Covid has been hard on everyone this year and when my mother ended up in the hospital Apria was able to quickly supply her with oxygen. I appreciate the great service we received.
I recently found out I had sleep apnea and was nervous about having to use a cpap device. The staff at the local branch were very helpful getting me started and made me feel better about the process.
We recently moved to clarksville..My home oxygen machine stopped working..1 phone call and Apria rep was at our house with a new machine in just a few hours..Young lady was very nice and also stocked me up on supplies..Thank You!!
I want to say that the issues I had, were all taken care of with the best of care. New staff has made things more than right and delivered items I needed even though after office hours. Thank you so much
I am a new customer with Apria and am absolutely DISGUSTED with the customer care I have received. I paid for my cpap machine over the phone and confirmed with the rep that I had a new address that I needed it shipped to. She voiced understanding of this but STILL shipped it to my old apartment. Once I realized it had shipped to my old apartment, I cancelled the re-shipment, and I drove 2 hours round trip to pick up my machine. However, Apria did NOT cancel the second shipment and even charged me for a SECOND cpap machine!! Now, here I sit on the phone ... no hold for 2 hours now ... with the reps telling me that the system is down and they are unable to return the $355 to my card. The $ that I did NOT authorize them to debit from my account. THEFT! This is the WORST care I have ever received. (ONLY GIVING 1 STAR BECAUSE ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO GIVE A NEGATIVE RATING) They have lost a customer.
Worst care I have ever seen. I have worked in nursing care for over 40 years. The last 12 in Ambulatory care nursing. On February 22 2021 my son had a sleep study. He was ordered a sleep pap machine. I have called multiple times for the machine and was given multiple excuses. 04 12 2021 He is still without a machine.
I ALWAYS have issues with ordering my supplies. I am told they have an ordering department but am always on hold, NEVER get anyone. I call different hours different days, hours wait, no answer. How can I order supplies if no one answers. Go online to the portal and the supplies are not what I need. I call the local office and no one can help you. This is a major issue!!!!!!!!
They employees are so kind and if I need anything, they are right on it.
Apparently they think its ok to put oxygen concentrators on a porch and not even knock on the door...let alone hook it up for the elderly who live ALONE. I am calling them when they open...I want answers as to why my MIL was treated like this.
If you go into the office someone from Pakistan will call you hours later wanting to verify all the information you already verified at the office. Its a good thing too, because they didnt update anything at the office. If I wanted to talk to some call center then Id got a internet based medical supply company.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible experience!! I had a prescription written and called in for a breast pump in July, initially being told you receive your order in 8-9 business days. After a month of not hearing from them I call, they tell me they didnt have all my insurance information, however they did have my number on file but no one bothered to call me. The woman was very apologetic and escalated my order insuring me it would be resolved quickly. Another month passes and I call today because I have yet to receive my pump and yet again have not heard any thing from Apria. Today I am met with a 20 minute wait time to speak to a rep(thats pretty normal every time I have called) the first rep I got was very rude and interrupted me telling me she could not help me and would transfer me to someone else, so I wait another 10 minutes to finally speak to this rep who barely understands English and we spend about 15 minutes trying to establish the correct spelling of my last name. After all this time she proceeds to tell me my order was escalated, I told her I was aware that had happened over a month ago, and told me she would call me back later she needed to speak to her manager. Really? Worst customer service, I have returned back to work and been waiting on my breast pump, at this point I will just buy one and eat the loss although my insurance company fully covers the cost through one of their producers of course. What a joke. Seeing as how they have not bothered to call me once since I ordered the pump I will be floored if I actually get a call back, not holding my breath and really at this point am done dealing with this horrible company.
Absolutely horrible customer service. The phone agents have no clue what is going on. No ability to understand verbally. How in the world does this company make it. I have not been in the location, but was on pH with agent for 30 mins and still a simple question of we have the handwritten prescription, do we take to facility? Agent provided no answer, no supervisor, no option to call me back until I offered to stay on pH until supervisor. Then there is no estimated or guarantee of call back.
I am on a Nebulizer for COPD and needed a new air hose and filters. I called Apria was told those supplies required a prescription. I had my doctor fax one same day. It been over a week and no supplies. I have not had a breathing treatment in over a week and my breathing is becoming laboured.
I have never, ever dealt with a company as resistant to customer service as this one. If youre hoping someone will return your calls, youre out of luck. If you think calling them to ask for status updates will get you anywhere, youre wrong. For some reason, this company outsources their customer service, so even if youre lucky enough to talk to someone, they arent going to understand the intricacies of insurance or what you are trying to accomplish. They will, however, put you on hold to CALL THE LOCAL OFFICE and try to relay a message. Its the most extreme version of telephone Ive ever played. I dont know if this company doesnt understand how immediate their customers need this equipment, or if they just dont care. Anywho, Ill just be over here slowly suffocating while the Clarksville office and the India office play phone tag until I die.
I got a system one cpap machine that the heater will not work . ( the second heater will not wok either It is very hard to communicate as every is done third party appoint. It seems hard to get to a human to discuss problem . One can not call directly to the office . Apria is based out of California. they seem to just to put on a system to get supplies with ease to get t speak to them . I got a Philips respironic system one 250. I need a needed house and a a heater that will produce humidify . they do not like for you to walk into the office . Apria health care I do like the face mask that I got .
My doctors sent them my information, insurance and Apria Healthcare was supposed to call me. Two weeks later they never called. This company dropped the ball. When I looked up the site to and I saw these other negative reviews - I contacted another local medical equipment company. You shouldnt have to chase a medical company - especially when you are paying them.
Terrible company. They do not care about their customers.
They are not a good company.
