I used to love to come to this spot, after 5-6 months of coming almost every week and them selling me a jacked up cigar and not allowing me to trade it for another of the same I decided to not return, but their customer service sucks. Its a typical military town type of customer service that I see in allot of places in Clarksville, piss poor customer service. I rather take my business online before I return to these guys. Thank god I only have 2 more weeks in this depressing town.

The selection and variety of cigars and the lounge itself is at its best, relaxing/comfortable atmosphere, along with the awesome staff and owner. From the large selection of Gurkhas to Xikar cases. Be on the lookout for their events on posters for giveaways and chances to meet some awesome people. The lounge has been outfitted with a bar.

Ive been going here for about two years now. The owners and their staff are on point. Theyre all extremely kind people and have never steered me wrong when it comes to exactly what Im looking for in a cigar. They have a huge selection of cigars and great locally brewed beers on tap. Theres always something good on TV and everyone in the shop, staff and customers, are always fun and easy to talk with. This place is absolutely amazing!!!!!!-Levi Davis

Popped in this place real quick while killing time waiting for family who were supposed to be meeting us halfway between our respective cities to take our kid to grandmas house for the summer. The guy inside was nice and helpful and helped me make a quick purchase to enjoy while waiting for the family as they were running late. Would definitely recommend.

Great shop. Management was friendly and knowledgeable. Drew Estates selection was fantastic. Will definitely visit again when I’m in the Clarksville / Ft Campbell area.

Awesome staff. The guy who owns it is super knowledgeable and very helpful. Always listens attentivelyrics and gives honest suggestions.The selections of anything from cigarillos to pipe tobacco is very impressive. They have a punch card too for a little bit of savings.

Customer service and product selection is phenomenal! Everything about the place is Pleasant from the modern but classy chairs and seating to the fantastic selection of beer on tap. The guys there always go out of their way to make sure customers are pleased. I bought a Xicar butane lighter there that I had been having trouble with for over a year. The company was very good and kept preparing it for me but the lighter was still faulty. The guys at the shop just swap me for a new one no questions asked, I actually insisted that I keep mine but they really wanted to give me a new one. Top it all off they have a great selection of local breweries beer that stuff always goes well with a nice stogie.
