Great coffee, great food, great service! Were in and out in half an hour so a great option if you are tight on time!

Fantastic coffee and gluten free and vegan breakfast and lunch options. Cosy and laid back atmosphere and staff very friendly and caring. Will be coming back again 👍🙂

Good overall. Lunch menu seemed limited but it kept it simple which turn out to be good. As all dishes we ordered was great quality.Would love to try the breakfast or evening menu next time.

Only here for a quick coffee but it was so good I asked the server about it. She showed me the packet and it is their own blend containing both robusta and arabica coffee. It was full bodied in flavour without being bitter. I think they also have a small selection of sweet treats. Will visit again.

Delicious vegetarian/vegan lunch. An unassuming place that seemed like a coffee shop delivered a delicious, vegan lunch! Friendly staff.

Good food (Buddha bowl was very filling and tasty). My son and brother both enjoyed their brunches too. Will definitely revisit.

Love this cafe, great food that does what it says on the tin, they employ young enthusiastic staff who are very pleasant. The menu is big enough for variety but without trying to be a Jack of all resulting in quality over too much variety. Would highly recommend

Reliably great, best place for a breakfast/brunch in Tunbridge Wells for my money

Ive had several fantastic veggie lunches in the Javabean but recently I had breakfast there one Sunday morning. We had been to our regular place on Saturday for breakfast and thought wed try somewhere new on Sunday. I ordered your Millionaires breakfast of scrambled eggs with smoked salmon. When it arrived I received cut up omelette and smoked salmon. I cant eat omelette as it makes me want to throw up. I suspect the chef changes for Sundays but they definitely need a lesson in making scrambled eggs. I wont be returning for breakfast but you do make a great lunch place.

Nice comfortable cafe with good food and a decent coffee. After another visit I realise they dont have any small savoury snacks, such as a scone. They have delicious savoury items on their menu of course, but they are a bit big to nibble with a coffee.

Food has always been really good and fresh. Staff are friendly, polite and nothing is too much trouble.

Went here for coffee and cake a week before Christmas - it was a Monday so pretty quiet in the cafe, but the service was great, the coffee good and the cake (especially the carrot cake) excellent (and Im very fussy about my carrot cake - this was moist and spicy and had fruit and nuts in, A++).

Lovely staff, food is excellent. I cant recommend the place enough. No fish finger sandwiches any more though. :(

Most probably in my opinion the best breakfast in tunbridge wells. No messing around simple way of selling their full english breakfast meaning you can have exactly what you want without being charged the earth. Will certainly drive from crowborough to here just for a good brekkie.

I really enjoy the food here and it is the reason I come back so much, but the staff and the owner lack in enthusiasm. I have never walked in a felt welcome and am always greeted in an abrupt manner. The female owner has told her staff off numerous times infront of customers which is why I tend to lunch here by myself rather than with friends. Its a shame as this place has a lot of potential.

My go to place for breakfast in Tunbridge Wells. Great coffee and food (Java special being a favourite) and a weekly sausage for my dog as we sit outside and people watch.
