Very good experience once I was able to interact and get the job done... VERY, VERY, disappointed that something so simple had to take so long.Way, way too much training going on. Everytime Ive ever shadowed someone training, if I couldnt cut it ...I was looking for another job...This had NEVER, EVER happened!!!

Store opened at 10am, I arrived at 10:05 and there were 7 people in front of me already. It took about 30 minutes to reach my turn. So if you are in a rush get there at least 15 minutes before they open. Customer service was great, staff was extremely helpful so that made up for the wait.

Its a small location and the employees seem like nice people, and to have a Comcast closer to home than the Roseville location is much appreciated. However, I only went in for TV remotes and was forced to wait almost 15 minutes. I understand that it was slightly busy and if they had a greeter like most other locations have, I couldve been in and out in under 2 minutes. I wasnt upset, the visit was nice, I just cant give higher than 3 stars due to that slightly longer than expected wait time.

Didnt have an appointment. Only had to wait 20 minutes. The associate who checked me in made sure I didnt lose my place in line. The associate, Rodney Jones, supplied me with the needed equipment I would need for Discovery+. Great experience 👍

I came in to cancel my service. I just carried in all my equipment I dont even have to give them my name or anyting. There is no wait on a Friday just before 6pm. This was my best experience with Comcast in 15 years.

I just wanted to drop off my old equipment, which I was holding in plain view- in the rain, when I realized the door was locked, & it was 2 minutes past 7. Now, I realize that I did get there 2 minutes after they closed, & I understand they wanted to go home, but the 2 gentlemen inside just looked at me & my 4 year old niece a few times, & got ready to leave. Now, I wouldnt have expected to be let in, or turn in my equipment after hours, but I do think they couldve opened the door& said sorry, were closed or something. Just my opinion, I guess.....

I went in to return an old piece of equipment, and I came out having saved well over $100 per month, thanks to Jules sharp eye and outstanding customer service. He spotted that he could save me money without my even enquiring. He was fast, very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and determined to give excellent service. I did not expect to update my account today, but the savings is outstanding, and everything updated exactly as he said it would, just by following his excellent instructions. He also shared tips about other services and options I have without it feeling like upselling at all. Hes a credit to this organization, and if I need anything else, Ill be going back to see Jules. Thank you for making my day!

Not very knowledgeable about the products they sell and the differences between them. Service/sales reps should be more prepared to answer questions. They were very nice and did attempt to look for answers, which was somewhat encouraging.

I had very simple needs going into this store. I researched what I wanted prior to arriving, and the salesperson, Devon was super helpful in turning up new service for my location.My usual experience with Comcast has been to order online and then wait upwards of a week for a service technician to come to my home to deliver the modem and make sure the service was working.Devon was able to get me the rates I wanted, both in price and bandwidth, and I was able to walk away from the location with my hardware in hand. By the time I got home from finishing my errands the service was fully functional. Best Comcast experience in my over ten years of having their internet at multiple locations.

I have no problems with the internet service. I do have issue with everyone from telephone support to in store help. Every time I am told different things and my bill keeps getting larger and larger. I need the service for my kids at home learning, otherwise I would consider changing providers.

Went in today to return TV box that I had exchanged back in August...my old box stopped working. After returning my old box today I asked the nice girl if she could look up my account because I didnt think I had received a bill since August. She told me I had just paid my bill on September 5th for $170...what? When I went to this store on August 3rd to get a new box the girl gave me a new box and said she could lower my bill by $20...I was paying approximately $158 per month for internet and TV. I thought that was great. She never told me I was entering a NEW contract for 2 years with a $238 early cancelation fee. She also didnt explain the new contract, which, again wasnt told it was one. She also didnt tell me she added a land-line phone on the plan for an additional $10 per month...receipt said xfinity voice which I thought was speaking into my remote control...havent had a landline phone in over 35 years!!! My receipt and the email I received did not mention the additional $10 charge.The girl today worked up a NEW contract which will now cost me $130 per month but when she got the manager to approve a refund for my over payments the manager declined. She said the girl no longer works there but she would make sure the other employees were notified on the responsibility of letting a customer know when they are entering a new contract and making sure they actually want a landline connection for a landline phone...What about me lady??? Im the one who got scammed and overcharged!!! Sorry sir...i left telling the FULL store to find another store for xfinity to shop at. Worst customer service from a store manager i have ever received. Find another xfinity store to shop at so you wont be taken advantage of!!! BTW...Everyone in the store, employees and customers, were masked up. When the store manager came out from the back she had a mask on but lowered it when she spoke to me. Apparently, she doesnt understand the purpose of wearing a mask or how this virus is spread!This experience keeps getting worse!!! Yesterday when I was dealing with this mess the clerk showed me my current bill...$170!!! Now this morning I get an email saying my bill is NOW $175!!! This is ridiculous!!!

Honestly, Im unable to evaluate the store or staff, except to say that the store was very clean and seemed pleasant. The customers, on the other hand, are absolutely unreal. The store was layed out specifically to allow for social distancing, with markers on the floor to help people maintain 6 feet apart, and a large sign just outside the door to explain that the line started OUTSIDE because of the capacity cap of 25% and social distancing. Aside from the 5 customers ahead of me and myself, everyone ignored the sign and had no regard for maintaining proper distance. By the time eight customers had huddled into the space allocated for ONE PERSON behind me, my anxiety got the better of me and I couldnt do anything but get out of there.

** Five stars for Juls ** My boyfriend and I have been with Comcast for years and our contract had recently ended which means our monthly bill had gone up so we stopped in to see if we could sign another contract and lower our bill. We were pleasantly surprised with the customer service we received from Juls. He was set on helping us lower our bill while giving us everything we wanted. He answered all of our questions and was super friendly. Ask for Juls if you go into this location. Professional and knowledgeable.!

Normally when you think of Comcast you can’t help but have dreadful feelings about what’s to come. Initially i cane into the store to kick up a storm about the issues I’ve had with this company. I came into this store a few days ago, it was so busy i wanted to walk about because it’s very typical of Comcast to have long waits and constantly have me waiting and wasting my time. As i came in i was greeted by a few of the reps who i could say we’re very friendly. I waited for about 10 minutes. When it was finally my time the gentleman was polite and attentive to what i was saying. My issue of course was very complex. When though he didn’t have the answers i wanted to hear he was willing to find them. He eventually brought in his manager who didn’t just dedicate her time and efforts to me but broke down everything to the level i could understand and be comfortable with. Long story short, i came in mad. Had one of the best experiences i though i could never have at this store. Ask for the manager, she’s the best.

Service there was good. The representative helped my issue very quickly and gave me a good deal. Comcast had apparently previously tacked on a Gigabit plan the incorrect way and hiked my monthly price $30, the service here lowered it to $10 more and fixed the incorrect setup so I see the full speed. Will have to wait and see.

Way too slow. Horrible time to be training. Wasnt even aknowledged for 45 minutes in line....bad customer service for those things...guy w as friendly once once i got to my turn. When i placed my wi-fi order on the phone after a hour and a half telling them i didnt owe you 276 dollars from 2017 and they finally agreed....i told them i was going to go pick up equipment and they sent me to a store in roseville on douglas blvd. That comcast moved out of!!! I called and listened to 30 minutes of promps and finally a super nice guy answered and told me to go to citrus heights on sunrise and greenback and thats the store i had the waiting issue...if it wouldnt have been for the last guy i talked to who told me the propper location i would have canceled the whole mess with comcast...

I have never been so pleased with Comcast prior to visiting this store. I came in regards to my account and my billing. I was greeted at the door and barley had to wait to be helped. I was greeted by Drew and he brought me over to the counter. I kid you not this kid’s energy made my day. He was being assisted by his manager Alex, she was so sweet and knowledgeable. The level of info these two gave me was more than i asked for. They gave me tons of great conversation while they were helping me and i almost forgot that i came in for an issue. Time flew by and next thing i knew Alex and Drew has my account fixed and i was more than pleased with the pricing. This store is the store to go to! Ask for Drew and Alex and they will be sure to take care of you because i know for sure they did right by me. Alex and Drew, THANK YOU!

Went in to the store with my wife yesterday to pick up a modem after we got a great deal over the phone when we signed up. We’re quoted 95$ For 600 meg internet and 200 channels. We come into the store and found out the lady over the phone signed us up for 10 basic channels and 100 megs of internet speed. We were shocked, we started working it out with the nice girl at the desk and ended up getting a good deal at 120$ for the package. All is good, then the young girl needs a manager code to ever write the miss information we got and the old package from the phone. The manager TY come up and was extremely rude from the start. Looked like she had a bad day, she said I’m not overwriting this because that looks like fraud on my part and a red flag. We were confused because we were in store, we started asking her questions and the manager became extremely loud, unprofessional, and was waiving her hands all over the place. After a 45 minute wait with heated exchanges We felt like there was going to be a fight. Threatened we walked out of there and left extremely unsatisfied. We will be calling xfinity today to resolve this issue, we get quoted for one thing and get a totally different package. My wife usually never gets frustrated and let’s things go, but when she got home she cried. Which makes me extremely mad. I don’t understand how you can’t treat a new customer this way, or any customer. That new young girl that helped us was 10000 times more customer friendly than that heated b**** TY.

Excellent Employee service, they are very knowledgeable and helpful. I bought a new Samsung Note 20 and a Samsung Note 20 Ultra. They helped setup both phones and upgraded my xfinity account without any problems. I recommend this location for all your phone and internet and cable needs. I just went there because my remote stopped working for my cable (which was ruining my life...I LOVE TV) and I needed to get a new one. It was super easy I just handed them my old remote and they gave me a brand new upgraded remote with batteries- no questions asked. The lady who helped me was ridiculously nice...I cant believe how easy that was! Thank you!!

The manager and supervisor, they are not professionals, a few days ago I went to theyre store, I asked for help and the lady supervisor was yelling at me for nothing, then I called Xfinity customer service to ask for help, because they ignored me, right away the manager kicked me out the store for talking to customer service, at the same time when I was talking to customer service I asked why on that location the supervisor and manager yell at customers and customer service said they werent professionals and have received multiple complaints about them.

This was the second store I stopped at. I really wanted to call to check to see if they had a certain phone. But it just goes to customer service for the call center. I walked in with my hunny and went to the Samsung phones. We already knew what we wanted. Luckily this lovely young woman named TY came to help use. She was such a wonderful person. She took the time to answer our questions and actually figures out why I still had two accounts. She was super helpful and friendly! Please give her raise! Thank you for the customer service!

There needs to be an express lane for people who are dropping off equipment. My experience today was a 2 hour wait because most people ahead of me were looking at phones or making plan changes. One agent was helping the same person with a phone purchase for the full 2 hours.

The supervisor TY is extremely rude and unprofessional. I came in today to get internet and a modem. And TY came to the counter and tried to help, she lost her temper and started to argue, I asked her to calm down and she wouldnt, she started to get angry and swinging her hands. She got very loud and we felt threatened. We left and would not recommend this location or xfinity to anyone.

Was just her setting up internet for my mom. Took over an hour with technical difficulties. Come to find out we have to have a technician come out to put wires. We have new wires. That would cost us an extra 80 .. absolutely not necessary. Why should we pay for new wires when we already have them... wast of time. They don’t know what they are doing here. Go to a different location..
