Good vape shop and very nice and helpful staff. Decent prices as well. The first thing I notice was the atmosphere was clean and welcoming rather than some dark dank hole in the wall on skid row. Nice establishment all around.

My wife shops here exclusively, apparently it doesnt mean anything to this store about customer loyalty. She purchased a Mod, recommended by the guy behind the counter. When she got it home, read the manual, decided it was too complicated for her with way to many settings. She went back in, with the receipt mind you, and was told she could not return it EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NEVER USED.BUYER BEWARE: THEY HAVE NO RETURN POLICY POSTED ANYWHERE, NOT EVEN ON THE RECEIPT. OBVIOUSLY THEY HAVE A ALL SALES FINAL POLICY THAT THEY FEEL THE NEED TO HIDE.SAPPHIRE YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS RIGHT!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Fantastic staff and facility! For every referral you get a new juice worth $30! Theyre extremely knowledgable about their products and have a pretty expansive juice/flavor selection. Saffire Vapor is far and away THE best vape shop anywhere. The folks are knowledgeable and friendly, and super helpful. They are incredibly patient and kind. If youre new to vaping, they will answer all questions and explain thoroughly. You never feel rushed or like youre just a number. They have a tasting bar where you can try the flavors to see what you like. I have been using them for years, and wont go anywhere else anymore. They absolutely go above and beyond. Safire is the only place I like to go really. It has a casual atmosphere to me. Staff is easy to talk with when I stop by. They have a nice selection of flavors, tanks, and cleaning accessories to put out there with fair pricing.

I recently purchased a mod from them for my Aspire Atlantis, I ended up having some trouble with it ( just wasnt working properly ) I went into the store, thinking this was going to be a lot of trouble, the staff was very polite and sympathetic to my issues, replaced it with a completely different model, no questions asked, overall best experience with a vape shop hands down, I would recommend them to anyonecheersone very happy customer

Wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy, Saffire vapor is like the ghetto 7-11 of vapestores. Come in to get a quick item and get robbed by thier prices and lack of knowledge. If I worked here I wouldnt admit it to anyone and just tell people I sell crack, thats how low I think of Saffire Vapor. Otherwise, clean store and pleasant people working there, pleasant but unhelpful.

I don’t understand the 1 star people. One comment even said it was “too smokey”!One said their mother was forced or pushed into buying extra stuff. Come on people. The mod and juice selection is substantial enough for any vape user. The staff was always friendly and knowledgeable. No, I am not a “hipster”, in fact, probably the polar opposite.One more thing, I travel the country and to Canada regularly and visit vape shops (usually to purchase juice). The only real differences are the flavors of juice (as expected) and prices. The prices here are actually lower than in other states.If one is comparing a Clarksville vape shop to a Clarksville vape shop then you are sampling water from the same pool.

This place has such good reviews (especially about customer service), but I cant help and think either A. The people are friendly enough and those customers dont bother to realize that they give false information or B. The staff is more honest to those who they feel are trendy. My mom has gone here multiple times (I have gone with a couple times). She has spent hundreds of dollars, and after this last visit she will not be returning.My husband vapes and he got a new nice set up else where. My mom liked it and went to her local store being this location to purchase the same machine. The gentleman pushed her into having to buy extras. When she asked questions he gave his preference as fact to support his pushy unneccasary additions. He lied about the product. When we heard this my husband called the store to just talk about what had happened. He was given No ____ is a great worker. There must have been a misunderstanding. We wouldnt have said that. The frustration wasnt about the money, but rather my mom went here with a couple simple questions to make a large purchase and was given the wrong information which meant she learned nothing about the item she received as she was hoping to. Choose a different Vapor Store.

My recent perchance was the 0.15 ohm nickel coil for my subtank mini on a smoktech m80 plus mod. Temperature control! Im loving the coil. The flavor is Red October, best taste out of any flavor there. 80 watts on 900°f or 55 watts on 700°f. NO DRY HITS AT ALL! Thank you guys, and be expecting me back very soon.

Love this place they have great quality juices and vapes at decent prices and they are always running some special deal and they always try to get you the cheapest price.

They have what looks to be nice hardware.Probably the worst e-juice that I have ever had, in a comparison to VaporWise, Virgin Vapor (my fav.) and ECBlend. Lack of selection and customization, juices were pre-made seriously? Last time I drop by for e-juice.
