Sallys has been around for a really long time they have products for all walks of life and are usually reasonably pricedI would not recommend that you asked for advice from any of the Sallys employees many of them are not licensed cosmetologist and can provide you wrong information so ask at your own riskOtherwise the store is clean it is not handicap friendly the aisles are extremely small and they do not provide a public restroom

Great products and variety

Purchased a set of Wahl clippers, when I got home and opened the package, there was hairs all in the clippers, went to return, they tell me they wont switch out the clippers for a new set because there policy is that you cant return clippers opened or not. Obviously someone did bc of the hairs in the product.

I’m not one to write reviews but this place absolutely sucks ever since they got a new manager. I have been treated with nothing but disrespect! I was speaking with one lady about hair color and she seemed very annoyed and had a bad attitude and when I asked to speak to the manager after my experience SHE TURNED OUT TO BE THE MANAGER AND WAS VERY RUDE! It seemed like she didn’t want to help me at all and I felt really disrespected. I will not be returning to this location while she’s there

Been coming here for years! Always a good experience. They can tell when I don’t need help and let me be, and other times when I’m struggling to find product. I don’t tend to ask for help as I’ve been doing hair on my own for over 20 years but today we had a great experience of getting some feedback on new brands. Walked away feeling informed. Thanks pink hair lady!

Shantell, the manager and her associate Angie, went above and beyond for me today when no other Sally’s would. Although this location is not my original store I would go to, I will take the extra time to spend money with them here at this location no doubt! Thank you both!

Just need more stock

Each time I’ve been there they have been rude. Also, they don’t have the correct hours posted which makes people waste their time and gas driving to their store when they also won’t answer your calls.

I was in and out very quickly. The sales team helped me pick out the items I needed. Very helpful and knowledgeable!
