I was having custom made shirts and hat for a surprise pregnancy announcement for my family. It took longer than expected (I told her I needed it in 2weeks, she didn’t have it done until the 3rd week) and wasn’t done before I had to go out of town for the surprise. I was originally quoted a price over the phone but it doubled when she was finished with it. Quality wasn’t great. I called and sent txts but never received a reason as to why my items were delayed just that they were ready.
