I love target merchandise. I love their diversity and truly admire their long term goals. There website could use some help with speed. It makes me prefer in store purchase verses website for delivery.

Debra my cashier today was extremely helpful and saved me $30.00 by helping me understand my Target cartwheel. We used to live in CA and I signed up for it but it never worked in my store and no one ever took the time to help me. I just gave up trying. When Debra asked me I told her I had it but couldnt get it to work on my phone or understand what I was supposed to do. She knew the sweater I was purchasing was on it and showed me how to work it and get my savings. She helped me with a few other items. It was really easy once I saw her do it. I am very appreciative of her service today. Thank you so much!

Worst Target ever. For some reason all the lights were flickering very hard like strobe lights. If someone was shopping prone to seizures this would be dangerous for them. (We have family members who are.) The AC was not working and was very hot in the store. Even employees were fanning themselves inside. All the school supplies were picked over and nothing restocked. They only had 2 zipper binders left.We needed black dress pants and a white button up shirt for our son. They had a limited selection. No white button ups and black and blue pants but only size 8 and 14.Usually love Target but this one was sadly disappointing.

This store was clean and put together, It was easy to find stuff. The blonde girl working in toys with the flannel was very helpful, she helped me find exactly what I needed! Can’t wait to come back!

This review is based on one employee.J Powers during check out went above and beyond. I had a wrinkled check (Similac voucher ) and he did not hesitate to even try to attempt and run it. Most people would look at it and say no thank you. He was energetic, lively and outstanding. It was REAL and LEGITIMATELY customer service. I normally do self checkout because most people seem like they hate their job, but with Powers even if he did or didn’t their was no sign. So thank you Powers for going above and beyond and for bonding over A&W

Clean store, usually fast check out. they have a very low selection though. especially in the infant section.

Clean store! Needs some restocking (out of the school supplies we needed) but the store was updated and welcoming.

It was a very pleasant shopping experience ! I miss the food area where you could buy popcorn, snacks and drinks.

Target has good quality products and you can always find good deals in the ad or on clearance. They are not always the best at keeping somethings in stock, but I do understand the challenges of the logistics process. At the same time as a consumer the last couple times I have visited target they have been out of something that I was going there for. This most recent time it was daily shower cleaning spray. That is the only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars.

So I went the day before Easter. Im not super familiar with this store and I have trouble with my eyesight. I asked if someone would be able to help me shop. Sylvia stepped right up as soon as I asked and was wonderful. I got flustered when all the childrens clothes were picked over and she was incredibly patient with me. I could feel my anxiety kicking in. We went back to the Easter section and again everything was picked over. Again Sylvia was incredibly patient. So she asked what does my daughter like? I said slime. She said I got you. She took me to the toy section pointed everything out and then helped me find the rest of my items. I really wanted to hug her because she has no idea how much she really saved the day for me. It would have taken me significantly longer to do my shopping so we just bumped elbows a couple times instead. Sylvia, if you read this thanks again. You helped me tremendously. If Sylvias boss reads this please know you have an amazing employee on your staff and give Sylvia a raise! ✊ Honestly, great people like her are hard to come by and she deserves all the recognition. So again, thank you, Sylvia!

Everything is out of stock, no good deals, slim decor variety

It was a very clean store and all employees were very friendly and helpful.

Customer service was excellent.

We came here with so much money but when I left I was all gone. (My cats hand is expecting treats but we spent money on other things. He was so very disappointed 😞)

We had gone to target yesterday and the lady who checked us out was named Anne. She was extremely sweet & took her time to just talk to us about the gift card we had and other things. We really appreciate feeling so welcomed by people like her ! She didn’t rush us through the check out or anything ! I don’t leave comments often but I definitely felt like she needed to be noticed more.

I have little energy left as my daughter and I drove from Paris this morning to the Clarksville Target at 2 am to try and get the PS5 as they have 20 on hand (just got a new shipment to multiple locations). Waited to 6:30 am on her birthday just to be told that you can only get them online as we have to observe social distancing. I guess you cant even be 6 feet apart in 28 degree weather waiting in a line the same way you can being inside the store with a cart touching all the items with numerous people around (since they are still serving the public!). How can we teach the youth of America that working hard to get a PS5 will always lose to bots and scalpers online that will take the PS5 and resell it. Way to set an example Target.

I had a gift card of $400 that I got to target and I looked around to see if I wanted anything. I didn’t so I went to use it and transfer it to a visa gift card. The manager tells me I can’t do that and that I would only be able to use it in the store or online. I just think it’s a bit silly since someone paid the $400 on the card, there should be no issues transferring it.

I was shopping in the Target store in Clarksville Tennessee on Saturday, November 21. I went to the check-out line with a customer in front of me. The customer finished and I had put my items on the line. Had unloaded my cart. The cashier pointed out that her light was off, and I needed to proceed to self-checkout. I removed all my items and the cashier then proceeded to the customer service desk to chat with her friend. Basically, stand around. I had cold medication as I started checking out and ID needed to be shown. I had to wait for the two associates to finish their conversation at the customer service desk before one came to assist me so that I could check out. I continued and scanned an item that was mispriced. I removed it and chose night to purchase it. Needed to get customer assistance to removed item from purchase. You guessed it, two associated were still chatting at customer service desk. At this point I walked up to them, interrupted their conversation, and told them the purchase was cancelled. I was very angry and walked out of the store. Still fuming over this.Target, very disappointing. I shopped at this location because the associates there were always polite and helpful. I have spent a lot of money at Target but the lack of respect these two associates shown was pathetic. I would like this behavior brought to the store managers attention. I am a long-time customer and will not tolerate this rude behavior.

It’s a really nice experience shopping here. It’s clean, organized, and just a better experience overall compared to a Walmart which is all what people want sometimes.

The awesome lady noticed that I had kids with me and came back around to my window and whispered asking if those toys were supposed to be Christmas presents. I told her yes and asked if she could maybe just tuck them under the other stuff I had bought. She went the extra mile for us and went back inside to grab an extra bag to make sure my kids wouldnt see their presents! It warmed my heart that she went above and beyond during this especially stressful Christmas season. Thank you again!

I went in yesterday and experienced excellent customer service. I was looking for Andes peppermint crunch baking chips and couldn’t find them. An employee, Megan checked the item number for me and went to the back to grab me a couple of bags! Thank you in Megan and Target !

Customer service has always been very good when I shop there.

I made am error in selecting the delivery method. When I pi k up my order I was surprised that I selected pick up and not delivered to my car. Customer service gladly delivered my order to my car. It cam to my attention she was a MU fan and i am Buckeye and we looked about it. Great service and Target had great people working for them.

It was convenient, quick & easy. The staff was friendly and efficient. I was in and out with my package in less than 10 minutes.

I’ve always loved Target but this one is just worse than zero. If I can give negative stars, I would. They don’t honor store policy and they’re always out of items. Their stock is ALWAYS scarce and it’s the tiniest Target I’ve been to. Absolutely disappointing since it’s the only Target unless if you wanna drive an hour or so to Nashville.

Super tiny target. They don’t have much of a “grocery” department like most which stinks because that’s why I love target I could get a few groceries along with other items like clothes and whatnot. Usually nothing is really in stock, along with Halloween/fall decor barely being started while all the other targets had theirs out. Not sure why this one hasn’t been redone for more products like most targets, wish it would though so I didn’t have to shop elsewhere!

I have always loved Targets selection, prices, atmosphere and convenience but the Clarksville store is definitely lacking. It is smaller than the stores in Nashville and seem to always be out of stock or dont carry the item I am looking for. Thankfully we can order those items with free shipping. Love the drive up order pick up option.

I have been shopping at Target since the 90s and I keep coming back because the stores are always kept clean and tidy, the quality/prices are good and the employees are friendly. I am always impressed with how quickly my items arrive if I shop online.

Its an okay Target. Ive been to better for sure. Bought some ice cream drumsticks a few days ago. They tasted super weird. I checked the box and saw they expired in October 2018..

Well, we the experience of today that I made a order online and in less of 30 minutes receive the text that my order was ready to pick up make me score you like that. Also, when I went to pick up the item in Target of Clarksvillle in less of 5 minutes I have it in my hands and everything was fast. Also received my emails fast and plan the protection too. I understand that no always go to be like that because depend what you buy but you are doing great.

Cleanliness

The people at this Target really go above and beyond. Its clean, organized, and everyone is so kind. They really show that they care about their customers and the way they present themselves. I will definitely be coming back to this location and recommend it to friends.

GREAT FAST SERVICE

The people working here are nice. But, it is probably the most disorganized smallest Target I have been in in a long time. I hope that they take advantage of the store that close next door and turn it into a Super Target. Stuff is neat and clean but items such as baby food is not in the baby section. Its on the other side of the store, Super random. It does not have a grocery section just a smaller food section like you would see in a Walgreens or CVS. There is No Starbucks just the old school snack shop that the targets in the 90s had. I will give them props for having a very neat and tidy shoe section. I feel like every target I go into the shoe section has been blown up by people and a lack of wanting to fix it by employees. So good job there.

This target has one of the (if not the) most disrespectful employees Ive EVER encountered while browsing/shopping in a store. If you dont like your job then you should quit! If you dont want to work until the time youre scheduled to work until, which happens to be the time your store closes business for the day, then look for employment elsewhere. Regardless, the loud, immature comments your employee had spewing from her mouth around the maternity section tonight cost target the rest of my lifetimes worth of money I would have spent. Just absolutely pathetic. I put everything back but one item because I didnt even want to contribute to a store whod employ such trash. But the one thing I have to give the store credit for is you can find some really cheap items on clearance- this is the reason for the purchasing of one item.I could understand an associate showing their lack of maturity and customer service skills IF they were having to work beyond the time they were prepared to. But you dont close until TEN P.M.! So when you make the last announcement- unknowing that the last customer apparently needing to hear you one last time is actually already at the checkout line- and at 9:50 on the STORES computer, (that means according to the stores time theres still 10 minutes before closing) the girl makes her last little announcement, not that you have ten minutes please make your way to the front, but that its already past time and the store is now closed. Yeah somebody get that girl earlier hours or send her on the hunt for a new job before her mouth costs you even more future business!Im beyond disgusted right now.

Cleanliness, niceness of the employees, great array of choices.

Employee opened their lane and I was offered the debit card through them. But it was linked to my actual debit card. It saves me 5% on any purchase. There is no catch at all. Plus, you get an extra 30 days on any returns. Just read the fine print on the receipt when you get it though. Nonetheless, a great set up to buy more stuff from Target.

When I worked here in high-school, this Target branch taught us employees to care about the customer. We were super friendly and the customers loved shopping here. What happened to this place? I have had two major issues at the customer service desk, both involving the same person. Even the people I used to work with now walk around with their heads held low. I am venting because of an obvious lack of training but also because of the apparent change for the worse in culture.

Tis the season for spooky stuff and holiday mayhem and where most stores would scramble and fail, Target holds themselves together rather well considering. Ill admit I go in here to browse more often than not and my only complaint is that lately, theyve been behind and lost on their exclusive items. If they could get that in order Id be a happier camper.

I don’t know if it’s the gloomy weather or what but EVERY SINGLE employee besides the women cleaning carts was so grumpy and like I was such an inconvenience trying to shop while they restocked at 12. Literally had someone roll their eyes at me bc I was in an aisle that they wanted to restock.

Great quality at Target

I like our local target store. Every time I go in the staff is helpful. The lines at the register are pretty short, they seem to always have a few registers open as well as self checkout. Ive ordered online and picked up in store a few times and they always have my package handy.

Love every target but this one. Walking in I thought I accidentally walked into a good will. smelled like urine. bathrooms so nasty it was more hygienic to not wash my hands.

Love this store! Everyone is so friendly. Its clean and stocked. Wish it was a super Target, but they have way more variety than before!

Its nice and clean but the clothing selection in the baby department needs major improvement. There are way to many girl clothes than boys and its such a small section (birth-9months) I have been to other targets that have a good selection of clothing for babies.

Disrepectful. They ask if live in same house for item said no. They didnt sell to me. This item was for my 70yr mother-n-law. Im caregiver could have been client. Why ask if still gonna say no. Rude!

I registered here for my baby shower and I received so many items I got two bouncers. I did not have the receipt so I went to return it and expected a gift card or in store credit or whatever I just didnt need the bouncer . the lady at the customer service desk before I could even put it down and say anything she said Im with this customer right now you will have to wait . I was raised with manners I didnt intend to cut anyone off and I didnt. well she was rude about the entire process I will never register here or shop here again because of that young woman Ive never been treated that bad by someone in retail in my life . all of my in-laws live in California so it was easy for them to shop at target for me but Ill travel to Nashville to register at buy buy baby with my next child .

I have no complaints about the store or services provided. Target just isnt one of my favorite places to go especially around this time of year its crowded and bunched up inside. Dont take this a slight...Its nice if you prefer shopping there.
