I always get fast and excellent service here. They treat me like an intelligent person, offer options and explain why they might or might not be right for me. Ive gotten dozens of oil changes here, and even if I dont know about a discount Im eligible for, they tell me and apply it to my bill. Ive also gotten tires here, and have been pleased with prices and services, for YEARS. Cant say enough good things about them!

BAM, tire blow out on the way to work. My tire got shredded. Well... Thats inconvenient... But wait! The Michaels tires guys were literally right there and jumped right into action. Their service was quick and thorough. The prices were pretty average, but their attitude is what made it for me. The guy working the counter knew I was having a bad day and took every measure to accommodate and help me to the maximum extent possible. Very thankful for these guys.Marked one star down because I had one disturbing question, Which tire is it?. While I can understand the reasoning behind my question, if they walked out to my car and couldnt tell which tire was shredded, I was going to drive on the rim somewhere else. They did fine and it was just a formality, but it definitely put a doubt in the back of my head for a minute.

Best deal on my tires. Was 100.00 cheaper than every where else, service people friendly even went back the next day for an oil change

It was okay, but when I asked them to take the spare off the front of my truck, put the new tire that I purchased on the blowout and then put the other new tire on the other rim, apparently somebody wasnt listening or they didnt know how to do it. So now I have to buy a fifth tire LOL when my stimulus comes in. Not exactly the way I planned on spending it dont have a choice at this point....

I am a regular Michael Tires customer and Eastern Blvd is closer to my home. In the past it was the only location I would do business, but after this last trip I remember why I have went to the Jeffersonville 10th St location for the last several visits. I took my parents car there to have a tire fixed. It has a giant concrete screw in it. Our appt was at 11:00. When I was informed that they may not get to it until the next day. They only had one guy in the shop. The other had called in. Obviously I was none to happy. Then despite having warranty road side assistance the tire was still $110. Now yes, their tires were bought from Michaels 6 yrs ago, but they probably have less then 3000 miles If that many on them, cause they hardly go anywhere . I was just unhappy with this overall visit from start to finish. Guess Its worth the few extra miles to get to Jeff store.

New management in there is not great. The head mechanic who have been there for over 5 years quit so now they are not reliable

I took my car to Tires Plus for a four tire installation and a front-end alignment. Cody there was very honest and informed me that I only needed two tires. I really appreciate the honesty of this establishment!

Came in for an appointment and it took them over half an hour before they even pulled the car into a bay that was open before we even got here. Terrible service, if you’re looking for a quick oil change, this is not the place to go

I insist on taking my vehicle here for tires and scheduled maintenance. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, explaining the reason for the required work, and the process and times needed to complete the job. Prices and fair and competitive. I always feel confident in the work completed. I cant recommend this store enough!

I would not take my car anywhere else. The people are very friendly, courteous, and keeps you updated, on the progress of the work they are doing. They explain everything, before and after they work on my car. If you need car repairs, tires, etc. I would highly recommend going to TiresPlus.

Gave my out of state girlfriend fair deal on tire replacement and repair

Needed 2 tires. Asked to replace one specifically an didnt happen. They moved it to the back an replaced a tire that was still good. Then offered 60% off for another tire to replace the one I asked them to in the first place. They should of ate that cost for the third tire.

My second time at this location. Professional customer service. Went above and beyond to show me the failed caliber and talk through function. Im impressed with the knowledge base here; I have a masters in mechanical engineering and consider myself a car guy (just rather pay someone to do the work). Will be coming back again.

Always great service, Josh especially is great. I always get great service there. They always take care of me in price. I have been going to tires plus for over a year now and love the service. The only problem i have is that i just tried to get an alignment done and i was told that there was only 1 mechanic there. Its 3pm and the store dont close till 7pm. So why is there only one mechanic? I would be ok with a area manager getting in contact with me about this issue but other than that i am very happy with my service there.

Absolutely wonderful and amazing staff at this location. I drove in at 5:40pm . they close at 6. I had 13 lbs of preasure in passanger rear tire. They took it right in, unfortunately tire could not be repaired, but i got a great deal on a new one. They were patient, friendly and extreamly understanding. I will absolutely be back.

Hit a pothole and flattened my tire and was running late for work. They got me in and out immediately and within 20 minutes and I was on my way!! Thank you very much Michel tires!!

I have been there 3 times, the first time was to get my new tires. The second time was because I got a roofing nail in my tire. Everyone was excellent, good service and everyone was very polite.

Employees are lazy and unprofessional. Vehicle is still sitting outside while they lean on the counter and talk even though its 20 minutes past my appointment time. If 0 stars was an option Id have picked that. Better service at the Walmart tire place.

I drop my vehicle off at 4 and was it dies that have my tires rotated and balanced within an hour and was advised they would call me when finished at a quarter till 6 I arrived in my vehicle had not even been started on. Whats odd is I buy Michael Tire from Michael Tire and I live right across the street from Big O. I may start buying my tires at Big O

Be careful of their recommendations for extra labor needed. They wanted to charge me $300 for fixing something that wasnt broken.First time I came in I was told they couldnt do an alignment due to loose tie rod ends. This was after I found a ride home. I got a ride back, pulled the car apart and nothing was loose. After calling back to the shop they back-pedaled and said to bring it back in and theyd give me a good deal. Came back and viola, nothing was wrong now.Now Im back for the second day because they didnt do the alignment correctly.

Honestly Ive had nothing but trouble with Michael Tire. Breaking my key to my locking lug nuts. To leaving lug nuts off of my truck.But I got there lifetime rotate and balance so I have to deal with until I get another set of tires.

I have been going to Michel Tire in Clarksville for the last ten years and am always pleased with their honesty, good quality work and efficiency.

Watch those notes they put at the bottom of their receipt. Wasted $400 there on two tire cause they said they gave me a free alignment because they gave ne the wrong brand tires. Miss Matched. Frustrated. Tires wore off 36months. At $200 a tire I was not impressed with them not doing the alignment. What I didnt notice was note on bottom of page said I refused alignment. Which I did not. Watch the small print.

Not bad but, slow service and my tires have leaked air since I got them. I did take one for a puncture repair and that service was quick.

This place should be called LIARS PLUS I wasted two weeks for this place to order a part. Every time I called to see if the part was in they made excuses the truth was they never ordered the part and were annoyed I called and asked..

WARNING TO FEMALE CUSTOMERS!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATIONMichael Tires Plus should take the plus out of their name and stick to just that TIRES. (this location)I contacted them about possible issues with my timing belt, idling issues with my engine, and accelerating issues.They DID NOT do an engine diagnostics but the simple diag. auto zone. With that simple diag. (I already had b/c I went to autozone prior) The techs tried to diagnose my issue from a autozone diag and of course it was NOT the issue. They put some sensors on that I did not need b/c within 5 mins leaving the shop my car was stalling and giving me idle issues again.I went to Toyota and they did the PROPER diagnostic test and corrected my problem. It was idle air control valve and vvti oil control value.If I come spend my money I expect a descent service as any other paying customer. I blame the service managerThey are not trustworthy and took advantage of me b/c I am a female. I will not return!
