Great customer service with majority of the staff, very helpful. Knowledgeable about sneakers so the customers feel secure in what there purchasing merchandise lately has been a little off but that has nothing to do with the sales associates, sneaker wise they just recently at my footlocker had a release lately they havent been getting them.

I love this store. The customer service is wonderful. Bailey did a wonderful job at greeting me when I first walked in and assisting me with picking out shoes for a surprise gift for my daughter and I must add the assistant manager was awesome just as well. Thank you

The guys working the floor were great! Attentive and quick to help. BUT then we stood in line for 10 mins only to have them announce, quietly, that they’re card machines weren’t working. They knew that whole time and didn’t say a word. Annoying!

Found my daughter the perfect pair of shoes ...for a decent price.

Wouldnt recommend. They didnt even take the ink tag off of my daughters best friends champion sweater. They seemed like they werent even paying attention to what they were doing and just wanted a paycheck. Tried calling their number around 10 times, on both an android and an iphone, no response at all. Dude in line cut us even though he most definitely saw us, dude in front of us took 15 minutes to buy a pair of Timbs. Blonde dude wearing Jordan 1s that worked there was nice though.
