Our visit to the store was nice but the register system here with the employees not communicating when they need back up needs to improve.. The register area in Mens was being ran by 1 lady with 10 people in line, then I walk to the mall side register and there is 4 people working them and only 3 people in line. I could already here people saying What is this Walmart at 10pm? Why isnt she calling out for help?!Other than that our family visit was great I found a super great deal on a suit coat for only $60 regular $140 on sale for $84 plus rewards points it was a great find cant wait to wear it to the wedding were attending in Nov.Thanks for the nice visit but I hope youll be able to get some more able bodies in to get more register coverage with holidays coming up.

The pandemic has ruined shopping malls. Sunrise Mall is a stellar example. Very little open, very little foot traffic, few snack/food offerings. That said, JCP is a pretty good store, though also little foot traffic. They carry a good selection of cotton clothing, I like that. Linens, curtains, towels, some furniture, JCP is my go to for quality and value.

Tried to get in store. Only 2 entrances open. Finally got in by pickup door and walked clear across the store and looked around. Couldnt find what I was looking for and set out looking for an employee. Only one was at the checkout stand. She was too busy to answer my question. Continued looking for someone to help me. I finally located what I wanted and wanted to try it on. The only changing room, again, was across the store. The items didnt fit so I got mad and left. No sale. Not going back.

I enjoy using the in-store carts they have for hanging clothes on and putting my purse in. One of the main reasons I shop there.

Guy in the Home Department is the best! Hes the most knowledgeable person when it comes to mattresses. He knows his stuff, hes detailed, hes super professional and super nice. Patient and always offers a smile. I trusted his opinion and he made it easy to make a decision on which mattress to buy from his recommendations. He listens and his customer service skills are impeccable!!

Mostly of my purchases I am satisfied with. Their womens clothing charts are not very accurate. Their size medium for women runs Very Large in most cases and too long for a Petite woman.

Pennys is a great American store, we hope they stick around FOREVER. Was not forced to wear a certain oppressive facial covering, but I dont want to say what that was so that no one jumps in here and tries to change that. Also there sales and service is awesome!

I like this store as sometimes you can find items on clearance so you can save some money.

Theyre still having their storewide clearance, 60 - 80% off but they are also having BUY ONE GET ONE FREE on the clearance items. They have allot of name brands on clearance and I believe that the Buy one get one free is on ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS!!!

First time at JcPenney in Citrus Heights. The store is well lit and inviting. Associates were very friendly. Nice atmosphere!

I could not find the curbside pickup area. I am chronically ill and have a hard time leaving the house. It was so exhausting walking into the store to get my item. The clerk didnt seem to care. The item was nice, though.

I had a return. It went smoothly with no problems.

This store is nearly impossible to find anything in my size here. I am a LT size. I was told that they have my size and they do have some things, but the time I went to the store looked like it was ransacked by people. The clothing on the shelves were strewn about like an earthquake had hit. There were no employees to help me.

The customer service was outstanding.

Unfortunately this store has no idea of what customer service is Or what it takes to achieve it its always hot no AC.

Absolutely love JcPenny! I go here for all my work clothes, they have a great assortment of womans blazers, and dress shirts and slacks. Lately I have been ordering online and picking up in store and this last time around I encountered an extremely rude employee named Shannon. She was the only person at the counter and seemed a little frazzled by the line. When I was trying to pull my order up on my phone I had two different notifications (scan bars) and I let her know, and she all but yelled at me that they were the same so much that I told her hey you dont have to be snippy with me. After she got my two orders from the back she slapped them on the counter and started talking with another employee rather than finishing off the transaction and asking if I needed anything more. Super poor service for a customer service position. I would give her one star but I do love Pennys and have never had problems with customer service prior to this encounter.

Great service today. Glad they were able to stay open.

Bought some Levis, on sale, great price, but........the store was somewhat disheveled and floor people arent really that friendly.

Its crazy to be able to watch a business slowly die. Its like blockbuster but they sell clothes and stuff.Didnt have what I wanted do to it being like an expensive yard sale...

When you make a purchase but cashier forgets to take out the security thingie and you have to spend 10 minutes in the stupid line at customer service because the front desk right at the entrance on Arden Fair mall even when they SAW ME WALKING ON WITH THE ITEM ON MY HANDS

I needed a few blouses and you had them and no problems with shopping or checking out everything went really well and enjoyed the trip.

Glad to have finally measured the boys feet before purchasing thier shoes. Would have given then 5 stars but they closed at 7pm and we only had 30 minutes to shop. It was hard to find any t-shirts for big and tall seems like all they are carrying is Nike and Levi.

It seamed very cramped and stuffy. I was looking for a purse. I found the prices high so ended up at Macys finding a sell purse at a beeter price then the sale purses at Penneys.

Jcpenney on Sunrise Mall its perfect. I like going to this Mall cause it has less people, lines are shorter and employees are always friendly.

They cleaned my ring for me, and I always go here for repairs on my jewelry and they always do an amazing job! Looks brand new ;) They have even resized rings etc for me! Very happy! Plus they always have affordable trendy clothes! (excuse my bad spray tan LOL)

Had an appointment to take family Christmas card photos and since all entrances were closed we had to walk all the way around the building to the package pickup and were 15 minutes late. They refused to take our photos. Its too late to reschedule and get the cards in time for Christmas. I take photos at JCP every year but never will again. Thanks alot JCPenny.

Store is all set for Black Friday! Beautiful displays! Totally stocked! I used their shop-online, pick-up in store service. My order was ready in a couple hours and I was able to pick it up right away! The employees were very nice and helpful!

Is this retailer gasping its last breaths? The store is a mess. Identical items clearance at different prices, and no help to be found except at the register. Sad to see it. The upside, I got some really great deals.

I like the jc Penny went in for Sephora went to by a face cleanser but they didnt have it but got recommended for other similar products that was helpful. Overall great place and very clean.

Plenty of Christmas clearance is going on at the moment. The store is wide and spacious. The home department has all kinds of instant pots on sale.

Great deals and easy access. This location has so many entrances its easy to get in and out. Even a few days prior to Christmas I had a great experience jumping in licking up some gifts and jumping right back out. And did I mention great deals!

Cashiers were wonderful, efficient, friendly & applied a coupon for me! I accomplished a lot of my Christmas shopping here! Thank you! ❤

I WAS SHOCKED AT THE HIGH PRICES!! When I used to shop at Pennys a few years ago, I could have bought a 2 piece casual knit set for $25 - $30. I was shopping for my 83 year old mother, shes small and petit. The light blue casual sweats and top were nice, embroidery on the top. But it was NOT worth $49 for the top and $45 for the pants!

The line was long but moved relatively quick. I asked if 2 of the items were available is a specific color and in my size. The cashier said I could go to customer service and they would order the items for me. I went to Customer Service, (a short line) and when my turn, the items were ordered in my size and the color. All staff were very very pleasant and helpful. A positive shopping experience. Thank you all.

I like JCPenneys so munch more than Kohls. Their prices are much better and the employees are so much more helpful!!I was able to get 3 tank tops, 2 pairs of yoga tights, and a sweater jacket for under $70!!!

Staff is very helpful. They keep the store very organized compared to other stores. Love shopping here
