From out of town, at a baseball tournament. I had a broker web on a catchers mitt. I walked in at 8am, They fixed the glove in less than 20 minutes. As a small business owner myself, I appreciate local businesses and great customer service. They knocked it out of the park.

They had everything I needed for my sons youth football program, and what they didnt have, the owner found in the catalog and placed the order for me. Very good pricing also!

Apparently they messed up some orders. Instead of replacing the items, they gave my number to a stranger for her to contact me to have us switch our orders. Instead of them fixing their mistake, they put it on their customers to do it for them! How unprofessional!

We purchashed a letterman jacket for our son for Christmas. He was super excited when he opened it up Christmas morning. Unfortunately there was an ink spot on his new white leather. We took it back to Kratz and they did everything to make it right. We picked the jacket up today and although not perfect Kratz took care of us. Very satisfied, we even purchased a couple of school face masks and a stadium seat. Very satisfied, highly recommend work with Kratz.

I have been working with this group since February trying to get a hoodie. It was on backorder then covid hit. I get it kids goo back in August its still not there. Last contact was Nov 5 . Its November 16 and nothing should have stayed Local

Love this place and the workers. Me and my family have been using them for years. Im now 32 and was in every sport, and they used Kratz. Now my 8yr old son and 4yr old daughter are now customers?
