Place is always clean and shelves tidy. But do need to look for someone or walk to front if have any questions.

Im an avid Joann Fabric shopper sometimes several times weekly. being a long arm quilter, I use many yards of quilt fabric, batting. backing, jellyrolls, thread. and extra wide backing. There may be a better place out there for people who sew, but I havent found it yet. I drive over an hour to get here because their selection of fabrics is 2-3 times larger than any store where I live. They always seem to have sales on different fabrics, plus they offer coupons/discounts when you sign up online. Having glowed about their fabric I will add that the other craft selections didnt seem as extensive as HL, but you would probably find what you needed. Keep on sewing!

People here are very nice and helpful. The prices are somewhat high but they are well worth it. There are other crafts and they have alot of different fabrics, way more than hobby lobby in my opinion.

DO NOT Order from this store, I live in Clarksville and ordered 4 bags of batting on December 3rd and still have not received it. And from what I understand they have a limit of what they can ship, but the other things I ordered the day before got here in a few days. So what is the hold up??? who knows, but they are not very helpful.

The store was fully stocked and there was quite a few customers inside the store. Staff was very helpful and polite. This was our 1st time shopping at this store and we will defiantly be coming back to shop in the future.

Its ok...I find stuff that has gone on clearance stays that clearance price for a LOOOONNNNGGG time.I ordered from them online almost 3 weeks ago and still havent received my purchase.I also have a hard time finding items and never can find anyone on the floor to help.Lines are super long . Every time I go have to wait in line over 10 minutes.I understand covid has put a damper on things but kinda makes it hard to social distance when you have to wait.

Wish I had more time to shop today. There was a lot of items I could use.

Everyone was so helpful! Making sure I was finding what I needed, pointing me in the right direction. The fabric cutting table was busy, but the cutter stayed cheerful and made pleasant and funny conversation the whole time. She also made sure to remember who came to the table first and help everyone in order.

This is a great place for crafts of all kinds. We were able to find all the fabric, etc that we needed for a large quilt and on top of that, I found the perfect containers to help organize my coin collection too. They have quite a few other items too. Anything from candles and cake decorations to wood crafts and stationary supplies. The staff are very friendly too and more than willing to help.

Next in line after Hobby lobby, but still amazing none the less

First time ever in their store. Nice, but I was disappointed in the things they didnt stock.

Vanessa was very helpful with great customer service. I went in to find beads that needed to be replaced on my suit. She took the time, not only to show me where the beads were, but she took the bead that I brought in and helped me match it up as close as possible because the bead I brought in had a grayish tint to it. Thanks again!

Found some good buys and found everything on my list, but the main thing is that for once the temp inside the building was pleasant. Its usually too hot for me too linger.

I bought almost $1k in merchandise in one shopping visit. The clerks were great, while ringing up & bagging my purchases. Im in a wheelchair, due to quadriplegia. All isle ways were clear, wide & accessible. The clerks accommodating, courteous & helpful.

Always helpful. Always great to talk to. They dont always have what Im looking for but still have a huge selection and they will give suggestions on where to look for what you need. They dont act like they hate their job when you ask questions, like some stores do. Im here about 2 to 3 times a week most weeks.

Nice store and love the events they do for kids. If you plan on going here and have children or know someone that has children I recommend you that you get a kids calendar for the events. Staff is knowledgeable and nice. Overall I would recommend many people to this establishment

I was impressed by their variety. They had everything for leatherwork, 3D printing, painting, and all kinds of glass supplies I didnt know they carried.

I really like that you can use multiple coupons (within the guidelines). Their selection of yarn is a decent size. Cant complain there. But there is one lady that is at the sewing dept, when I ask for help she seems to be really rude. If she doesnt know about any other section then she should say so.

Terrible customer service. Advertised discount was not taken off. Called and was ensured the manager would call back. Of course that did not happen. Got back to the store. Got attitude from the person at the counter - I explained that their error made me have to take time to fix their mess-up and I live an extremely busy life. The clerk tells me We are all busy, mam. I go to school full-time. Yes, but MY mistake did not cause any problems in YOUR life. No empathy, no customer service, and basically ready to compete with your customer who has a busier life. Really!?Ill be investing my time and spending at the Hobby-Lobby right across the road from now on. No quality it range of product is worth sub-par service.

Decent Joannes, little light on silks and nicer fabrics. Good supply of craft items snaps and buttons. Unable to find rivet snap buttons. Some leather supplies for crafts wood bracket supplies and decent selection of plastics for necklaces and play crafts. Not much for metal or high end craft supplies. Overall a little shocked by the sparsity of craft supplies. Excessive open space. If I needed supplies for working with upholstering furniture there is an abundance of supplies. Not so much for cosplay for Asian attire. Also not much for Victorian or steampunk

Poor service and very rude. Saturday I purchased an item and loved it so today I went back to buy another along with I few other crafts.I went to the exact spot and couldnt find any. I the proceeded to look for an employee however there were none to be seen. All the way across the store was a group of 6-8 employees standing, talking and laughing. I asked one of them nicely if they have it somewhere else. The lady told me that they didnt sell it there. Which was false because I bought it on Saturday. Then she asked if it was back there in a rude way. If it was back there I would not have to ask of the had it. I walked away and did not buy anything from there. They dont want to work and they dont want to help costumers wanting to buy items. Very rude wont go back.

Love that Clarksville now has all of the big 3 brick and mortar craft stores. This one is more geared for sewers. The whole left half of the store is fabric and sewing supplies. The right has a few aisles for paper crafts. A few for jewelry, DIY projects. watercolor and paint supplies but when a say a few aisles it is probably about 1 aisle for each give or take but I still enjoy going. And in my opinion they have the largest selection of craft books, magazines and adult color books .

I thought i was going to be able to do curbside pickup as checked when i ordered the fabric. WRONG! Much much busier than i expected during the current medical issues.

This is on behalf of my husband. He was just in the Clarksville store looking at sewing machines and various weights of threads. He works with leather and upholstering. He called to tell me that a couple of the women who worked there were watching him for a bit, then one walked up to him offering her help. When he explained he was looking at different weights of thread, the woman told him, oh honey, your wife needs to come in and ask those types of questions. To which he said, well I will take my business elsewhere. There is no need for this type of behavior, period.

I went there to check on a sewing machine. Unfortunately, they did not have a variety.
