I brought in my Xbox One X and I tried to pawn it with the original controller that it was sold with and they basically declined me because my controller wasn’t to their liking and I tried to explain to them that this is how I bought it from a CASH AMERICA and that it been there before they didn’t even try to look it up to see that I bought it like that… long story short, Les and the store manager made things better the next day.. I go here cause it’s closer to my home but for now on I will deal with the manager only

Normally they tend to have competitive prices for panning and selling, but i recently went to sell a item I normally pawn, was told ill receive the same amount I normally get but had to come back the next day. when I came back the best they would give me is less then half the promised price and refused to get anyone else to look at it and said it was the reduced price or nothing. so watch out for those employees who only care about screwing you over.

Great friendly service with fair prices

Absolutely the worst pawn shop ever! Immediately felt judged. I explained my dad had a stroke and I have to go home immediately and I brang in quite a bit of items and you could tell she thought I stole these items because of my appearance. I dont think it ever crossed her mind that people like me that live check to check cant buy nice clothes or have money. Let me tell you something, avoid this place if you can help it go somewhere else. The only thing these people are worthless!

Excellent service from a great group of people

Go to easy pawn it’s way better. Went here to sell tools in great quality, they told me to bring them in expressing interest. When she looked it up it was way more than what they expected so the manager decided it was to much and instead of respectfully declining to buy, they offered $5 on one and $40 on the other, even the employee seem disappointed with the decision, it’s one thing to not want my items but its way worse trying to steal my tools with the a sever lowball, it’s just disrespectful.Facebook marketplace and bad business practices will eventually see this place close.

This is one of those pawn shops that will sell you faulty, stolen, or defective goods at a markup and offer no refunds. Be careful and do MUCH research on what you buy from here.

Brought a ring with over a carat marquee diamond in to pawn and they lost my diamond than tried telling me it was never there. Asked to look at security footage and they said it wouldnt show that small of a diamond. Asked to see it anyways and they left to take care of other customers and never showed me. Cheap ass pawn shop. Dont bring anything of value there. If I could rate zero stars thats what Id rate them

Great! And the woman who helped me was as nice as she was beautiful so it only helped the experience. Also love that they do charity drives too.

This pawn shop sucks dont know nothing about games! they have gone down hill bring the other people back! they are dumber the a box of rocks and will rip you off big time!

Went to make my payment on my tv girl said its due on 26 but my original contract said 27 asked her about it 2 times and told me 26. So I got upset .I showed her my contract and then she finally. Said I was right. That is why my last pawn was taken and sold.
