The customer service is not pleasant. To make matters worst their money order machine never works!

This place has the worse customer service i have ever seen in a bussiness this guys here are like robots not very nice not good morning not hello nothing no thank you if you try to speak to them they eill ignore you the only reason i came to this place its because is closed to my work but if i had i choice i would go somewhere else.

Go to for snacks. Open 24hrs in most places.

The gasoline prices are very expensive

I stopped here to get air for my tires. The machine costs $1.50 if you dont buy gas, so I put $1.50 in the machine and air starts spraying out of the machine. I pick it up to find that the part that seals against the valve stem is broken (completely open) and theres no way to fill my tires. I go inside to ask about the machine and the cashier says its broken. Nowhere is there a sign posted to say that the machine is broken. I told him I already paid the $1.50 and asked if I could get my money back, to which he says no. I explain again that the part that seals against the tire valve is broken and I already put my money in the machine so there should be no reason I should be out $1.50 for something that didnt work. He says he wont give me my money back again. I dont really care about the $1.50 - its more about the principle. If your machine is broken and you know its broken, put a sign up that says its broken, or at least refund customers who pay for the air before discovering the machine doesnt work. I ended up going to the Chevron across the street where the air was free and topped off my tank even though I was 3/4 full. Thanks Chevron! Wont be back to any 7/11 ever.

Very upset as a Lyft driver that, not only was this store without a bathroom when i stopped, but also all 3 surrounding gas stations at this corner. So not only did i waste my time and gas stopping at all 4 trying to find a restroom, but i almost couldnt hold it finding another place AND i had to log out of the driver app for quite some time looking for one. Very disappointed.

I called this establishment in advance to ask if they carried Lipton tea and honey to help alleviate my cold symptoms and was hung up on the first call. I called right back and a foreigner answered and told me they carried both. Well after walking there on foot to retrieve these items, they didnt have any honey! I just moved to this area and Im not at all pleased with the service here. Ill be trying other locations to see if I can get better service. But I do have a question? Why is it every location I visit have only foreigners working there??? There are so many homeless people around here who would love to work!

Cashier was a jerk. Opened register before a total appeared and claimed 7-11 policy, I could not give him more money (exact change). Then dumped silver all over counter. I put down exact change and he tried to rip me off for the dollar. Scam or stupid, do not know. Then he got rude and offensive. Tall Arab who should NOT be in customer service! I will NOT be returning to this location! Reported to corp!

Have always had great service there and great coffee too!

Horrible store. Refused to allow my service dog into the establishment even after I stated that she is a licensed service dog.

Extremely rude and they dont carry zigzags,also kick me out of the store and asked me to leave I will never return to this location .I was previously a lifetime customer and no I will never go back.

Thay dont have any restrooms for customers so if you have to go dont stop here and there is a lot of homes drug addicts all ways there asking for money
