Doug is awesome at customer service! Easy and professional demeanor, the whole process was NOT what I envisioned. Better than what I thought! I REALLY liked the opened and transparency with repairs. I had an old school PS3 that needed a new drive. Paid the price quoted and didnt get hit with the whole, well, yeah, kinda sorta new nerd speak.... gimme more money to fix it!!
