Very pleased with my service advisor- Heavenly. Disappointed to make an appointment to wait for 2 hours before a technician looks at my vehicle. I was recommended replacing my vehicle battery for $500...I can purchase same exact battery for under $175 elsewhere.

Is there a rating less than one star? I will walk barefoot on hot coals before I ever visit a Wyatt Johnson facility. My husband brought his vehicle in for a diagnostic. We opted to have the repairs done at another shop. When my husband came to pick up his vehicle, well before closing, the staff in the service shop began locking the doors. Staff on the sales lot laughed as my husband tried to crank his car. It almost seems as if the staff said, F--- him because we arent getting the work done there. Is customer service and human decency dead? At Wyatt Johnson Hyundai it is.

Its always easy to get what I need done at Wyatt-Johnson Hyundai Services. Marvin is always so kind and helpful at their services area, and hes always helpful. Theyre pretty timely, and offer refreshments for those who choose to wait for their vehicle. I never feel like Im being hassled into getting things I dont need. If I dont need something yet, they tell me its okay to wait. I may be naive, but I think theyre very honest and caring for their customers.

I took my 2021 Hyundai there for its 7,500 mile service. I was promptly met at the service entrance by Dawson who was extremely friendly and professional.While waiting for my car to be completed, I waited in the customer lounge which was very nice and well stocked with free refreshments. I definitely will be returning there and highly recommend!

This dealership used to have 10 star treatment. Ive noticed in the last few months that even the most seasoned of professionals do not offer simple good etiquette when I enter the dealership. A simple greeting is not offered to ever customer. Ugh! Seems to be the new way of doing business at Hyandai service center. Oh well! They are the only place in town that operates on my car.

There for a recall. Was told they would be keeping my car for several days and that they would have a rental car waiting for me. When I got there the next day it was a completely different story. Lack of communication for the service department.As for the sales side, they are great. I may work with them when it comes time to trade in and buy a new car.But my experience for 5/13/2021. Bad.

I have always experienced reasonable wait times for general repairs & maintenance. I enjoy visiting the Hyundai service department, because I know my car will receive quality maintenance, and be safe and road ready in no time.

Worst experience. originally I called and told them the seat belt was broken and I needed to know if it was covered under warranty. I was told they needed needed to see it to know, after being charged a diagnostic fee for what I already knew and quoted a ridiculous fee for changing it I said no and and left. Later I got a call saying that it was covered under warranty, while trying to get my diagnostic fee back my account was charged again, instead of a refund, overdrafting my account. After a few back and fourths of getting that fixed, I get an email saying the part is in and I can pick it up. When I go in they say I cant pick it up I need to schedule an appointment but I cant do it here I have to call. I have had the worst customer service, worst experience at a dealership, and worst car ever. After this is over I will be sure to never use another Wyatt Johnson anything.

Took car in for a recall! Couldnt tell us how long repairs would take! Had them diagnose why check engine light was on.Called us and said our car would be ready for pickup the next morning!Went there to pick up our car, they could find our car, and still had to wait another 45 minutes for them to finish the car!Very disappointed in the service

After trying to obtain appointments for an oiI change, tire rotation and a recall service with the dealership where I purchased the vehicle in Kennesaw, GA and being told that there would be no appointments for a month and then trying to obtain an appointment with another dealership in Kentucky and waiting for their technician to return from vacation, I decided to contact Wyatt Johnson in Clarksville, TN. I was greeted by Martin White who inspected my vehicle. He took photos of the exterior while I watched and checked the odometer. I was escorted to the customer lounge and offered coffee and snacks. During the appointment I was made aware of what was needed for my vehicle in the way of additional services and noticed that the other customers were treated with the same professional courtesy by their service representatives. Service was timely and I feel that I was treated fairly. Even though I live a good distance from Clarksville, I believe that this will be my new service department for my Hyundai Santa Fe.

They did everything they advertised and even provided me some quotes for things I know I need to get done soon. Staff was friendly, helpful with my current physical need for assistance (currently on a walker). Oil was changed, wiper fluid was filled, tires were rotated. I asked if someone could please vacume the cab out for me, sincerely I am not able. If they couldnt, I understood. Everything was done and vacuumed. Great experience!

This experience was very disturbing. Had an appt for my regular oil change service; upon arrival, let them know that I had a headlight out. After close to an hours wait, the Service Advisor comes to tell me that, they do not have the bulb in stock and will have to order it. I ask about the oil change and the response is, I didnt know you were here for an oil change??. OMG...really? So, now he has to take it back and long story short, I ended up being there for several hours. They could not find the service warranty info (which they have used multiple times since last year); and on top of everything, my cell phone came up missing during this visit. I am just so over the poor quality of service and because they are the only Hyundai service/dealer in Clarksville, Im going to buy a different car. Im over it. Its starting to always be something with this place.

I have a 2021 Santa Fe with just over 3000 miles on it and the trim is coming off around the rear passenger window. It took me 40 days to get an appointment to get it into service then I was told I would have to pay to have my car repaired. I think not if this is the kind of service that I’m getting with a brand new car I won’t be using Wyatt Johnson or buying another Hyundai

Please make sure you document everything, inspect your car before you leave, and check your mileage!They will scam you if they can get away with it.I went in to get a cylinder misfire fixed. I told them that it wasn’t the spark plugs because I already had them all changed for a tune up. Well they did them anyways saying they test drove it and that was the problem. I ended up paying $270 for it and had to bring it back the next day because I still had the same problem. So now I’m out $270 on that unnecessary work. The next day they said the changed the coils and test drove it, it was working perfectly according to them. I didn’t even get 2 lights down from the dealership before my car started to shut down. It was worse than what it was before I gave it to them. There was no possible way they test drove it unless they did it around their parking lot. I give it back to them and they keep my car for OVER A MONTH! They told me when I dropped it off that they were going to take the engine apart to see what was wrong with it. What were they actually doing? They “cleaned all the connections and test drove it 2 -3 times a week to make sure it was working.” Then she called me back to tell me my hybrid was a “tricky” vehicle be because the battery was dead only to find it their tech didn’t know that “if you leave the lights on in a hybrid, it’ll kill the battery.” I’m not stupid when it comes to cars, but apparently they think I am. It doesn’t matter what kind of car it is, the battery will die if you leave something on. When I get my car back, I noticed they drove 400 miles on my car, they scratched my car, and the issue was still there. Clarksville is not that big! I don’t even drive 400 miles on my car in a months time. So they pretty much they just put more wear and tear on my car and made me pay for it. I’ve lost work because they had my car doing nothing with it.I’m extremely disappointed because this is the first time I’ve had a problem with them. I had to take my car to Hendersonville’s Hallmark Hyundai and pay even more. They immediately got on the phone with Hyundai’s engineers to find the problem and I had my car fixed in 3 days. The solution: change all the coils. So turns out Wyatt Johnson was being a scam artist, lying to me and didn’t do what they were supposed to. They had my vehicle on 3 separate occasions and over a month. They were expecting me to pay for more work even though they failed to fix the issue until they realized I refused to fall for it. And I don’t know why anyone would want to run a business like that. I’ll also be reviewing the on BBB.

They took my car in for an issue and held it for five days without even taking a look at it. Not very many other options on the area. I recommend taking your car to a Firestone or somewhere else unless it is absolutely necessary to go to a dealership for a specific service. The next closest one is in Nashville and its supposed to be even worse.
