Service was amazing. Staff were very knowledgeable in helping me pick out what was best for my project. Timeliness and turnaround was also great. Pricing seemed a little high but I did get a lot of oversized pieces so for what it was I think it was fair. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is immaculate. Definitely go hear for all your printing and framing needs.

They completely jumped through hoops to make two last second PCS gifts that I needed in a few hours. Despite the obvious limitations, the staff helped us put together a great product and we were able to pick it up a few hours later. Saved the day!

We have used them for the last few years, mainly because we usually find ourselves in a pinch needing shirts screen printed, and didnt have time to look for someone else. In the five years weve used them, they have never failed to add drama to getting the order done correctly, in a timely manner, without any confusion. Our logo is simply a lettered name on the left breast, so its not complicated. They offer a catalog of shirts to purchase from, and when I order a tall shirt, they tell me its no problem, but I have never get the tall size, and have to go back and get a refund, where Im told they cannot get them. This year, we supplied our own shirts to speed the process. They quoted 1.50 per shirt screen printing, but wouldnt honor the quote when the order was made. All of the shirts that had pockets, had the logo placed on the right breast. This was the last order we will make from D & D. I would not refer anyone to them.Dont get me wrong, I dont dislike the folks there. They are very nice and really come across as competent people. But some where within that shop lurks incompetence, and has for the time weve mistakenly used them.

Kate is wonderful to work with. I have worked with her on and off throughout the years for events such as Best of Clarksville. She has always been prompt, creative, and has offered helpful advice on promotional products. This year, I put in an order for 500 popsockets for Best of Clarksville. Unfortunately, the 3rd party vendor made a mistake on the shipping and Kate notified me that the popsockets would not be here on time for the event. Although we were not dealt the best cards, Kate did everything she could to ensure we did not show up to the event empty handed. She overnight-shipped 500 similar products for me with the company logo on them, which everyone at the event seemed to love. Kate was calm, collected, and professional throughout the whole process. She did not hesitate in finding a solution. I know that Kate truly cares about her clients. It is not what you do when things go right, it is what you do when things go wrong! I will be using her for years to come! Highly recommend!

Terrible company. They did the parks and rec shirts this past year and it was a nightmare. My team wanted pink shirts and they said we couldnt get them because they didnt have them. Seriously? Also the fonts on our shirts and hats where different and the colors didnt match up either. Oh yeah and they where REALLY LATE in giving the parents shirts. Dont go to them ever.

For a place that carries so much military stuff, D&D has some very inconvenient open hours. News flash: we work 60+ hrs a week.
