Terrible customer service. Two days ago I spent just over and hour on hold waiting for someone to answer their phone. Never happened. Called the main customer service number and after about fifteen minutes I finally got through. The rep listened to me and said she would transfer me to someone who could help. Well the transfer was right back to the local office and again waited for a very long time with no answer. Called the main number again. After more waiting I finally got someone to get me scheduled for an equipment return pickup. That was on Tuesday, the woman said someone would be out Thursday. When I asked about what time she told be she had no idea it could be any time that day and they would call just before the person would arrive. I waited all day in the house. No one showed up or called. As of now I have a whole day plus a couple of hours of phone time wasted and now Im on hold again. Its been twenty minutes Ill wait five more and than go to the main number for their run around. If there is a negative number I could give them I would.

When my husband first received his breathing machine, the therapist Lori was so wonderful. She made extra trips to our house to help us get comfortable with the machine. Since June 1st, I’ve called asking for some assistance and the girls always politely say they will leave a message for the therapist. Lori has since left and it’s been a nightmare trying to get help. I know we aren’t “priority” but we still need help.

I spent the first week of the year in the hospital and thats where I first met Lori and Lincare. Theyve taken excellent care of me from day one. I got released earlier than expected and had to call Lincare at 6am on Sunday morning. A real live person answered and told me they would take care of it. Within an hour the delivery guy was at my door with everything I needed. He was very polite and got the O2 concentrator set up, explained to me how everything worked, even brought a spare O2 tank just in case something happened and I needed it.Within a day or two, Lori came out and brought the Bipap machine and showed me how to use it. Shes also helped me with a few other medical and doctor related issues I was having trouble with.I feel like Lori and Lincare, have gone above and beyond for me and I could not be happier with them. I feel very secure with them and Im confident with their service and care.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. They are a SORRY excuse for a supply company. Got a new insurance company and needed a new supply(CPAP) company and never could get even started in getting what I needed. My advice STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Wish I could give zero stars, this company is the worst. Never on time, always delayed. This is life saving and necessary equipment, this kind of service is unacceptable.

Ive been with lincare for years, starting in vermont 12 yrs ago. the vt people were the best. i got spoiled. they were there within hours when ever i called. the guys would take house calls on their way home from work. great office management. i got spoiled. then i moved to claksville, tn.. what a mess this office is. i dont know how they are still in business. it does seem to be getting better, cause it cant get worse. 2 years and they never made the delivery of my emergency oxygen tanks. i finally called because my 02 concentrator was on the fritz. needed replacement. i told them about the emergency 02 never being delivered. oops. the driver brought it with him when he serviced my concentrator.

Horrible management. Have tried to get a portable concentrator for almost 2 years but lack of effort on Lincare management has left me without. Many excuses and promises over the last 6 months. Before that they blamed my insurance. Never got calls back after many promises of just that. Awful! I have even run out of liquid oxygen in the past due to failed deliveries.Update:Finally received the concentrator. If the staff wasnt always so nice on the phone I would give the company one star.
