The staff were very helpful in showing my son all kinds of sunglasses and attempting to educate him about features and fit for his face shape. It was pretty educational for me as well. If he does decide to go with the Arnettes or the Ray Bans, well do here!

The mall has suffered a terrible death and this is one of maybe 12 stores that remain open within... Well, the upside is one on one customer service as long as its 6 away with a gas mask and properly working oxygen tank.

The lady that helped was great. She answered all my questions and was nice and great throughout the entire process.

They are very helpful, but I found the selection quite limited. The salesperson suggested looking online... but I find it difficult to but its difficult to find sunglasses without trying them on

I just purchased a pair of Ray-Ban glasses today and let me just say when I got in there I was greeted by two of the most amazing employees ever, Erin and Ramy. These two had the absolute best customer service Ive ever seen they were so friendly and answered all my questions, and I ask alot of questions but that didnt bother them one bit. They went above and beyond to let me try on any pair I wanted, also showed me quite a few other pairs of glasses to help me decide on which pair would work best for me. They kept the store very clean and sanitized and sanitized every pair I tried on, and you cant be too careful these days with covid so I appreciated that aswell. Because of their outstanding customer service I decided to purchase my new rayban sunglasses and now that I know they truly care about their customers I will be spending alot more money in that store. Those two truly deserve a raise and at the very least some recognition from their supervisors for their outstanding customer service and performance at their job, they are true professionals in the customer service field and I believe employees like them really help a business to thrive because they make the customer feel important. I rhink the guy who helped me was Alex. I never remember names but he did a great job whether thats his name or not. Terrible start to a review.He not only helped pick some glasses that looked awesome, he gave me details on the Maui Jim lenses I didnt know.He also wrote down the name of the shades I chose and told me about their frames as well. It was a qyick educational experience and he answered all my questions.He went above and beyond in writing the names of the shades down as well because I had 260 comp points at Thunder Valley where I could buy the glasses.Altgough TV didnt have the model I wanted, it was great of him to do all that even though he wasnt wxpecting a sale from me.

Walked in and right away Courtney was a huge help! One of the sister stores at the Folsom outlets was not able to sell me the pair I really wanted and Courtney called around and was able to locate the same pair! Thanks so much for your spectacular service! Any company would be lucky to have you!

Wouldn’t exchange. Couldn’t even do a 1 year print out of my receipt even though they could look it up. More like wouldn’t. Don’t think I’ll ever purchase at a Sunglass hut again.
