Joe I understand your frustration I just went through that yesterday. I put the address into my gps and it took me in the opposite direction of the place. I called verified the address and I did have the correct address. I think the fault is with google maps not the store...I receive great help when ever I visit the store. They will special order items for you as well. I’m a forever customer

I would give a worse rating if I could. I called and asked for a specific brand and they guarantee to have it I asked numerous times and they ensured they carried it. I came to the store posted online and it was the wrong address because apparently getting service doesnt matter to them. As someone else in the customer service industry it is really frustrating to deal with people who just dont seem to care or have the attention to detail to look for one simple brand. I would recommend Walmart before I recommend this place and weve all dealt with the people at walmart.

I called A1 supplies for answers regarding my Hoover upright carpet and upholstery cleaner. The gentleman that I spoke to thier repair Man whom is Lebanese. Im dont recall how to spell his name that I will tell you this much he is the most professional person that I have dealt with in a very long time he was kind courteous and very respectful I only wish that I could afford the repair parts and labor for my carpet cleaner and upholstery cleaner its beyond my means I live within a very strict budget. But I recommend this establishmentwith the highest regards.
