These folks are knowledgable, helpful, and I love the fact that I go periodically for adjustments and even hearing test, all at no additional charge. I think its been 3, maybe 4 years since I started and got my hearing aids. Never any further charges.

I would highly recommend CA hearing aid center to anyone in need. I contacted the center for my mom after seeing a commercial on TV about there trial for digital hearing aids. Because we live in the foothills I thought we would have to drive 1 hour to Sacramento. So I was really excited to learn even though there are no official locations in our county. They come into Jackson, Ca to the Holiday Inn Express once a month. This was huge for my mother who doesnt drive. They fitted her ears, checked & billed her insurance and provided her with top of the line hearing aids that match her hair color. They billed Medical portion and than helped set her up with a payment plan for her share of cost. Brooke & Keith have been very helpful and took extra time to not only teach my mom to use them but also write notes for me to help her.
My experience with California Hearing Aid Center was the best, great customer service with Brooke and very special experience with Keith Rios he was very knowledgeable about my hearing Aids and my issues! They were both very pleasant!

California Hearing Aid Center was very helpful fitting me for new hearing aids and programming them for me. They are always helpful when I go in for adjustments on my hearing aids. They do a hearing test that is quick and easy. I recommend them to anyone who needs hearing aids.
After seeing their advertisement on TV about possibly qualifying for a free study to see about getting help with my hearing loss I made an appointment. The hearing aid dispenser (thats her license title) said they could help. She then showed me a range of prices ( all expensive) knowing little about hearing aids I opted for the most expensive. I paid what was currently on my HSA card $3800 towards the $8900 purchase and left feeling good. A week or so later I was at Sams club and noticed they sell hearing aids. They were only $4400!! I explained my findings to California hearing and they told me to make sure they had the same technology, warranty and service plan. Not only did Sams offer comparable technology and service their warranty was a year longer (4 years). The hearing aid dispenser said they were wrong and kept insisting I keep my appointment for my purchase. After speaking to her and the office several different times of my displeasure they referred me to the contract I signed. The contract read they could keep my deposit ($3800!) I decided to pay $570 restocking fee and get on with my life. Please shop around before purchasing hearing aids...I assumed it would be like buying a pair of glasses but boy was I wrong. UPDATE!!! THEY DECIDED TO REFUND MY FULL AMOUNT!!!
Have made 5 calls, attempts to get through for a follow up appointment between 10 am and 12 pm without success. I only get through to a group qualifying people for alert systems that are free and only cost $40 per month. I still need an appointment.
I will be watching/listening to the Clinton/Trump debate tonight assured I will be able to hear the questions and answers because I will be wearing my Starky NuEar hearing aids set to the #3 program for best TV listening. Thanks Ca. Hearing Aid Center and Keith Rios for saving my marriage and improving my life !!!

I’m disappointed at Audiologist that don’t know how to use sign language for the deaf customer. I was born deaf all my life and that Audiologist keep talking and I could not understand. He had to write down paper what he said. He have no idea what deaf people need. They need to hire American Sign language or otherwise it could be big misunderstanding communication.

The lead in was fake. Went anyway. Mistake. Person giving the hearing test had such a strong accent she would have been hard to understand no matter what. Went for the hearing aids because they were what I wanted. The left hearing aid did not fit properly. When I had a scheduled appointment to go back I was called the night before to change the time. I agreed. Went at the rescheduled appointment. Waited for over 25 mins. Finally left. The miss fitted hearing aid fell out of my ear. Cannot find it.At almost $7000 for a pair I was told I had to wear god luck
