DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS ...HE is a thief . Has had my computer and money for over a year. Got judgement against him in small claims court but still has not paid. Didnt even show up in court. HORRIBLE BUSINESS.

On the positive side he worked with me to do a speedy repair of my phone screen, but on the down side, it literally broke the next morning with normal use. The sound on the phone stopped working intermittently after I got it back. He told me there is nothing he could do about it. I think there is something under the screen that didnt get cleaned up and caused stress on the screen.Also, the place reeks of cigarette smokeUpdate: After a couple of months the screen completely gave out. I decided to replace it myself and he didnt even put the screws in that holds the screen cable on.Beware, he disappeared for a while and came back under this new business name. I would not use this place

The owner is super sweet and all, but when you go to pick up an order for wish or from them and for 2 weeks every day they are locked up and closed with no notice? Then they dont pay their phone bill so you cant call them, they dont answer social media. Its agrivating.

Took my laptop in for repairs and was told that the charging jack needed replacement. I got a quote and a timeline. On the day it was supposed to be completed I got a call saying that the part was ordered from CA, but was coming from China and was taking a long time. I agreed to a new timeline and then never heard back. I tried to call the number on their sign several times and it never accepted calls. After about a month I went in and demanded my laptop back. It was sitting on a shelf in pieces with no information or work order. The owner had to come into the shop and my laptop had to be put back together before they would return it. The owner said that the new arrival date for the part was a few days out and he would call and do the work for free if I wanted. Took the laptop to a different repair service and they found several cracks in the hinge and where the screen was removed and broken. Never head back about the free repair and ended up having to replace the entire thing because of them.

Love the fact you can pick up packages from online within a day or so instead of waiting 2 to 6 weeks. Thank you.

It took about a week altogether to get everything done, which is longer than I would have liked. HOWEVER I am very happy with the job that was done and the overall experience here. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

It said they were open and wasnt so theyre 10 minutes nobody coming open the door and it was on a Friday and it said they closed at 5:00 and we was there at 3:30

Also a wish distributor. Unreliable and my item went back with a restocking fee because he didnt keep his word

Putting this simply, I know by far enough to repair my own computer in any capacity. I am just to lazy to do it. With that said I found Area PC Pro to be full of both knowledgeable staff but also professionalism too!!! The prices are the best around and this experience makes me feel like I will be a customer for a long time, very very pleased!!! best of the best.

Dropped off laptop July 24 to replace fan, did not hear from them for a week. I called the business and apparently they wrote my phone # incorrectly. Im told it should also have the hard drive replaced. I ok the repair, pay in advance, not cheap at all. It is now August 25 and the business is closed and i still dont have the LT. I was told on once that it would be complete around the 15 of August, then I was told should be August 24. Quickly losing confidence in this business, and have trouble believing the reviews !

Do not mess, with these people they our crooks . Bad customer service all the way around the board. There our plenty of good computer repair shops out there.please stay away from this one.i am filing a civil suit for damage to my computer as I speak .
