Every single person who works there is extremely polite and helpful. The store is super clean and organized. The bakery is fabulous and the people who do the baking are so accommodating. Love them.12 out of 10 stars.

Cleaner, friendlier and this store seems to have better selections of products than the other Publix. Plenty of associates refilling the aisle and very helpful. The fella that calls himself “Lord” in the seafood section is an unique associate.

We love the deli fried chicken and fresh sushi. I shop here several times a week at lunch for the healthy choices offered. It doesnt matter what time of day / night that Ive been into this store; the choices, quality, and neatness are always on point. Ill drive across town when Im not working to shop this location. The employees are very welcoming and helpful in a genuine manner.

Produce is always FRESH! I WILL NOT shop anywhere else for fruit! A lot of people say its too pricey but hey you get what you pay for and I say Publix is the best thing ever for groceries! The quality is great!

Good, clean facility and friendly staff but every time I get meat sliced at this locations deli, I am disappointed when I get home and make a sandwich.I always ask for thin cut, and they show you the thickness to get your approval, but for whatever reason it is way thicker than expected once I finally open it up to eat it. Employees must get lazy and put it on the thicker setting so they dont have to slice as much.The meat was practically a dinner cut when I opened it - so thick I dont even want to eat the $20 worth of product I bought. This is the third or fourth time Ive had this issue the handful of times Ive been to this facility. Normally I go to the Exit 11 location, and this is why.

Me and my procrastinating self had a last minute idea to bring a birthday luncheon to my honey and his work crew today. This lovely lady named Gale and the Deli/bakery departments were extremely helpful, kind and efficient. Their customer service is on point! This Publix crew came through and got my deli tray ready and personalized cake in record time. Thanks so much for saving the day and making me look good as well! I will try my best to give them more notice in the future as I will definitely be shopping with them again!

I enjoyed shopping at Publix on Madison St., the Customer Service was great, I have never been given misguided product location, information. Every employee on the floor always appear to be well informed, and courteous. Some items are more pricey than competitors but most times good friendly approach and good customer service is worth it and trumps a few pennies.

Ever since Publix came to Clarksville its one of the only places I shop at. The customer service is top notch and always very friendly. The aisles are large and opened-spaced, and the entire store is extremely clean. Im always very satisfied with my trips to Publix.

Publix is actually my safer cut through from Mapco to Memorial drive in line with a road behind Publix as the exit onto Hayes street over to Memorial Drive has limited sight access onto Memorial due to the trees on the Memorial Drive side of Publix blocking ones view to safely enter Memorial Drive from Hayes Street.

Best grocery store to shop at. I am an instacart shopper and I love getting batches at this store!! All the staff are friendly! It is super easy to get help to find something. The store is super clean and organize, and they always have what I need in Stock.VERY opposite to kroger. They put them to shame! Love shopping here.

I would have given 5 stars however the fresh watermelon was not good and they were out of my favorite lemon pepper wings and mardi gras wings again in the deli

When I dont want to deal with the ugliness of Walmart and the crowdedness of Kroger I like to come to publix. It is always super clean well stocked and wide open aisles. The prices however are usually limiting for me if Im doing a large grocery list. The quality is up there but sometimes out of my budget. Never a bad experience going here. Staff is always super friendly as well. Very family-friendly so if you dont want to expose your kids to the people of Walmart think about Publix :-)

Good customer service and usually good product. Its nice to have a store train their staff well. However, Ive had to pair down my rating from 5 to 3 stars due to the bakery and their particularly poor logistical planning and dismissive attitude of at least one of their main bakers. That being said, they also make some of the best sourdough bread Ive ever had. Additionally, their produce really seems to have gone downhill over the past few months, finding mold on their vegetables and open containers of spinach and other produce.

I love Publix. Today I went in to get a few things. I stop by the deli to get sliced turkey for the kiddos, well seen they had jerk turkey so got some of that also. Then Mr. Robert who is slicing my meat said have you had our horse radishe cheese I said no thank you I dont need cheese. Mr Robert said would you like to try it? I said sure but I dont need cheese. Well holy cow let me tell you that was some awesome cheese. And yes I bought it lol. Well played Mr. Robert well played.

In Clarksville because my mother had a stroke. Frequent Publix shopper and accustomed to a certain level of customer service. This Publix most certainly needs a refresher course on what makes Publix a special place to shop. Went to the deli, two folks behind the counter, slicing meat, doing their thing. Both looked at me, neither of them acknowledged my presence.They both looked around like they were looking for someone. Again however neither one of them said “May I help you” or someone will be right with you. You know, common courtesy! To top that off, both had their freaking mask below their nose!! Needless to say, I just walked away and chuckled at their serious lack of decorum. Yeah, won’t be coming back to this location.

So disappointed, went to Publix thinking they were going to be better than Kroger when it comes to keeping people safe and enforcing the mask mandate, not so. Found that more employees were wearing masks below their noses and more customers without masks than Kroger. I didn’t even finish my grocery shopping, why should I pay more for lesser subpar conditions? I can go to Kroger for the same thing, but pay MUCH LESS for it.

Publix is one of the best places to shop. Why? Firstly, the friendly air is awesome because the employees are friendly. This makes my shopping experience enjoyable. Also the employees always seem happy to assist you if you are looking for something in particular. You cant go to Walmart and get that kind of energy at all. Two, its never overwhelmingly crowed and I can shop without resistance in the isles. Thirdly they have great produce and great produce is important to me. Who wants sad veggies and fruit. If you want a stress-free environment and great quality, publix is the place!

Prices are high, but worth the quality and service. Always clean. Great staff! Great weekly deals. Hands down...No Competition.
