Amazing job by Carlos. He was the only one working during the last few hours of the store yesterday, and he managed to help multiple customer groups at the same time very well. Very clear about what he was doing, and really knew the phones and the T-Mobile phone management software.

I recently visited the sprint store located at 442 Auto Center Drin Claremont and when I first walked in I was greeted very warmly by Steve and Micheal.I was very nervous about what to do and they very professionally put my mind at ease and helped me make the right decision on which phone to get.They walked me through all the steps to find the right phone and plan for meI felt very confident that I had made the right choice in the phone I purchased.I would recommend this store to anyone who is unsure about what phone and plan is best for them or their family and make sure you have Michael or Steve help you.They are the best!

The reason for my visit: My phone was malfunctioning on a Tuesday Afternoon and was not turning on.The Bad:First of all, I am highly disappointed at the way they spoke to me as customer.The Horrible:Second thing is how they directed me to go to the parts and service branch in Rancho Cucamonga. Once I got there and the branch was closed. So I checked the hours on my other phone, and the Rancho Cucamonga branch is only open on Saturday and Sundays.The Ugly:Lastly, when I returned and informed them about the branch being closed. One of the representative told me, he was new to the area and unfamiliar with all the near by store locations and times. I did not mind him being honest, but when I asked him to search on his intranet computer for any parts and service branches available during the weekday; he refused.The Half-decent:The only thing that was done right was that one of the representative showed me how to do a soft reset. I guess that earned them a 1 star.

Visited this store on a Sunday afternoon and the employee there wasnt very helpful. All I wanted was to upgrade my iphone. I dont know if she was having a bad day or what, but I end up walking out within 3 minutes. I head over to the Sprint store inside the Montclair Place Mall and they were very helpful and friendly. First time and last time that I will set foot at that store Ill rather drive the distance to another store.

This was the first and Last time I utilized a Sprint store for any transaction, including upgrades. They are incompetent at best and dishonest at worst. The cost of the plan with Sprint is the same no matter where you go. There may be a slight difference in the price of the phone. Therefore, why not to go th Best Buy where promotions and promises are honored!They promised us $200 credit that has not happened. Furthermore, the way they processed the paperwork, we ended up paying $70 more than we should have, and they massed up on the plan. I had to call Sprint 3 times to get the plan fixed. The $200 credit and $70 overpaid are gone. I called the store and asked for Cathy that processed our paper work and left her a message. She called me back. I mentioned the $200 credit and billing discrepancy. She said that she would look into it and call me back, but never heard from her. I called back and she was busy. Left message but didnt hear back. The same thing happened with their manager (Armando Avalos). I dont know if they are super incompetent or also dishonest. For the same deal Best Buy was offering 2 free TVs an Sams Club, store credit. If they honored the $200 credit promised, and didnt make a misg, this would have been a better deal. Stay away from this store and go to Best Buy, Sams Club, or some other more reliable store.

Went into the store to get the missing stock back cover they took of my phone the week before. They said they did not have it and that they had put it in the box. I told them they were making a mistake and wanted to speak to a manager. The guy said I am the manager, would not give me a business card, would not give me his name and asked me to leave the store. Yes, I did get angry and will change from sprint to some other carrier as soon as I can research one. Buy the way, they Sprint charges me $11 per month for my smart phone insurance then charged me $150 for a replacement for a damaged phone. Good Bye Sprint.

I went to this store because I was having problems with my phone and my bill was outrageous. Customer care was no help! I was helped by Shaday and I believe the manager there. The reps at this store were so helpful and patient, I asked a hundred questions lol (sorry) but they were completely empathetic with all my issues going above and beyond. I ended up getting a cheaper plan for a better value with a new iphone. I am comfortable with my purchase and the changes made on my account. I definitely appreciate your hospitality!

Do not ever go to this sprint store to get yiur phone restared. They will delete more than they say will get deleted, I just came from there about 30 minutes ago and one of the workers told me that if she restarts my phone everything will get deleted EXCEPT for the stuff on my sd card. When I got my phone the first thing I went to were my pictures and everything was gone even the stuff on my sd card was erased !If you would like to keep all of you pictures, apps, contacts ect I suggest you do not go to sprint for help. My Opinion!
