I scheduled an appointment about 6 weeks in advance for them to come to my house & add some outlets. They said they would come first thing in the morning. I call promptly at 8 a.m to get an estimated time. Woman was completely confused and had to call me back. Never called back. I called a couple hours later & was told she’d be there in the afternoon. By 2pm still no show so I called back and person apologized & said she’d be late & could still come at 5pm & stay till 7pm. They overbooked. I was patient & understanding and just rescheduled for the following week when it would be better for everyone. So today, they said they’d be here in the morning. No show. I called the office again & the woman who answered said she must’ve dropped the ball and didn’t put me on the schedule.

I called about One problem,they fixed two...They were fast and friendly.The price was good! No complaints!

David was great, he was able to get my power back up for a fair price and didnt spend an hour and half giving me a BS quote. I lost power to most of my house and had no heat due to this. I had originally called Tom Drexler for a quote, they wanted to charge over $2000 just to get my power back and it could take a couple of days. David took 1 minute to say what the issue was and had everything working that day. Charged way less and didnt try to upsell/scam me for stuff I didnt need.

I called in May to get an estimate and have lights installed in my home. I was told someone would call me in 2 days. I never received a call. I called back a week later and an appointment was set for June 1 at 10am. No show and no call. When I called them again they waited me to wait until the afternoon, so another day wasted. I canceled because two weeks of my time was wasted when I could have someone who kept their word. Poor business

J Spear Electric exceeded our expectations. We had a previous electric company quote us an obscene amount (for a diagnostic that was NOT accurate) . I called J Spear Electric late evening on a Friday. They came right out, diagnosed the problem( for thousands less that what we were previously quoted). J Spear was very responsive and answered immediately when I called. They were on time, very friendly, and professional. The electrician was able to resolve our issues quickly without charging us an arm and a leg.

Called and got a quote before purchasing a home. Called back after said house purchase two weeks later and scheduled an electrician to come out. I reminded them of the quote and the work that needed to be done. They had to book it 2 weeks in advance. The Day the electrician is supposed to come, no call no show. Call their office and the person who picks up the phone, who I spoke to both previous phone calls, admits they couldn’t remember what the details were for my appointment so they just didn’t call me or let me know. Now I’m two weeks behind and have to find a reliable electrician.

I called and was able to set up an appointment quickly (within a few days); they showed up promptly, heard my needs and concerns, and did a great job in about an hour (changing ceiling fans, light fixtures, and switches). They replaced my bedroom light with a fan light while I was at work and even called to make sure it was okay for my cat to go outside when they left. I expected to come home to some residual mess but it was like they had never even stopped by. The room was clean of dust and debris and the light looked great! They left a reasonable invoice on the counter and it was easy to call and pay the next day when I had time. I will be calling them again in the future.

Jill and her team were awesome. I have a 100 year old house and lost power a couple days after Christmas. They were they only team that I was able to get in contact with and they arrived the same day. I was sure it would be a massive undertaking given the symptoms, but she was able to find the issue and had it resolved within an hour. I was expecting to spend thousands, ended up spending $100. I wouldnt hesitate to call on her services again. A+ service.

Jill Spears electric solved problems with expertise and efficiency that other contractors avoided. It will be a sad day when they retire. If you can book them for your complex jobs....you should its worth the wait. Their work is text book perfect.

Emergency call due to storm knocking out my main power box. Called, and roughly an hour later, I had power again. Turns out my last electrician screwed up, but she caught the mistake quickly. She showed me the fault, explained it, and then fixed it. Emergency or not, I will be calling first for my next electrical need.

I scheduled an appt for an estimate to have electric dropped in to a bathroom addition. The electrician came out, looked it over and said he would get me the estimate soon. I never heard back from them. Called once to see what was going in. The lady on the phone said she would check into it and get back to me. Nothing. Still havent heard anything back from them. Its been about a month now. Obviously, i called someone else to get it taken care of.

I contacted Jill Spear electric due to overwhelming good reviews on Google. I scheduled a time for them to come give me a quote, took the day off of work and everything. No one ever showed up or even called me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called and left a message to see if they needed to reschedule but they didnt bother returning the call.

When my power went out, and I needed a repair, Jill Spear was there. I called them for an estimate on my second day without power. When I got home, the simple repair was already complete.
