I have to be honest and say I was actually next door at Kenny g jewelry and my battery went dead but the receptionist at the hearing aid place came out to see if there was anything she could do to help me and offered me water and to come in and sit out of the heat if I did have a hearing problem I would definitely go there !

This was the best decision that I made getting my 1st set of hearing aids. Larry Hill at miracle ear was very helpful and made me feel 💯 at home. he went over all my questions and made it easy to choose the best aid for me.. thanks again Larry...

I want to thank Jesse and Erica for their knowledge and expertise with regards to ears. First you make a person feel at home and then providethe necessary help in finding the right hearing aid. But it doesnt stop there. The after service is outstanding.

Erica who works in the front office is wonderful on the phone and in person. Larry is great, from testing to getting the right fit for your hearing needs he is there for you. Im so glad I have them on my hearing care team.

Great service and friendly staff! Erica made getting an appointment easy and convenient- Jesse was very knowledgeable and helpful as well. They really do what they can to help every patient that comes in!

I was pleased with the personal care and the willingness of the staff to spend time with me to determine my needs. The staff is friendly and they go out of their way to may you feel comfortable.

They told me how much I need two hearing aids for my hearing or my brain in areas would start dying if I didnt use it.. they scared me saying I would lose parts my memory also. The experience was not at all good in any way!

The owner is shady and is showing a certain person extra attention and paying this person to be lazy and do nothing while they lay off their staff lying and saying it is due to Covid because they do not have cause to get rid of their staff, he only get rid of these people because Kat the person he shows a lot of attention to hates that no one likes her and doesnt turn to her because she doesnt know anything to do with the company.... I wouldnt recommend working there or doing business with a shady company
