Rick was awesome...I had a stroke in May and Rick was kind enough to come and pick up my TV and bring it back. its 65 I was thrilled that they had it done with in two weeks. I was a little stumped on the price but for a two year old TV it should have never broke in the first place.. These guys were great kept me updated along the way..I will definitely be using them again.. Awesome awesome
Bought a brand new portable dishwasher that came leaking as soon as it got delivered. This company was dispatched by the manufacturer for repair. That repair happened a month after they diagnosed it. The door then didn’t latch properly & it became damaged in trying to open it. This company tried to make things right by repairing that damage. Upon doing so now something else doesn’t work properly & i was also told it was my fault basically the door latch got damaged because I’m supposedly supposed to know now i have to push on 1 corner to set it back in place every time i use the dishwasher. If I don’t do this i risk damaging the door again. They said they would call to repair the new issue. That was a month ago & i never heard back. As a business owner myself I absolutely hate leaving negative reviews but i feel i have been more than patient with this company.
Purchased a LG refrigerator less than a year ago, well it stopped working.Contacted LG they had AV Repair Specialists do the warranty work. LG had all the parts but one. That took a month to get, I understand the supply problems with the pandemic. No fault of AV Repair, as soon as the part came in, Ronnie came to the house and did a great job, thanks Ronnie. Very impressed.
Rick was excellent to work with! Drove 2 hours to make our repair on a Saturday morning! Very professional, tidy, and kind. We also had another appliance question while he was working on our tv and he was extremely helpful with that as well! Would definitely use AV Repair Specialists again!

I thought that the tech was very good he worked fast it took some time for them to respond getting here through our warranty but the only thing when he came we were supposed to call before coming and didnt wear any no MASK!! we have underline conditions and had notes on our frt door asking please wear Mask!! And my husband even mentioned it but he never replied but he was a very nice gentleman and polite other than following CDC guidelines
I was skeptical to use this company again for a second time but in order for my dishwasher to get fixed by the warranty. On 12/23 the tech came, asked what was wrong then proceeded to look it up on an iPad to see what the code “H20” on the dishwasher screen meant to diagnose it. He said a “valve” was needed. That was 12/23 . I called after the New Year to see what the status of the part and no one answer let alone called back with an update on this part. Eventually, GE had to be contacted to have someone else come out and i was informed that the water was shut off and no valve was required. It is working great! But I don’t advise you to use them for appliances at all! Never again!!!!

At this point I have been waiting since JULY (it is September 23) for them to get a new pump for my dishwasher and come replace it.Someone was supposed to come today. They were a no call, no show. I cant get anyone in the company to answer the phone or return a call. Ive been patient. Im done now. DONT USE THIS COMPANY! YOUR APPLIANCES WILL NEVER GET FIXED.
Fixed my TV within a week. Took a few days to get the part needed shipped to them, but fixed my TV the next day! If my TV goes out, I will gladly give them another call!

If I could give no stars I would, these are the people my home warranty called to service my dishwasher, I was told that someone would be out Friday texted with the guy who sends out the techs. Never heard back from him. Then went into the shop on the other side of town and was told they would send someone out Friday.Told my wife that he would replace the switchboard and pump, then left and gave her a ticket and didn’t do it. I was in class this whole time.I will be calling to confirm with home warranty about this garbage company.As you can see the ratings and reviews are all pretty similar.

They didnt show up for the repair appointment and when we called they said they were ordering parts for a appliance they hadnt looked at, they showed up 2 weeks later without the right parts and 3 weeks from the initial repair request its still not fixed

Considering this is a appliance repair shop and I know that the big distributors out there use you guys, The communication and service has been Nonexistent. Not only do you have to call three or four times and leave a messages. Your call will never be answered by a live representative it always send you straight to voicemail which is very frustrating.
I had two technicians come out duffrent days and they were very professional & friendly and did an amazing job 👏

LG washer started walking all over the laundry room. Contacted Lowes for service. AV came out to check it. Ronnie tested and found the problem. He ordered parts and when they came in he came to install them and found another problem. Parts ordered and once they arrived Ronnie came out with his co-worker Mark. The machine is now in perfect working order. Communication could be better between the business and customers. Time lapse was an entire month due to delays in parts orders. I commend Ronnie for his vast knowledge and customer friendly personality. No more laundromat for me!!!! 😛😁😃
Get place to get TV fixed or to buy used.
This company is a JOKE. They have been trying to fix my refrigerator for 12 weeks. Took them 7 weeks to get the ice maker and still did not fix the other problem. They are not repair men they are parts changers and cannot dothat right. Never return phone calls. They think if they reset the code faults that they have repaired the appliance. They do not even know how to look up the code faults. I had to tell them what the code faults faults were and they still did not order the right parts.They try to blame the warranty company for all there screw ups and when I looked up the warranty sheet on the warranty companies site it showed they had approved all the repairs.. Stay far far away from this company as they are clueless on what they are doing and the owner never returns phone calls. You have been warned
They don’t answer their phone or call customers back. Once you finally get them on the line and make an appointment they may or may not show up. If they have to order a part it’s a month before they contact you again, IF they contact you again
Most unreliable company Ive ever dealt with. Had service call scheduled today between 12 and 4. 5:30 and not even a word from them. Scheduled through Whirlpool and was told they couldnt get an answer and to contact them ourselves. Not even enough consideration to call! After reading reviews, we dont want them working on our refrigerator!
Been waiting since January for repairman to come out to fix a vent on a GE Profile microwave. (The vent motor does not pull steam through, leaving steam running up front of microwave. In all my years, Ive never had a vent that could not pull steam.)I had multiple phone calls to them- to schedule a service call. If it werent for me calling THEM back ( I gave them a week between calls to give them ample opportunity to reach out to me ) Id never hear from them. They ordered a part prior to coming out. We scheduled four separate appointments. Two they cancelled the day of, one he just forgot and the last one was today.The repairman came in saying, its pulling just fine. . When I told him it doesnt pull steam out of the way, does he need me to get a pot out and show him? he responded, Its not meant to operate that way.I then told him to get out of my house.What kind of operation is this? If they werent planning on acknowledging the failure of the fan to work as it does in MICROWAVES HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS CHEAPER then the Profile, why waste my time (on four separate days) and theirs?His condescending tone was more than I was willing to take. He could have said that back on a January when I first told what the problem was and we all could have saved some valuable time.Wish there was a rating less than a star. A star is too high a rating.
I have been calling for 9 days and cant get a return call. They came to fix a 4 month old washer but didnt bring the parts needed..said he had to order it, but now cant get in touch with anyone!Edit- Apparently they had called my girlfriend 2 days after I called and she forgot to inform me. They are scheduled to come today to finish the repair!Edit-- no call no show
Dissatisfied with the professionalism of this janky company. Took several weeks to repair my television then lost my remote control. Had the nerve to give me a substitute remote. Bad business for that. Never using this service again.
We have used this company twice now (different tv’s). Both times they did a great job!Just keep in mind when given an estimated turn around time, it’s just an estimate.
If you want a place that will communicate with you the process of your repair this isnt it. They never answer the phone, when you leave a message it takes a minimum of a week just to call you back. It took a month to fix our TV and we recieved no calls on updates unless we called first. Communication is the biggest thing for a successful business!
Good service. Calls returned in a reasonable amount of time. Took a week total turn-around time to repair a microwave, but most of that was waiting on the Panasonic distributor (Panasonic deserves 1 star). Hope the fix lasts longer than the OEM.
This company sucks.. They had our TV for two weeks and it was finished and they still have not brought it back to us. Then when u call to find out where it is you go straight to a voicemail.

Fixed my 42in vizio. Yes it took a month.this is normal when u have to diagnose electronics in order of customers and also order needed parts and hope thats the only problem people.If you dont want to wait then go buy a new one.Stop crying about the only reasonable electronics repair shop in clarksville.some people actuality appreciate this shop.
So these characters came out picked up my 1 year old Frigidaire Microwave. Took it with them just to bring it back a month later . As soon as they walked out the door It had done the same thing as before. So here we are coming up on another month with no returned calls nor a microwave. So I believe this would be a theft at this point ?
I used them several years ago for warranty repair work on a TV.They did their part of picking up the TV and mostly would return my calls when they should have.Mitsubishi was the one that dropped the ball on my repair work by not sending them the part. Mitsubishi ended up sending me a new TV instead...but this took several months of complaining, filing complaints, and threatening legal action against the Mitsubishi company. At least AV Repair did their part.

Will not answer the phone, ge scheduled an appointment for me thru these guys to fix a washing machine. Ive been trying for serval days to find out what time they was supposed to come and the price but they will not answer the phone or call back. The only thing I know from what a ge rep told me was the day my appointment is for.
Had my lg tv repaired through them via warranty, went on line and tracked the repair thru lg website, returned it at the time they said.
Been waiting and waiting! I called, no answer...I showed up and they made excuses why my tv was not repaired. Horrible place!!! Its been 3 weeks and they dont even communicate. I wish I could shut them down myself!
Purchased a firestick off a gentleman named Sean Greene and picked it up here, turns out he is not allowed to sell them at that store. He is never there and even if you call they dont pick up their phone. Why run a business you cannot keep up with. Horrible customer service.
