Still waiting...Its been nearly a year since I placed my order. At the time it was labeled as in stock. Since I placed my order I have called and emailed several times and keep getting told that my order is coming soon or is next in line to be fulfilled. Now nearly a year later Im fed up and requested to cancel my order and receive a full refund. Their response was that they do not issue refunds and that my current lead time was 2-3 months. I have ordered other uppers from better manufacturers and received them within a week of ordering. After doing a little digging and reading their Google reviews and BBB reviews I found that this is a common business practice for them. I encourage you to read the reviews for yourself. Very shady business practices. I do not say this lightly as I am current Active Duty Military and a small business owner myself in this industry. I wanted to support Veteran Owned companies but not if they operate like this. Look elsewhere.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE... CROOKED !!! Doesnt even begin to describe their business practices. NO VETERAN I KNOW WOULD DO BUSINESS LIKE THIS...I purchased a firearm (RD-45) online Jan 2021 from Tactical-Edge Arms who is directly related to The Tactical Edge. I have sent them an e-mail every few weeks checking on the status of my order #3902. I have received one excuse after another but have not received my purchase. For the last month I have attempted to contact them by e-mail and by phone but have not received a response.I wanted to give no stars but the system forced me to give (1) star. I would have given negative stars if I could have.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST STAY AWAY!!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN AND NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE -5 STARS!I ordered the TR-1 rifle and a Eotech hhs and magnifier August 2020 I FINALLY received the rifle late July of 2021 but never received a email stating it was sent out. Now it is November 6 so over 14 MONTHS later and I STILL HAVENT received my optic and magnifier. This is no verterán owned company because communication is key in the military and their communication is THE WORST if I hadn’t emailed them about my missing items I’m sure I would have never heard from them again after they took my $3k.

Just go through the other reviews and read the responses from the owner. That alone should tell you all you need to know about this shop. Customer service is terrible, prices are way overpriced, and they have no problem lying or insulting you. I BEG people not to go here.

Its a small store with very few firearms to browse and the retail floor was fair. Customer service was meh one guy was helpful but the other seemed annoyed. Overall, it was meh and prices are on the high side.

I ordered an upper receiver from this company in August of 2020. It is now August of 2021 and I still have not received the product that I was charged for. I have emailed them multiple times to receive nothing but excuses and no real true answer as to an update on my order. I feel robbed and scammed. Do not do business with this company. It will only lead to head aches.

A friend of mine bought a knife there. Less than an hour later realized the knife he bought didn’t go with the box. He had been charged $130 for a $70 Chinese made knife. He took it back and explained the issue. He was charged a $20 restocking fee to get his refund. It was the sales clerk’s mistake and no packaging was damaged. That is poor customer service. Plenty of other shops to choose from. No need to support a business that penalized customers for the sales clerk’s error.

Stay away from this place!! Below is their review (verbatim) from the Tennessee Better Business Bureau. Ive been waiting on a refund for 5 months! And this is exactly what is happening to me.This company has a pattern of complaint alleging refund and exchange issues. Specifically, consumers place orders they do not receive, and they cannot get a refund. Consumers report attempting to contact the company multiple times over as many as 18 months and they do not receive a resolution. Consumers report the desired outcome to receive the item ordered or a refund and the business is not providing either. On January 15, 2021 BBB contacted the business by email for their voluntary cooperation in addressing this Pattern of Complaint. At this time, we have not received any response from the business. This aspect of the Business Profile will be updated once additional information becomes available

Please readMy overall experience with Tactical Edge (specifically online) I would say is a 3.5. I love my pistol, however, the customer service experience was rocky. Again, this is my experience online. Ive never been to the store in person.1) Their lead times.I ordered my pistol at the beginning stages of the pandemic and received it in about 5 weeks. Really not bad on timing, however, I was told that I would come in 2-3 weeks. Im in South Carolina so I figured that makes sense. Pretty minor but please dont give lead times if youre not sure about them.2) Not sending a tracking numberI never received an email about the tracking number or the date it was shipped. I had to contact their customer service desk to get the number and thank goodness I did. The US Postal Service sucks in my area and there were issues with getting it delivered to the LLC. Had I not called and asked for the tracking number or waited for them to send it; USPS would have sent it back to TN3) Not receiving a grip.I ordered a Heathen 12.5 and assumed that it would come with the grip since its shown in the picture and since its in the description box.*back story* I called to place the order and the rep said they were out of the original Heathen rails but can use a different one. He said the only difference would be the rail so I didnt have a problem with it. I received the pistol and theres no grip. I called the customer service number and was told that this is what I ordered even though I was told specifically that nothing else would change. Pretty minor but slightly annoying.4) Lastly, never got a military discount. Only a $100 off but money is money.Overall, I love the pistol but not a fan of the customer service. I was probably an annoying customer but I think trying to track down a $2,000 pistol during a pandemic is kind of important. Will and Bob are relatively good at responding to emails. Id recommend ordering when they have a big sale and TRACK YOUR ORDER. Ive reached out to prior online customers and some (not most) didnt receive their order

The worst service ever. Ordered my weapon in April 2020 and as of today April 2021 have not received anything from them. Called multiple times, sent countless emails, they’re number has changed and “due to COVID” you can only reach them via email which they don’t respond to.Purchased my weapon through one of their programs “Deployment Weapons” whereby we had to order prior to returning from deployment. Smart on their part because due to the timeframe when you return you can’t dispute the charges because it’s past the dispute period. They had excuse after excuse every time we called and now it’s been a whole year. I’ve now decided to go the legal route and I’ll go the length to get my money back and make sure other veterans aren’t taken advantage of the way myself a d my unit members have been taken advantage of.

Had this place put in sights for my pistol, took a while to get done and once received, I noticed the sights were not aligned on my firearm. Took it to the range, which confirmed the misaligned sights. Attempted to correct it myself and discovered it was lock tight to the slide. I asked if they would correct it and they told me I could do it myself, took it to another gunsmith and they confirmed my belief. It was, Indeed, lock righted to my slide. I would not recommend this place based off my experience.

Bought my first AR type rifle here yesterday and the crew did a great job explaining to me the ins and out that I’d yet to come familiar with. The process was quick and relatively easy, and unlike most Nashville based retailers right now, they are not trying to gorge their customers with 200% price increases.Left with a fully kitted AR-15 Warfighter Grunt, which performed amazing at the range yesterday and is now the envy of all my arms loving friends.Will def buy from here again

These people took $450 from me for a Glock frame that was advertised as in stock. They didn’t ship for several weeks so I contacted them by phone and they told me that they had no Glock frames on hand so I would have to wait until they get some more hand I told him that I wanted a refund and they just ignored me. I have been waiting since August 2020 And I am going to file a charge back and report these people .

Just got off the phone with them in reference to a weapon I was getting cerakoted and the man named Tyler took my gun 1 month ago and he told me it was going to be done approximately 1 or 2 weeks. 2 weeks has passed and I called just for a check up and was told they were having issues with their FFL but my gun is done. I said that is perfectly fine ill pick it up at a later date. 3 days pass and I was told it is still at the place getting cerakoted and about to get heat treated. I was a bit confused because of them saying it was done prior, but said this is fine as well. 1 month passes and I speak with Tyler and he says that my firearm has not been sent out and it is sitting in front of him and in addition he wrote the paper work up and has accepted custody and responsibility for the firearm. With this said he proceeds to say the following yeah my coworkers are lazy and dont do their damn job, they should have been keeping track of it.I just find it very unprofessional to blame coworkers and in addition from my 12 years of logistical background one you sign custody over for an item I am almost certain that is you accepting FULL responsibility as to what happens to the item transfered over.I decided to go head and tell them to not send it out because I no longer trust them with their very unprofessional behavior and business transactions. I tell them I would like to pick my item upUpon arrival the manager tells me oh the firearm is actually done and it is here.me being very confused tell him the whole story listed above and simply apologized and I was okay with that. But I felt the issue with Tyler and him being so unprofessional needed to be addressed. As I told him Tyler denied the enter conversation until I stated I had a whole car full of family members that would say otherwise. At this point he decided to comfort and apologize about the issue.With all said the cerakoted firearm was not great scuffs and part requested were not done properly in addition they seemed like they knew it was bad and gave me a very heavy impression that they are aware the company that does their cerakote is not at all a great company. I would go as far to say that most definitely the manager seemed disappointed in the work as well. At this point for the poorly done job I received 50 off aproximatley 250 dollars off fora bad cerakoted firearm and horrible customer service.

Unfortunately I didn’t catch his name. I was recommended to Tactical Edge by a friend while I was building an AR, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience there! I needed to order a lower for a decent price and had one in mind already when I went in to the shop, but after exploring all my options Bobby told me, “let me do you one better” and started gathering parts from all over the shop. He built me a lower right there on the spot out of their own brand plus Bravo Company parts, all for close to the same price I would’ve otherwise payed for the much inferior product I’d had in mind. All the staff was extremely knowledgeable about their trade and very helpful. I will definitely be returning in the future for parts or even just good advice!

Terrible customer service, I purchased a firearm in July of 2019 on their online store, spoke to the online Rep before purchasing and was told that it was available and it would only take a few weeks for me to receive it. Long story short, I never received the firearm and the order was cancelled in mid-September and I’ve yet to receive my REFUND. After going back and forth about receiving my refund, they instructed to call my bank, which I did. Come to find out, the card I used to purchase the firearm in July expired that very same month, so, my card information they had on file had already expired. Up to this point, I am yet to receive my refund. I’ve called and sent e-mails and have not received any sort of response. I e-mailed Jonathan, the online sales rep, my new banking information and explained the reason why I haven’t received my refund, and CRICKETS, no response or anything from them. Hoping the towner or someone who cares about their reputation sees this, my order number was 2884.

Placed an order for eotech optic. Didn’t not say the item was back order or that they don’t even keep stock. Order was placed in June almost 6 months later I got one locally but after asking to cancel my order and refund me since they no projected date of getting this item they have since stop returning my emails. I ordered 3 Mags and a sling attachment online and was told shipping would take longer than expected. My order was placed July 16th 2020, its now November 18th and nothing.Ive contacted them several times and get no reply. They may be a fine shop in person, but their online service is horrible.Ill never purchase from them again and strongly discourage any online purchases.

Ordered a lower from them on July 3, 2020. The site is misleading, no where on the page I ordered my lower from did it say back order or any mention of lead times or that this is custom lower . This is not my first lower purchase so i understand there is always a little delay. I sent an email around the end of July and on AUG 3 i received an email from their customer service rep stating Ill have one out to you this week. On AUG 18 I sent another email asking if it was sent out because i hadnt received a shipping notification, i received a response same day stating Let me see why they didnt send it, implying it should have been sent out already. on AUG 19 i sent an email asking for an update to see what happened got an automatic response that he was out of office and will reply as soon as possible. On AUG 28 i sent another email asking for a update, i got a response same day stating Should have tracking next week.... of course this did not happen and on September 8 i asked for a refund politely because by this point i have been told multiple times that it either should have been sent out or its being sent out which was totally not the case..... they refused to give me refund. today i received a tracking number after a lot of back and forth that ill attach.

I happened to see this store while driving to dinner. I was promptly greeted upon entering and felt rather welcoming. I happened to find some rare morale patches during my visit. I must say, the staff seems very courteous & knowledgeable in their merchandise. I presented a question and received a well educated answer with much more info to follow. I just filed this exact information with the Better Business Bureau so please respond to this complaint otherwise I will continue to file complaints. (The complaint is on behalf of my husband, Henry Sanchez)I requested a refund for a product I never received over 3 months ago and have heard nothing and have not gotten my refund yet. On 5/31/2020 I placed an order for a Haley Strategic Multipack Flatpack (Order #: 2728). The next day, 6/1/2020 I went into the stores physical location asking if I would be able to pick up the product in person rather than wait for shipping and they told me that item was not currently in stock (it didnt show that on the website when I placed my order). So, that same day (6/1/2020) I emailed the orders department requesting to cancel my order I had made the day before (in the store they told me I had to request the cancellation via email, I couldnt do it in the store). I heard nothing from them until 7/2/2020 when Will from Tactical Edge emailed me saying Hey Henry I just got some Haley flat packs in black I wanted to give you first try to grab one to substitute for your multicam order. I responded that same day 7/2/2020 saying No, just a refund I was able to find a mc thank you though. then Will emailed me back 1 week later on 7/9/2020 asking What is your order number? at 11:20am And I responded that same day (1 minute later, at 11:21am) with my order number (#2728). I heard nothing from them after 7/9/2020 after I gave them my order number for the refund. I decided to follow up on 9/8/2020 and I sent an email telling them I still had not gotten my refund (email sent 9/8/2020 at 12:50pm). Since 9/8/2020 I have gotten zero response from anyone at Tactical Edge. Today is 10/12/2020, so it has been over 30 days since I emailed them asking for my refund the most recent time. All I want is a simple and immediate refund of my $163.30 immediately back to the card I paid with (Visa).Your Desired Resolution:I would like a refund in full ($163.30) ASAP as I never received the product I ordered and requested a refund over 3 months ago.

Do not place any online orders through this company. It has been over 6 months and they cannot offer an estimated wait time still. Although they sure can take your money and charge you a 15% restocking fee on items they do not even have in stock.

Ive waited over 10 weeks for my lower receiver. Each time i called they would not give me a definite answer on what was taking so long. I gave them the benefit of the doubt due to the covid situation. But after waiting so long I asked for a refund, Its been a week and Ive been calling to see if I can get an update on my refund with no answer. Ive called multiple times left voicemails and no response. Never purchasing from them again.

I had been looking for a certain pistol for some time. I found one in Old Hickory, TN. They were asking above retail price. So I stopped in at The Tactical Edge in Clarksville since they were a CZ dealer. Brandy greeted me when I came in and asked if she could help me. They did not have the pistol in stock, but she made a phone call and located the pistol for me for $160.00 less. I had the pistol two days later. Brandy and the guys were great. I went in looking for a bolt action and scope, they had a good selection and Matt was very helpful. You can tell he does research and is knowledgeable about what they carry. If you have a question they don’t know they will find it out for you. Customer service was excellent and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Prices for the new guns were definitely competitive and the used guns were really good deals. When I settled on what I wanted the paperwork and stuff was quicker than other places and I was out the door in no time. Overall great experience and I will return and send in business.

I have been inside, and on the phone with these people and I have to say they are THE rudest firearm store I have EVER dealt with. Ive givin them multiple chances being nothing but nice to them and they always come back with snarky remarks and give no advice or help.They seem to turn people away who have serious questions and only deal with people who already know what they are doing. Great store to shop at. Has a great selection of Magpul products. The associates are knowledgeable and explain things to you when you dont understand. What sets this store apart from the others for me is that the associates give knowledgeable recommendations when asked. Im new to the gun scene and didnt know what the best optic would be for my new AR. I asked at a different store and they told me they are all about the same. I asked at The Tactical Edge and an associate gave me a full run down on the different kind of optics I could run and how each of them worked. The associate also recommended what he thought would be the best for me in my application. Staff is very friendly and I feel that I can get away from the country feel of other shops that feel more targeted towards hunting rifles.

Good store location, great level of inventory and great quality gear in display and available for purchase....BUT.Customer service is literally terrible. Its a small store, and I was there more than 25 minutes before I was acknowledged by the staff. There was also only two other customers in the store at the same time as I was. Theres another store a mile away with less inventory, admittedly, but at least ALL THREE employees actively sought me to out to see if I needed anything.

It sounds like folks that visit the store tend to have a relatively good experience, but if you order online, dont expect to. I ordered an RD9 on Black Friday and have still not received it. I saw where Tactical Edge posted on their Instagram about two weeks ago that their current lead time on RDs is 4-6 weeks, knowing that they have orders that are now 9+ weeks old that have not been fulfilled. Judging by the comments on that post, other folks are having an experience similar to mine. Integrity matters, and blatantly lying to customers about lead times is wrong. I get it that lead times can change, but tactical edge is telling customers the lead times are 4-6 weeks when they have outstanding orders that are much older than that. Its a disappointing experience, because they have multiple other items that I would like to order. Right now Im out nearly $1,700 with no idea when or if Im actually going to get the RD9, and thats a big deterrent to making any further purchases.

Update: Its June and I never received my RD9 from an order placed on 12/1/19. These guys are liars, and do not possess a shred of integrity.After challenging them on misleading customers about lead times on social media, I was blocked from their instagram account. They were emailed from my wifes account on April 25 and were asked what the current lead time was on an RD9, and Bobby (CEO) responded that it was 4 weeks. He and Will (co-owner) will both tell you a lie to keep that cash coming in. They will try to explain it away, but how do you explain telling prospective customers that the lead time is 4 weeks, knowing that you have orders 6 months old for the same product that you havent filled? The reason these guys arent overrun with awful reviews is because folks are afraid of being sent a messed up gun, but there are dozens if not hundreds of people who have had a similar experience to mine. Save yourself the hassle, and dont waste your hard earned money on these guys. There are good, moral people in the 2A community, that offer products just as good or better than these guys offer. If youre reading this, and having a similar experience, dispute the charge with your cc company.Original review:Below is my experience with Tactical Edge. Draw your own conclusions:12/1 - I placed an order for an RD9 as part of the Black Friday sale and used a coupon.12/2 - I received an email from Chelsea at Tactical Edge and was told I could not combine a coupon with the Black Friday sale and was asked to authorize an additional charge on my card. I told her I was not interesting in purchasing the RD9 for an additional cost and asked her to please cancel my order.12/3 - I received a follow-up from Chelsea that she had given my order to Bobby and he was going to cancel my order.12/3 - I received a second follow-up from Chelsea that she had great news and Bobby was going to push my order through, which I thought was awesome! I emailed her back and asked her to please let Bobby know that I really appreciated it (I sent him a personal thank you email on 12/19 as well). I also asked her what the lead times were.12/6 - Chelsea emailed me saying she would check into lead times and let me know.12/19 - I emailed Chelsea again for a lead time estimate after I didnt hear back.12/20 - Got an email from Will at Tactical Edge that my order would likely ship in the new year. After this batch goes out the door you have 8 people in front of you and we do batches of 15 at a time. I told him I appreciated the update and the hard work they were doing to get caught up.1/18 - Tactical Edge responded to another customer on Instagram that their current RD lead times are 4-6 weeks. I asked them if that meant my order from 7 weeks prior would be shipping soon and was told we ship RDs every day.1/21 - Asked Will for an update since a month prior it sounded like mine was in the next batch, but I hadnt seen any movement. I received no response.1/28 - Emailed Will and Chelsea for an update. Will responded that night and asked if he could give me a shout the next day.1/30 - Followed up with Will since I didnt hear anything the day before, and he said they got hit with an ATF inspection and assured me he wasnt giving me the runaround. I told him I completely understood and appreciated the update.2/4 - I emailed Will to let him know I was starting to get frustrated with not getting an answer on lead times after 2 weeks.2/5 - Will emailed me back apologizing for the delay and said they were just waiting on barrels (It was strange to me they didnt have barrels for 9 week old orders, yet were telling potential new customers the lead time was 4-6 weeks, but I let it go). I asked for the new anticipated lead time and was told that barrels should be getting to them by the end of the next week.2/20 - I emailed Will and asked if my order would be shipping anytime soon.2/24 - Received an email from Will that they got a handful of barrels and are working the orders as fast as possible.

I drove 7 hours to see the guys at tactical edge and to purchase a g19 warfighter. I was greeted by Joel who was an amazing help and very knowledgeable, we talked for over an hour and I was very impressed with how customer friendly these guys are! It was well worth the drive to meet a good group of veterans.

Online customer service is nearly non existent. If you frustrate them (meaning Bobby) he simply stops responding. Not what I was expecting from a fellow veteran. At this point, I only have 2 choices.....hope that someday they ship and deliver the $1,700.00 fire arm that I purchased from them, or seek legal action. I expected much more from this outfit. Bobby, you know how to get a hold of me. Would love to know the status of my order.

I can’t speak on the physical store, but their online presence constantly posts and fills multiple pages of one dollar ($1) fire arms on armslist. I’d recommend actually putting the price of the firearm so it wouldn’t be spam because currently as it stands, it’s misleading, using up space, and wasting people’s time scrolling through $1 listings that cost around retail.

Great staff, very friendly and as knowledgeable as youd expect a gun store to be. Some ok prices, some great prices. I did see a few brand new guns at other places for a great deal cheaper but they had some awesome prices on a few Glocks, a carbine, and some used guns.

The Glock frame that they customize is wicked awesome. Only reason for 1 Star is that their customer service and communication absolutely miserable. This rating is for their online store only. Ordered their custom Glock 19 Warfighter frame almost 7 weeks ago. After I was told 2-3 weeks on the frame. On top of that. Good luck trying to contact them. If you call the number and select the automated option for “online store” it takes you to the retail store and they say they cant help you. If you contact them via email.. they dont answer unless you are visibly irritated with them. As I emailed them politely 5 or 6 times for an update on my frame with no answers. And no joke within 10 minutes of me writing a very irritated email to them I get a reply saying “that they havent been getting my emails.” Yeah bs. Basically this rating is strictly for their customer service and communication skills.

This shop is complete trash. Do not take your guns here for gunsmithing of any kind. I gave my scar barrel to these guys to do a simple cut job for my sbr and they botched the hell out of it. Then when i dropped it off for them to confirm the screwed it up they recut the barrel without asking, and almost gave it back to me with the screwed up muzzle break that got destroyed because of their botched job in the first place. Now my planned 12.5 in scar is going to be a 10.5 in. Not to mention a scar barrel costs a $1000, thanks for the fshack tactical edge.

Finally got to shoot my SBR that they built for me...doesnt work...take a closer inspection of all the important pieces...they didnt even put a gas block or tube in it...amateur hour...when i brought it back they didnt even apologize or try to make up for it...pathetic
