Horrible customer service. The manager was on FaceTime while customers needed help. She was cursing at customers on the phone who had complaints. An employee lied to us saying things was on clearance just to make a sale. Even asked to confirm it was on sale and he still proceeded to continue with the sale. Didn’t even walk out of the store turned around and showed them the discount didn’t go and they still wouldn’t give me a refund. The manager was very rude about it and wasn’t willing to resolve the issue that her employee had caused. Ended up having to settle for store credit and out of cash on Christmas Eve. Store looked clean but the staff there ain’t worth returning

Terrible customer service. Walked in while they were still open . Was told as soon as I walked in by the manager I got 5 seconds. Just as long as as it took for the girl to close the register if I wasn’t done by then there is no point. 2 people were still looking through racks. I spend money. Not gonna do it there. I’ll never walk in again… FYI they close at 9 this was at 7:20

They open late close early. There’s no form of professionalism or clothing store etiquette. If this wasn’t the only city gear in Clarkesville they would not see a dime from me.

This store would be A LOT better if it wasnt for most of the employees. Most of the females Ive dealt with either in the store or on the phone are very very rude. Their customer service is horrible. I like shopping there but I hate dealing with the rude or lack of customer service. Ive had several friends who have experienced the same thing in this store.

Worst experience I ever had in clarcksville, very bad customers service

If you’re not absolutely sure you want the shoes don’t purchase them. They will not let you return them. I bought shoes 2 days ago and haven’t worn them, but decided I wanted a different pair. I called to ask if I can return them and and they said no returns. It would be nice if they said that when you buy something. It was my first and last time shopping here. Also, if you’re military I recommend going to Footlocker or Champs. Their discount is a lot better than this place and the prices are the same so you’ll save more money there.
