These guys are tremendous. up front, honest and get the job done. Recommend them without any reservation. They took in my fitness bike and had it done fast. Bike works great. Cant say enough about these guys. Best bike shop I have been to.

Nice store with great staff. Unfortunately the selection is horrible. They literally had 1 bicycle that would fit a pre teen. We had 2 kids looking for bikes so obviously that doesnt work. We would much rather support local but unfortunately we will have to order them bikes. Hopefully they get a larger selection in the future.

Wonderful business. Nice building, in a good location, great selection and the staff spent over an hour with me informing me on all the different aspects of a professional mountain bike!Will definitely shop there when Im ready to purchase within the next few weeks.

I left my bike for one repair and specifically stated, as noted on the invoice they printed for me, to call before doing anything else. They made additional repairs without my consent, and made excuses for their oversight. In the end, I paid three times what I had been quoted for the repair I came for. They did not actually solve that issue though, and charged me for repairs without my consent.During other experiences at Riverside bike shop, I have noticed the employees are consistently rude or dismissive unless the customer has purchased a bike from them. In my experience, they have very little knowledge of bikes other than those they sell. Before selling my previous bike, I asked how much they thought the bike was worth. They guy laughed and said, I should be happy if I get $150. I sold the bike a week later for $350. Someone drove up from Huntsville and gladly paid that price.After several negative experiences, I no longer do business with this bike shop. I usually go to bike shops when I’m out of town, or simply make repairs myself.

Went in for the first time today and we were very pleased with our service! The employees were knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely be back for all our bike needs!

What a great experience. Had trouble getting my tubeless tire replaced. Fixed it while I was standing there then did a quick safety inspection. Truly experts and professionals that aren’t trying to sell you anything you don’t need.

Stopped in this bike shop for the first time to have an alteration made to my new mtb. They did a great job and were very friendly. While I waited I looked at some of their products and was pleased to see they have very reasonable prices compared to other bike shops I have been in. I will gladly return for any of my future mtb needs.

I had my Diamondback Mountain Bike maintenanced and they did an awesome job! I rode my bike right after and I could feel the difference. It really needed it! Also it was done for a great price! I also felt very comfortable in asking questions. I’m new to mountain biking so it was great to be able to ask questions about my bike. I will be returning there for my bike needs.

The guys at this shop are 100% quality people they are willing to answer all your questions and they are patient and informative. They spent weeks with me answering my questions and helping me pick out the perfect bike for what my budget and wants were. I could not have asked for better service then I had received. This is my favorite store in Clarksville. Its nice to have a good local bicycle shop in town. I always take my bikes there for repairs.

I came in today for a tube replacement in my Schwinn Searcher 4. They got me hooked up and even lubricated my chain. This is our second service here and they never fail to meet our full expectations. Always pleased!

This bike shop turned a bad experience into a great one. I attempted to buy a pair of road bike shoes for my wifes birthday and was assured they would arrive on time. For whatever reason, the shoes didnt come and were delayed more than a week. When they finally arrived, the shop refunded my money, AND gave me the shoes. Mark at Riverside earned a customer for life with that one.

I bought a mountain bike from them and theyve been very helpful and friendly before and after the sale. Theyve been able to answer every question Ive had for them. The guys at the shop are riders themselves and I get the vibe that they genuinely do care about the sport and the customers.

I called the day before, forgot to come in and they still held the part I needed. The lads that work there are awesome.

Awesome service, knowledgeable, well staffed, and eager to answer any questions. I bought a Scott full suspension, and its been a great bicycle. Plan to have all of my tougher tuning and component upgrades done here.

My husband and I both bought bikes here recently. We dont know anything about bikes and they were so helpful and friendly throughout the entire process; from explaining what type of bike would be best for our plans to getting us on the trainer to teach us how to use the gears and recommending nearby places to bike. I would highly recommend this shop for anyone looking to buy a bike. It was a great experience for us.

Lift my spirit with all the attention to a novice

Didnt want to give them a star,bought a bike from them couple years ago toke it in to get dome simple work on the bike. Past 3 days they didnt do anything,i ask for ny bike ask if they can at least put the pedals on. They still gave me an excuse but agree. Charged me 5 bucks for putting the pedals on. Nothing else. Theur selling bike for 3 grand and i dont know if they can fix em. Youll buy a bike but service is questionable.

I am enjoying a vacation at my sisters house, I have been riding my bicycle and got a flat tire... I went to the shop and fixed it under 15 minutes, they have a great selection of bikes u can pick from and seems to be a good place to hang out as well...

Great bunch of guys, customer service and bike repair. Admit when they make a mistake and go out of their way to make things right. Truly rare these days.

We were visiting the area and my Mtn bike required new disk brake pads. I called a few shops and Riverside was the only shop which both had the specific pads in stock, and said that they would replace them while we waited. We could not leave the bike overnight as we had time commitments. They were able to replace the pads quicky. Unfortunately, the rear brake had additional issues which I had to deal with later after returning home

Riverside Bicycles is the only real bicycle shop in Clarksville TN. They carry good brands and their service department is great.

These guys even fixed our jogging stroller tire! They replaced the tire tube. Including labor, it cost less to have it done here than it would to buy the tubes online and do it ourselves. And they did it same day! In and out in under 10 minutes.

My interactions have been with Mark and were nothing short of excellent. Very nice gentleman who is helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly, not pushy or snobby (can be common in LBSs).Recently demoed a couple bikes there (riding around the parking lot). They had a couple deals that would be very hard to pass up. Went to the other two local bike shops afterwards to make sure I saw everything available. While I received good service at the other two, Riverside Cycles customer service really impressed me and probably swayed my decision.There after purchase customer service is top notch. Definitely would recommend anyone purchasing a bike to at least check out what Riverside has to offer before making a final decision.Only drawback is their hours can prove difficult for some people (me).

After test riding a bike and wanting to try another the guy said they would order another bike for me to test ride. Left my info and never recived a call. Ended up buying one elsewhere
