This shop does it right! Doug and his team gave me phenomenal service. Im on a road trip across the country and came in for a rotation, they found a screw in the tire and were able to deliver a upgraded replacement tire overnight, installed it the next day in less than 2 hours and got me back on the road. Came in to get a tire fixed and it well so I scheduled an appointment for the following Sat. (9-11-21) for a oil change and tire rotation for my wife’s Edge. Danny was the guys name and he suggested 9 AM. He couldn’t print me a recite for my bill on the tire either My wife got there a little early and a woman at the counter told her they don’t make appointments for oil change or tire rotations it was first come first serve. These people need to get there stuff together. Told my wife it would be 3+ hours to get to it and finish. I won’t be back.

Helpful and friendly salespeople, quality products and typical wait times for tire service. Ive been giving them business for years taking my cars there whenever I need repairs or replacements. I will say during my most recent visit I was really disappointed that inside they were obviously not concerned with the covid-19 pandemic - as if it doesnt exist! No masks by the employees, no social distancing, and only a couple bottles of hand sanitizer on the counter. Considering they are getting into customer cars and exchanging keys it seems like they could be taking more precautions. Why not set up a plastic shield at the register like many other places are doing? Minus 2 stars.

Good tire/oil change service and customer service. Only complaint was that one of the technicians left a oil hand print on my car seat one time, it did come out after getting it cleaned. Their tire service is one of the best in the area with low prices and good warranty options. They are also good about oil changes and have good prices as well for that.

I have been dealing with these men for some time. I consider them friends, I trust them. I was on the road for 39 years prior to my retirement. I bought all my tires from Big O, for both company and personal vehicles You are located in my neighborhood, so service was convenient. I have sent friends to Big O for tires. My son recently returned from California. When he needed tires for the car he bought, I sent him to Big O. I cant imagine getting tires anywhere else.

Hard to find a better auto service experience other than here. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They were extremely busy the day I was in but they still had my car done not too long after the time I was given. The next day I received a call from the owner/manager thanking me for coming in. A very nice touch I thought!

I have been a loyal Big O customer for over 10 years. They sell and service the best tires and I feel secure knowing that they have locations all over Kentucky and Indiana should I ever have problems in my travels. I am thankful I stopped in the Clarksville IN location when I had some spare time and needed an oil change. The owner himself greeted me as I got out of my car and got my order started. Its been 40 years since I saw that kind of hometown service. The price was good even without a coupon. They noticed my back tires were close to the end of life and gave me a list of possible replacements for me to consider later. I appreciated that there was no hard sell and returned the next month to get my worn tires replaced. At that time, I mentioned my brakes might need to be replaced and they checked them out and told me the brakes were still good and I didnt need service right now. Im positive that other shops would have taken advantage of that opportunity to give me the full service. Im very impressed with the staff, pricing and service at this store and think you will be too.

I was in the market for new alignment on a Chevy I just purchased. I had called some of the local competition and noticed that Big O offered a free suspension safety inspection. Being that Kentucky have such harsh roads and the extreme winters it was important for me to have this done. The competition wanted $60 for this service. I contacted the Clarksville store by email. Kyle response through email was fast and friendly. I was able to make an appointment that day. They found a worn tie rod and replaced it in about 1.5hrs with alignment. My experience was great and would greatly recommend this location. Also, he added a $20 coupon off the alignment. I ended up spending $284 for all the mentioned.

You guys were very nice to me. But I still cant understand why in the world I had to pay $120.23 just for you to take my bad tire off and put my spare on so I could make it to Saturday when my dad was putting on new tires? I wanted to say something while I was there, but I just couldnt.

Terrific tire store. I had my car at the dealership for a recall and they said there was a nail in the sidewall and wanted $200 for a new tire. It wasnt losing air so I decided to take it to Big O since I knew I would get a better deal. Dave took the tire off and found the nail was just a bit of metal stuck in a groove. He didnt even charge me for his time. Because of this service he has earned my loyalty and I will definitely go here for all my tire needs and will absolutely recommend them to all my friends. Took my truck here for an alignment... was told $89.95, upon pick up they tried to charge me $124. Truck has more play in the steering wheel than it did before, and pulls to the right pretty bad now... Gonna have to take it somewhere else and get it done right!! I would highly recommend not taking your vehicle here for an alignment!!!

You always do a great job! I always bring my car to Big O Clarksville to get worked on.

Their service was fine but their ethics are lacking. We purposefully did add-ons to get the bill to $500 in order to get a $50 rebate. They knew that was the goal. Today we got our $25 rebate, why was it $25 instead of $50? Because ther bill had to be $500 before taxes. Awesome, you shorted us $25 over a technicality that you could have warned us about at the time of purchase. Enjoy your $25, I hope this review costs you a lot more.

Went this morning for a tire rotation and patch because had a bolt in my tire when pulled out of a parking lot. Greg helped me, and was honest and straight forward. He didnt try upsell me on anything and the service was quick and I havent had an issue yet. No more balance vibration in the steering wheel and tire is patched. I recently posted a review saying that I didnt see the road hazard warranty on my receipt and I would like to apologise for being so careless when its written in bold letters about the warranty. I just looked at the charges and didnt see a fee for the warranty . I did get it as I was told and the service was great as I have experienced in previous visits to big O stores
