly.

Friendly staff, some good deals and its a hot topic. They had some interesting jewelry at buy two get two free and some interesting jeans at a good price. I bought a some space galaxy looking jeans for about 15 bucks which is really goos in terms of pricing and they look fancy.

I really like shopping here. I always stop by because its one of my favorite stores when I go to the mall. Their T-shirt selection is awesome. They also have a good size selection of piercings to go through.

Both my teenager and I love to shop here. There are a lot of really trendy things and really interesting things that you really cant find in other stores. Theres not another store like it. If you are a fan of Music, there are lots and lots of womens and mens t-shirts that show the Bands name and or logo on the shirt. Lots of Disney stuff and Anime stuff. the store is anything but boring and the employees are so so nice!

They need more large gauge body jewelry 7/16, 1/2 stuff like that...But always some cool stuff in there

$6 dollar clearance shirts here right now. Make sure to pop in this weekend and dig through a box. You could find gold. Otherwise always a good spot for dope tees.

I like this hot topic, while it is in a usually pretty empty mall, it is usually bustling with people. The employees are always very nice and attentive.

Needs more rock/metal t-shirts like back in the day and less kids cartoon stuff. They were playing hip hop when I went there last. It blew my mind. They do have some metal Ts though..

Great staff, fun shopping, something for everyone. Even my 4-year-old can find stuff she loves. Merchandise from animes, popular television shows & movies, Disney, music, gothic noir, and more. Loud music, though. And their clothing sizes tend to run small.

Larger than the Galleria mall store. About 4x the t-shirt options as the Galleria location. Different emphasis between the two stores. Teenage kids preferred the Sunrise Mall store.

The staff is funny and helpful when you need it. I would shop there again.

Its a good place for anime merchandise and band merchandise. Though as a suggestion, you guys should add JoJos Bizarre Adventure and One Piece, since they are main stream animes currently. Other than that its a good merchandise store !
